I called two Pizza Huts in my area and neither of them had the $10>00 Dinner box available to deliver or pick up. I have relatives in town and we are in our late fifty's..Pizza Hut was something we grew up on and they had this on their list of things they wanted to do while they were here. I will NEVER order anything from you again and I hope you know that you made this vacation a negative one for me and my friends! YOU SUCK!!!!!

Today we were guests at the Windsor Colorado pizza hut. I went into the ladies rest room it was dirty, there were two dispensers, one for soap and one for hand sanitizer, both were empty. There were two stalls, neither had toilet paper. One of the stools had gross green something in it. The waiter, did not bring the only two drinks ordered. We ordered wings and we did not get what we ordered after the waiter came back to the table three times to inquire what kind of wings were ordered.. The pizza was cold when it came to the table. The salad bar had apple sauce that was fermenting, tasted like it was spoiled. When the water brought the potential hot pizza tothe table he placed the pizza where a 7 month old baby could reach it. When we brought the errors up to the waiter he cursed and asked why we were complaining about him. What ever happened to good customer service? I truely believe that the condition of the bathroom is an indication of the condition of the kitchen area. we will never visit the pizza hut in Windsor again.

We had terrible experience in Geel, Belgium this afternoon. We were treated really unfriendly by Ken Oris-Manager Geel. We all are very upset with his non-professional, unfriendly, attacking behaviour. Our happy day was completely demolished by his behaviour. We have been in Pizza Huts in so many countries and we had great experiences before. We are so upset to talk about his behaviour. But because of his existance we will not even step in to the Pizza Hut in Geel, Belgium anymore. What a pity that you have a great new restaurant, great food but terrible Manager. Our kids were so upset that their favourite Pizza Hut image is gone with this behaviour. They even did not finish their favourite ice cream.They say they will not ever go to Pizza Hut anymore. My pizza hut is located in brownsville,TN I was trying to order and the lady that answered the phone kept putting me on hold, it took me 1hour to make my order. When I got there to get my pizza is wasn't cooked all the way threw and I took it back and the manager was rude to me, so please fix this problem, and I think I deserve a apologie are something and I will not refer pizza hut to anybody because of this problem if something is gonna be done about it please let me know my email is jasonburk91@Gmail.com

Why can we no longer use our coupons to order pizza. We aren't going to eat pizza with pizza hut again until we can use coupons again. We would also like for our pizza hut to carry anchovies. We use the pizza hut in Charleston mo. We have always used coupons for as long as I can remember.

hello my name is jd and i have a complaint about pizza hut in muskogee oklahoma. I HAD APPLIED FOR A JOB AT PIZZA HUT. they have a sign out sidethat states, now hiring all positions. i was inquiring about a driving job. the hiring manager said that my truck was to big it would take a lot of gas and i would not make much money because i would be putting most of it in gas. That is understandable,but when I told the manager I was also a cook I had went to school for it. she told me to come inside the kitchen area of the restrant, she said she would make a pizza then I would make a pizza. ok I said, so after she made one I made one too. My complaint is that she timed me, then she had an employe who makes pizza and knows the routine do the same thing and timed that person on a stop watch as well. She said his time was 1 minute 32 seconds mine was 1 minute 42 seconds. I THOUGT I DID PRETTY GOOD FOR my first time making a pizza. I have had no training at pizza hut nor have I ever been employed with Pizza Hut. I was emberased and humiliated by this. SHE TOLD ME I wasnt able to make a pizza fast enough and she couldn't hire me. It has been my experience that most and many companies have some type of training for new employees and also the time issue was a 10 second difference, the employee knows the routine and how things are done,I do not. I am also upset that she told me i didn't make the pizza the correct way, once again i don't know how Pizza Hut makes their pizza ( i haven't been trainned on how to make pizza's the "Pizza Hut" way) i just know how to make regular pizza. I know for a fact i was not given a fair opertunity. nor was I given the proper training. once agin i am not an employee, I was appling for a job ,and i know that at each restrant has their own routine. wether it be pizza, burgers,ext. I have also takken her view on not being able to hire me as her saying that if she hires me, she cannot train me to do things the right way, i am a fast learner and i know if i was given the proper triainig that i will make an excellent employee and i will be able to make the pizza's the correct way and become faster at making them. I find it very unprofessional and unfair for a company to hire people this way, i am sure that there have been new employees that needed to be trained and i was not even given the chance to be trainned. If i would have been trainned and not made progress i can undertand but to just say I can't hire you, your too slow is unfair and unprofessional. As i stated before the sign said "now hiring all positions" nothing said hiring only if you have experience. I belive that pizza hut's hiring process needs to be reviewed and changed because there are many people like myself that will make great employees, but are not given the chance because you refuse to train new employees

i just recently ordered the dinner box online.. i placed the order at 5:14 and scheduled pick up for 6:00 tonight.. i arrived at exactly at pizza hut at 6:00 and they didnt evn begin preparing it. then to make matters worse i waited 40 minutes and when it was ready they had told me they were out of bread sticks and cinna sticks... i asked for a refund and left... never again will i visit a pizza hut again... very very poor service..... dominoes is way better... oh and the pizza hut was located on indianapolis blvd in hammond, indiana

