my complaint stems from a coupon that was presented for $ 3.00 off a large pizza. this coupon came from the wrapper of the candy bars sold by school age children to earn money for their school. we used a coupon last month no problem. this month we went to the dickson tn pizza hut and they refused to honor it. The story we got from the waitress (with an attitude) was that pizza hut did not authorize this coupon. the same one that has been on these wrappers for years. as a consulation prize i was given $ 1.00 off. big deal, for $ 2.00 you have lost my business. i wont step in or order from this company ever again.

It seems you are closing a lot of the Pizza Hut stores in Connecticut. The one in Glenville (Greenwich area) and Norwalk are closed. There is a vacant gas station next to Staples right off of exit 5 of I-95 in Greenwich that would make for a great location for a Pizza Hut. You should look into it. We need one back in the area.

No checks or credit card payment again 3 weeks ago took a check 4 weeks no checks. Good way to get cash for the crew. No more pizza hut for us. Guess my husband won't eat pizza anymore I will there is good pizza out there beside pizza hut. Ann Thompson Anchorage, AK

I am so disappointed in Pizza Hut right now. I ordered a personal pan pizza at the location off of Katy Freeway and Heights Blvd. I got back to my office and was ready to eat lunch. I ate one slice then when I got ready to eat the second slice I notice something thin and stringy hanging from my Pizza. I pulled it and it was a hair. This was not just any hair but it looked like a pubic hair. I was so grossed out I didn't eat anything else, obviously. I called the store back to report this and she told me that she could not issue me a refund and that she could only make me another pizza or give me store credit. First of all, if I got hair in that pizza, what makes you think I want anything else from THAT restaurant that is consumable? I told her no way and that I wanted a refund. I reported this to the corporate office via the online hotline. Again, I am sure they won't do anything about this. I have had issues with Pizza Hut some years ago and they promised to send me coupons, of course they never sent them. I must say, after this experience, I am done with Pizza Hut. I decided to call again and speak with someone different and this person said she was the manager. I FINALLY got a refund but am still sitting here disgusted and hungry from missing lunch. I think I'm done with Pizza Hut at this point. They have ruined my expectations and any future of me dealing with them again.

I me and my family have been loyal customers of pizzia hut since I was 6 years old and to see how service has gone down the drain in the last 5 years has been dismal. In fact so much I ordered a pizza/pasta combo from your wrbsite(kudos on that part)and had it delivered from Union Ave.,Lakewood Washington store on the and I got was a undercooked smached pizza with no pasta. i waited 3 hours and reply from your store.I had to give my kids that pizza who are 2 and 3 and you wanted me to give that to my kids are you insane your company should be ashamed of itself. to let children eat RAW,UNCOOKED,FOOD.? and on top of that I never got the pasta and the delivery guy was so rude he said he had to "walk far to my door and I have to take the pizza!" from the curb to my front door is only 40 feet(yes i had it measured!!!!!!) I stopped by your store the next day and said they tried to call me(BS) I told them I want my money back and I want the phone number and email of your district manager. the store refused to give me any of the information and no refund as well.

I rate you poor, not for your pizza but for your poor standards as an American business. You actually think that your minimum wage jobs are woth an employees life huh? I appeal to your policy regarding an employee not being allowed to protect their own life in the face of death just to deliver your pizza. I mean, this is not a communist nation. Maybe, like Circle K, your company is now owned by a foreign investor who decides these policies, and either way, maybe it is time that Americans only buy pizza from companies who believe in the right to live, which is America, the USA. I don't care anymore if you push those policies on countries who have no right to life ideaology. But this is America. I ask you change your policy and not fire an employee who was defending their right to live. I personally am losing my taste for food when it is delved in tyranny of American US Constitution right to carry and own a firearm for hunting, target shooting, and above, to preserve ones life. If Pizza Hut doesn't care whether their own empliyees live or die because you disagree an American should be allowed to defend theirself from death, then I will have to buy pizza elsewhere. I already dtopped shopping at Circle K, and i can also do the same with pizza hut. Then some American can start a new pizza company with U S A standards and beliefs and pizza hut can carry own and do business in any communist, dictatorship, marxist, etc nation they choose. I appeal to all Americans to begin this as well and let Pizza Hut know that Americans won't stand for tyranny tactics when we buy your pizza. Not personal but you made it personal denying the 2nd Amendment rights as well as the TEN Commandments as well as the American Way and beliefs that we as americans will defend ourselves and will not be a target for people like you who make policies like this. I suggest that the owner of Pizza Hut go to the Bronx, NY. and Chicago, and Omaha, and deliver pizza in the worst neighborhoods yourself. Try it, see how you enjoy deing shot over 25 bucks and a pizza. Be american or go away. Americans today are changing to believe in the right to life again and any business can suffer loss when they lose their customers. Of course there will be those who also don't believe in self defence, those who believe the police is like superman and will be there when you need them in like 1/4 of a second to protect them, and those who as adults who still believe in the tooth fairy too.

