Q'doba on Abbott Road in Anchorage USED to be quite good. I was there around 11:00 this morning and the young lady who prepared my order kept tucking her hair around her ear which was pretty gross considering she was handling food. I should have left but was in a rush and hungry. While eating, one of the men working in the kitchen kept an extremely loud monologue going which was liberally laced with foul expletives. I think the F-word may be the only word he knows. An employees on break, a polite young man, apologized to me for his co-worker's rude inappropriateness and walked back there to ask the foul-mouthed employee to tone it down. As I was leaving, the foul-mouthed employee came out to the counter to make an unkind comment about me. Shocking. I just tried calling the customer service number provided by Qdoba's corporate office but it is not in working order. NEVER AGAIN. Though I respect the one responsible young man employed there, the other employees require training in food handling, civility, customer service, decency, communication, and rudimentary language skills. There are too many other better options in the area to have to tolerate such gross negligence.

I went to Qdoba located at 9050 Baltimore Nta. Pike in Maryland around 11:50 am and had the worst experience of my life two women who were serving in the area of salsa one did not understand what I wanted and the other was not paying attention and was rude to think that I I did not know I wanted to order, I mean I only ask that you be kind to their new customers and have friendly and smiling staff help you choose the menu and not behave rude if a customer like me is the first and last time I visited her location and at no time saw the presence of manager or person in charge. Poor customer sevice staff rude and not accountable manager. March 26th

On Sunday, March 11 at approximately 4:30pm we stopped at the Qdoba restaurant located at 4901 South Louise Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We (5 adults) chose to eat at Qdoba because we all have enjoyed the food and service at other Qdoba restaurants in the region. But, this was not the case at this particular Quoda and the following are the reasons why. 1.) As we approached the counter to place our order, the staff member immediately turned his back to us to grab the broom and began sweeping the floor. We waited several minutes (at least 5 + minutes) for him to finish sweeping. He never acknowledged us during this entire time. 2.) He took the broom that he was using to sweep the floor and swept off the back counter near the area where food was being prepared. 3.) When we informed the manager on duty that after sweeping the floor with the broom it was then used to sweep off the counter, we were informed by the manager that the counter wasn't a "food prep area." The casual nature of the manager's response to our concern was, frankly, mind blowing. I'm writing Qdoba Corporate Headquarters because I think your company would want to be alerted to a food safety issue. The high possibility of bacterial cross contamination into the food being prepared nearby made us all make a quick exit. Plus, I'll tell you - customers DO NOT want to SEE that. It gave all of us the impression that filth from the floor could very easily be on our food. No thank you, I'll pass. I know that I will no longer eat at your restaurant knowing this is a common practice in Qdoba kitchens. Prep area or not, a broom used on the floor should never be used on a counter near an area where food is prepared.

you people have been unlucky, the Qdoda(s) that I have been to have been great. I have diet problems and have reieeved nothing but the best. I will have to admit that I can not get my card working.

Don't bother trying to contact anyone outside of customer service. They are very protective of their own butts and will not give out any information. I had an experience (my first and last visit there) where they dropped my burrito on the floor, the foil wrapping split open. Their solution, just rewrap it. After calling cust service, they offered to send me a coupon for a free burrito. Got a letter of apology from them without the coupon. They even screwed that up. I wanted to talk to a regional or district manager, but they refused to give me any information. I wanted to get the name and address of the ceo, barb at cust service said she didn't know who that was. What a joke.

The one on diversy is so dirty and the staff is rude, the steak is cold and under cooked never go tgere

I will never go back to any Qdoba in MI. Your Royal Oak store should be shut down. I have never seen employees as your Royal oak store full of drunk managers/employees. The food is awful, mostly dry and the chips have s stale taste. The customer service does not exist. Rude people overall. Save your money and do NOT waste going to this place. Even the local marketing person is rude. I tried contacting them and was given the run around with bull.

i worked with qdoba on the east side. i was recently fired, aparently for clocking in before i was caught on the camera. I told them that i dont believe i did that but they asured me that the piece of paper that says i clocked in at 2:30 but wasnt seen on camera tell 2:55. now i know i usally get there 5min before i start work but i never clock myself in earlier then when i arrived. so i have asked a few times now to get the viedo proof that shows me arriving at this time but i was denyed the video. I was looking for a new job because i feel like i got screwed over a few times and they knew i was looking for a new job and also trying to compair my hours with my check stub. I figured somthing fishy was going on and now im fired for a reason that they wont prove to me. I request from the corporation to take a look at tina north from store 465. i need the video accusing me of clocking in before i arrived, i also ask for all my previous write ups that i never got a copy of. as well i have a liquor lisences for two months now and have yet to be paid back for the $75 it costed me. If i can get a number to call someone to get this all figured out but trust me, every person i know will never come to qdobas resturant ever agian.