My co-workers and I ordered a pizza from store #2714 located in Lufkin, Texas as we were working late tonight. We were told that the delivery time would be 45 mins. One hour and 40 mins. and two phone calls later....still no pizza. The first call I talked to an employee and they said that the driver was in route. Our office is about 10 mins. away. After patiently waiting another 30 mins, I then placed a second call and asked for the manager. The manager said that our pizza had already been delivered which was news to us considering it would've had to be imaginary! She then took a second look and said once again the driver was in route. When the delivery driver showed up I could have him call the store to ask for a discount. LOL...Really??? When the driver did finally show up he had a woman and a kid in the car with him, I'm sure the reason why it took so long. I sent him back with the pizza and told him I wasn't paying for a cold pizza. He got very upset, offered no apology or assistance, got into his car and sped off. I then went to Little Ceasars and got two hot n ready pizzas. I'm sure two pizzas is pocket change for you guys...but imagine if every other customer did the same. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. EVER! Luckily, we have two locations here in Lufkin, Texas so I will do business with them from now on as I realize that its not Pizza Hut as a whole. We have had great service at the other location. But, this store is a poor excuse for a restaurant and I will never go there again. The driver was rude and irresponsible and the manager was completely inadequate. I had to call another location store #2712 also in Lufkin, Texas and the manager, Pamela Bourque was extremely apologetic and helpful. She gave me a credit on my next order. However, you may want to address the issues with this particular store. They are giving Pizza Hut a bad reputation.

I had my daughter call in an order to the Van Buren, Arkansas Pizza Hut tonight. She called it in because your Internet ordering was malfunctioning. She sent me a text with the order and the total. When I stopped to pay and pick it up there was no record of the order. All I got from the mgr. Was excuses. He finally offered to put the order in but as I had a house full of people waiting that really wasn't an option. I knew there was poor service at the Van Buren location but I tried to use it out of convenience. I will not make that mistake again. Iorderd wings last evening and asked the employee on the phone not to repeat phone and address out loud. High crime area. She continued to do this. The order was being delivered when she heard alot of dogs barking. Highly enforced leash law at my location. After several calls it was determined she was frightened about the dogs and tried to call but used the wrong number. Another csll and the on duty 'msnsger' doubled the order and did not charge. While this was nice, employees should be better trained. I know its low pay but some of the ones I have had to deal with would not be working if not for fast food. They are way ot undereducated to handle customer service. Please remediate.

I ordered at Aztec N.M. ticket number 00102 2 pizza's a family pasta and breadstick and 2liter rootbeer. I found a hair in the pasta and called and complained.I was told to come in the next day and it would be worked out.Instead I was told once I got there that all employees wore hair nets and that the hair could not be from there.The person made 1 pizza for me to make things right. When I mentioned that I did not see hairnets on the employee that had made the pizza, the person at the counter grabbed the pizza threw it in the trash and threatned to call the police.She then refused to give me back my receipt.I did go back later and asked again for the receipt I was given a copy and told never to come back to Pizza Hut. I know that you are aware that having hair in food is a health violation. I guess that the pizza hut in Aztec doesn't care, they just want ones money. I will call the health department and BBB The treatment was not what I would have expected.

MY MOM WORKS FOR PIZZA HUT ON THE EAST END OF BELLEVILLE ILLINOIS WICH IS LOCATED ON CARLYLE AVE. SHE HAS BEEN THERE THREE MONTHS. BEFOR SHE HAD THIS JOB SHE HAD THE SAME JOB FOR OVER 15 YEARS YES SHE HAD HER DAYS SHE JUST DID NOT FEEL LIKE WORKING, I THINK WE ALL HAVE THOSE DAYS....WE HAD TO MOVE BACK WITH MY GRANDPARENTS 2 YEARS AFTER HER AND MY DAD GOT DIVORCED CAUSE SHE JUST COULDNT MAKE THE BILLS MEET ANYMORE WITH THE EVER GROWING COST OF LIVING BUT NOT THE WADGES. I have been enjoying your Pizzas for 30 years, and not until recently have I ever had a problem 1 with your service. The last 2 times I ordered over the phone for delivery, my order never showed. Even after a confirmation, price, and an estimated time of delivery was given to me. Three hungry kids are enough to deal with, without the misery of them thinking a Pizza is going to show up at the door any minute and never does...... Then after calling back I found out it was an answering service which said they would talk to the manager and find out what happened. They, left me waiting on the phone for another ten minutes....I didnt mention, that this was after a 1 hr wait from the estimated time of delivery initially ! Without waiting for the operator to come back to the phone, I called yet 1 more time. This time the operator told me that the Pizza Hut did actually get my order but didnt know what was taking so long, and said they would look into it. I hung up on this one too, and had decided to go ahead and order from Dominoes. While I was looking for the dominoes # , a girl from the local Pizza Hut called me and apologized. i think its very sad that an employee has to apologize for something that more than likely was not even their fault... You make Papa Johns sound better and better !!