If you happen to Live in the City of Seattle, Do not order pizza from the Pizza Hut on 35th Avenue SW nor any Pizza Hut. Their customer service is the worst I have ever recieved. Today it is 28 degrees out and one of my youth walked there to pick up pizza. He was turned away because they did not have proper change. They made him walk to the nearest store to get changed and then return. They have no policy posted stating that they will not take any large bills of such matter. The pizza should have been given to him since the order was only $9.89, or the manager should have went to get change elsewhere. This is actually my second bad experience with this Pizza Hut. I contacted the present manager, and she was careless about what had just occured. As a city employee with the City of Seattle, I would strongly recommened that you do not order pizza from Pizza Hut.

I ordered a pizza online. Not only did I NOT get a pizza, but the order was treated like a waste of the employee's time. After nearly an hour of waiting, I called to try to track down the pizza and all I got for my trouble was extended time on hold and rude employees. In the meantime, I had two hungry kids and no one who wanted to talk to me. Thanks, but No Thanks. I called Dominos Pizza. I talked to someone who not only took my order, but they have no problem bringing the pizza to me. I will do my business with them from now on. In the future if I may say so, Pizza Hut might want to hire people who do not mind doing their jobs, not to mention care about how they do their jobs. From what I experienced tonight, the employees they have are lucky to have a job at all.

I recently placed a delivery order in Bridgeport, Tx and for the second time within 1 year the delivery driver chose to add more money to the tip line. The first time this happened I called the store and spoke to the manager about it, then blew it off due to the dollar amount. After the second time I feel like it’s time to bring this to somebody's attention. The dollar amount is a trivial piece of this problem, if they have done this twice to me how many times has it happened to other customers. In closing, I still have not received a phone call letting me know what they plan on doing about this issue! Good job, way to go in keeping your customers happy!!!!!!!

We live in Mauritius. We ate at the Pizza Hut in Caudan waterfront (Port Louis) last october. I am a profesional Hotelier, with 5 star proprety background, and I liked go to pizza hut occasionaly with my family, until last october. It's the first time I ever write a negative review since I do not like to do this, because I believe than custumers are not always right. However, the service and the complete incompetence displayed by the Manager of the Pizza Hut in Port Louis was that big than I have felt necessary to mention these issues directly to the corporate office. Everybody knows that pizzas are made with 3 major ingredients (pizza dough, tomato base and cheese). Believe it or not, they where out of stock of tomato (sauce and fresh) the excuse the manager gave was that the delivery was late. He suggested to substitute the tomato with Pineapple (since the taste is similar!). My wife was so disappointed than she decided to order only sparkling water (and eat later), but they did not have any!!!!! How can that happen? By that time, my wife just left the place to go and buy a sandwich next door. We ordered 3 beers for the other three of us, and when those arrived, there was pink lipstick on my brother's glass! We paid and left, and we will never again set foot in any Pizza Hut in the world! If you thake my advice, this place should just be destroyed...

As a manager for Starbucks in Livermore I must say that I am very disappointed in the service I was provided this evening. I ordered my pizza at 530p and called at 633p to see where it was I spoke to Ryan and he took my phone number than said it was on it's way and would be here in 5 min. Called again at 642p and spoke to a young lady who said it was on it's way, without even asking for my number. When I asked her how she could possibly know that since I did not provide my name, she said all pizza's were out. The pizza arrived at 659p and was barely warm. So I'm affraid to eat it and have been up since 2a, back up at 3a. They did nothing to try to recover my business and as much as I enjoy the pizza I will not be going back, nor will I recomend this store.

Is there a half of a star? I do not think 1 star is sufficient. My "corporation" placed an order for over 70 employees, totaling over $300. The order was for 11pm, but being proactive, trying to prepare Pizza Hut for a large order at 4pm didn't help. They showed up at 5pm with the 25 pizza's for 11pm! To add insult to injury, when they showed up at 11pm (yes I know, I should have cancelled) they wanted cash and I had placed the order with a company credit card. I call the local office to speak with a manager, was placed on hold forever, only to be told the "manager said" there is nothing she could do because no credit card was on the order. The unprofessional manager couldn't even come to the phone! Hello Papa Johns! I love their pizza and service!

my son worked at pizza hut,,, aspired to be manager .. last week he hurt his foot, at work, still reported to work,, yesterday, 11/18/10 another emplyee kicked his sore foot... now he has to go get x-rays. when she kicked his foot, he used an inappropriate word response,,, thus he got fired, but the girl that kicked him, the managers cousin by the way,,, got a reprimand... this don't sound right to me. he constantly was called into work to fill in for emplyees who "could not make it",, missed only one or two days with illness, and i can vouch that he was ill. thus,,, i will never set foot in another pizza hut.

I went to pizza hut south memorial parkway Huntsville Alabama. I intended upon using the internet 5 dollar coupon for Wednesday lunch buffet. I was very rudly treated and told that the store was a franchize and would not honor corporate pizza hut coupons despite the Giant sign on the roof. I think the service was attrocious and the food was marginal at best. I Think this store is doing a disservice to other pizza huts who realy try to provide a quality product and professional service. I ate there today because our party had already met. Had I been by myself I would have left. I will not recommend this place again! I like eating at other establishments but this facility does not deserve to be called a Pizza Hut.