Two weeks ago my son and I went to Qudoba and there was a new worker. She worked at the register. I asked about a plastic container. She stated,"I gave you some salsa." I said I want to get some hot sauce. She threw the small plastic cup on the counter. I asked her what was her problem. She laughed and turned around. My son said to me the right person hasn't come in here. She is going to do that to the wrong person. Last night, May 6, 2011. my son and I went back to the same Qudoba, The manager was telling them what to do when they closed. The new girl began to fuss back at the manager about what she ws going to do and not going to do. The customers heard the entire conversations. We were waited on and when I got to the cashier, it was the new girl again. I asked for more chips and she said it would be .99 extra. The bag had maybe ten chips in it. I said but there's hardly anything in it. She laughed. I turned around. The girls there are some of the rudest waitresses I have ever met in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!! Iasked again for more chips, then I just turned around and left the food there. I will nevewr go back to another Qudoba. I would go to that restaurant regardless to getting smaller portions of meat than other customers. My son said he noticed that they always gave me less meat than people ahead of us. Once, I asked a customer in front of me to look at my portion of meat and compare it to her's After I was waited on, she turned around and said therre's no comparison. She asked why was she given a disproportionate amount of meat as comapred to me. Then, there are times when their friends are there and their food portions are huge. Well, I tried to stick with you all. I am through with your restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!! I frequented your restaurant 1-2 times a week. When I talked to the manager last night, she stated that she had been getting complaints about the other girl all day. There are so many Mexican restaurants opening up around here, now is a great time to try them or I will begin to make my own Mexican food. You all need to be more selective in your hiring!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeh! and they love men!!!!!!! They give men a lot of foood too.

Qdoba recently revamped their customer rewards program and I lost 500 points in the changeover. I've emailed them twice and even went to a manager in an attempt to get the 500 points back (I hold the proof). NO ONE ever contacts me. Evidently customer service isn't very important to them. I won't spend another nickel there until they fix this problem

I arrived at Palomar Center a little before 5:00 and parked in the shopping center parking lot. When I came out from Malone's Restuarant (an adjacent restuarant), a truck was blocking me. After thinking about where the construction people might be, I went to the door of Qdoba and asked if the truck belonged to a worker. The worker informed me that he had 15 more minutes and was very angry. Well, I just picked up my cell to dial 911 at which point the worker exploded and said he'd just have to move his f***ing truck. He did move his vehicle and I left. Qdoba who employs such idoiots and doesn't monitor their renovation/construction. No thank you!

Love Qdoba food. However, I just found out that our credit card was compromised after using it at the Qdoba in the Atlanta airport. Charged a bunch of stuff around Atlanta...need better screening and management of your employees, because someone is a crook! This isn't the only complaint about this on this message board, either!

Im just going to start off by saying I used to like this place. Then on saturday Feb. 5th I go in and get a drink and I walk over to campus to pick up something. Im not even gone 30 minutes and I come back to a ticket on my window. The manager had called the police because I was parked in their parking lot. Im sorry I didn't realize that if you purchase from them and walk to get something that you will get a ticket. So I would recommend that if you want to go eat there you better not park in their lot or you will get a ticket. This location im referring to is in stillwater ok. You guys just lost alot of business. If you want to keep what customers you have I would recommend you get rid of fredrick carolina who is the manager

IV BEEN TO 3 OF YOUR NYC STORE LOC.46,50,53&3,THEY ARE IN THE AREA WHERE I WORK. WHICH I WALK TO,BEING VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE 3 STORE AT TIME TO TIME DUE TO.I GUESS ITS WHO IN CHARGE.ON SOME NIGHTS STORES ARE VERY CLEAN.ON OTHER HA,I JUST WALK OUT ?????? I am so disappointed with my experience at Qdoba. After ordering my food and proceding to the cashier I handed him my credit card. He looked like he was having a difficult time with my card now knowing he was faking it. I was wondering why because my reciept had printed out already. He then said I will be right back I need to go to the back which he took my credit card with him. A few minutes later another employee handed my reciept and card to me not explaining anything that had happened; or why my card and reciept needed to go in the back room where no one was visable. The next day I went to another store where I proceeded to use the same credit card which my purchase came back declined. I then called my credit card company to find out that there were a total of $3500 of unauthorized transactions done on my credit card. I have had the same credit card for nine years now and I have never been a credit card victim of fraud until now. I am 99% positive that Qdoba employees had something to do with this. Because something that doesn't feel right usually isn't, and that did not feel right!! Please be aware of what is going on especially at this Qdoba restaurant Hillside #597 50 N. I went to Qdoba for the first and last time yesterday. I presented the clerk with a $20 for payment of my $6.78 order. He did not leave my bill on the cash register, consequently, I received change for $10. I immediatly brought this to the attention of the cashier, who was full of all types of reasons I was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager, of which he claimed he was. He said he would show me the tape of the transaction. I said "fine". I waited and nothing happened, eventually he gave me the card of the general manager. I contacted the general manager the next day, he said there was no overage in the cash register, and was given the same run around. The store is #305, and is located at 10310 N. McCarren Blvd in Reno, NV 89523. The general manager is Luis Martinez, and the employee is Ulyses Sanchez.This hapened 11/1/10 at 11:30 AM.

Every time I go to redeem my free meal, their something wrong were I'm told I have to contact the corp office. I've been eating Qdoba's for yrs and this problems will cause u to lose my family as loyal customers.