Hi my name is Brittany Thompson and i have been working for pizza for two years almost three in feb in spartanburg south carolina. I have stepped my way up to a shiftleader and hopefully soon assi. Manager but anyways i learned the other day that we have to work on christmas day. I think that is the craziest thing i have every heard. Christmas day isnt suppose to be working. You suppose to spend jt with your family but i cant. I can only see my mothers side of the family thay day, i cant see my fathers nor my new family (my boyfriends). I want this to change because it STUPID. CHANGE IT NOW!

Ok, in my opinion a pepperoni lovers pizza- easy on the sauce means; extra pepperoni and a little bit of sauce (instead of the usual MOUNDS of sauce....). Any way, my family and I had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Irene and we went to Asheville, NC. While we waited out the storm we ordered from pizza hut because its one of our favorite pizza places. (I sat next to my husband as he ordered our usual- large pepperoni lovers pan pizza, easy on the sauce and a 2 liter of pepsi) When our pizza arrived I could tell right away that the people working at this particular pizza hut had no regard for customer service! This disgusting pizza had SO MUCH SAUCE that the toppings fell off when I put a slice on my daughter plate,....not to mention that there was about 2 pepperonis per slice (no where near 'pepperoni lovers' status) and there was no pepsi. Well, the amount of sauce made me gag and my husband decided to call the store and tell them that they had messed up our order. The manager told him that the best he could do is have someone bring us a coupon for a free pizza. He explained to the manager that we are leaving to go home in the morning and the coupon wouldn't help us what so ever. They came to an agreement that a new pizza would be sent out and it would be made the way it was ordered. When the delivery person got here we had to pay $2.14 for delivery which sent me through the roof, why should I pay for delivery when THEY screwed up? There was STILL no pepsi but i was starving and decided the pepsi was obviously too complicated for them. I started to eat and discovered that this time there was NO SAUCE on the pizza at all! Its awesome to know that pizza hut employees are complete wise asses. First they put 'extra sause' then when we complain they put 'no sauce' instead of what we ordered twice which was simply 'light sauce'. Im totally disappointed in pizza hut. Obviously this fast food chain actively participates in equal opportunity employment because the employees are incompetent! Pizza hut has lost my business for good. This isn't my first issue with pizza hut employees but it will be my last. The only thing pizza hut does right is the taste of the food. How sad, now i have to order from dominoes, I'm better off making my own pizza.

I a very bad experience at the office in keystone heights florida on August 27th 2011 the cashier was very rude when we tried to pay for the pizzas with two separate credit cards. She even said "you are obviously not understanding you can't use two cards to pay for this". She was very rude and didn't have good customer service skills at all. After this experience my husband and I decided to go to dominos instead for dinner that night.

I am currently a driver for the Seymour Indiana store,and feel like I have been treated very poorly by my manager. I can not find the corporate number anywhere to call and complain.. I was working last night and I slipped and my knee went out on me. I had to limp round for hours and I was told by my manager " suck it up" now what kind of person tells someone that? This is crazy and I do not have to deal with this crap. I was trying to order the free P.Zone with a pizza online. I had so much trouble that I called the Pizza Hut nearest me for help. This sweet little gal helped me thru the process. We both realized that it wasn't working. Her name is Jana, and works at 9014 W. Sahara Blvd. in Las Vegas. She fixed it so I could receive the online discount. Plus what was so great, was my pizza & P'Zone was here in 20 minutes. I called Pizza Hut to thank Jana personally. But I want Headquarters know how she stepped beyond to help me with my order. Thank you for having her on your staff. Karen

Whats with the false advertizing? In our town the toppings on the pizza are only about 1/3 the amount used in the comercials we see on TV. Either the Pizza Huts in this town are cheap or the company needs to take a better look at the franchise. Let your managers know that every Pizza Hut should use the same amount of toppings. Know wonder the pizza's are $10.00 and only worth $5.00.