I AM JAMES FROM ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA AND I AM TYPING THIS COMMENT TO TELL YOU THAT I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE TYPE OF PIZZA TO MAKE.......I GUESS TO THINK THAT YOU ALL COULD SAVE A BUCK. YOU ALL WENT TO THE PRE-MADE PIZZA CRUST AND QUIT MAKING YOUR OWN. THAT WAS THE LIFE AND FLAVOR OF YOUR PIZZAS. I USED TO GO ALMOST EVERYDAY AND BUY THE 7 INCH THIN CRUST PEPPERONI WHEN YOU ALL MADE YOUR OWN CRUST, THEN TOOK OFF THE 7 INCH AND WENT TO THE PRE MADE JUNK...........IT DOES NOT TASTE EVEN CLOSE TO THE SAME AND THE PERSONAL PAN IS NASTY TASTING....I NO LONGER GO OR ORDER PIZZA FROM YOU ALL.....EXCEPT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE THINKING THAT JUST MAYBE YOU ALL HAVE COME TO CHANGE BACK.............PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL WAY OF DOING THINGS AND I WILL START GOING BACK TO THE PIZZA PLACE LIKE I USED TO. IF YOU DO, YOUR BUSINESS WILL PROBABLY DOUBLE. IT MAY COST A LITTLE MORE THAN THE PREMADE JUNK...BUT YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL START TO VALUE AGAIN THE PIZZA HUT. IT IS BETTER TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GAIN LOT MORE BUSINESS THAN TO SPEND LESS AND LOSE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS.

Pizza Hut ruined my daughters birthday party, by no having her pizza ready on time after i called 3 times to remind them. someone at Pizza Hut really needs to call me 504-919-3553

I entered Pizza Hut East in Bloomington, IN and was confronted by the manager who apparently doesn't like me very much. Instead of keeping her distance and difussing the situation she proceeds to confront me in front of customers, and Pizza Hut staff. This woman who is suppose to be in a leadership position is screaming, and cussing at the top of her lungs at me for all to hear, sadly I must admit that I did yell back, but who wouldn't in a situation such as this. I kept telling her to get away from me and my pizza that (that was already paid for and almost out of the over) but she couldn't restrain herself from acting in such a trashy, belligerent, horrific manner. I went there for pizza not verbal confrontation! Needless to say, I was so mad when I left that I immediately called the district manager and he informed me that he would take care of it. However, the next day while I'm at work Bloomington Police Department came to my job and informed me that the manager had obtained a "No Trespass Order" and that I was no longer allowed to visit that particular Pizza Hut establishment. Well, for one thing, I didn't plan on going to Pizza Hut ever again in the first place so calling the police and getting a trespass notice was unnecessary; but what really made me mad is that she embarrassed me two days in a row with her crazy, impulsive actions. I work at a preschool, and this woman sends the police to my job when she was the one who initiated all this mess in the first place. If I ever acted the way she did on the clock I wouldn't have a job, and if one of my staff ever screamed or cursed any client involved with our buisness they would be immediatly terminated. The district manager said that he would handle this, but did he? It sure doesn't seem like he did. And does Pizza Hut really allow their managers to act in such discusting ways? If so, that is really sad.

I wish I received a cold or soggy pizza, but I didn't!!! I received no pizza because the workers at the store never answer the phone!!! It's Sunday night the kids are hungry, I promised pizza hut and no answer!!!!! Cry cry cry!!! I'm used to it on this island but expected a lil more out of a corporate store, oh well, I live living in paradise, even without pizza hut!!!!

I ordered 7 lg pizza and 3 lg orders of buffalo wings. I asked the Chirstian "the GM" who was taking my order if I could get about 15 packets of Ranch. I was told that the ranch was .50 cents each and would be an extra $7.50 + tax. I was already spending over a $100.00 and who heard of wings without ranch or some kind of dipping sauce? I decided to cxl my order and I went to a local company called Bully's and it was not only cheaper, they gave me all the ranch I needed. I don't usually have a big order like this but I get at least 4 pizzas a month from Pizza Hut. I will no longer be ordering anything from pizza hut. I think the locally owned business has a better grip on customer service and the woes of the current economy and how now is the time you need to keep the customer happy. As the president of my homeowners association I will certainly profile my Pizza Hut experience in the monthly news letter that I produce for the 500+ homeowners. Business 101 don't lose $100 over $7.50.

Pizza Hut has THE WORST SERVICE!! i order a pizza at 6:30 at night. they tell me it will be at my house in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later it hasnt come. i just think they are late...so i wait an extra 15 minutes. it is still not here! so i call pizza hut and asked where it is. they tell me it is on its way and to call when it gets there for a discount. so another hour passes...its still not here!!!! I call again and they say the driver will be there momenterily....so i wait 30 minutes and my pizza is still not here! i call again and they tell me my pizza is not coming and was never made. pizza hut will NEVER hear from me,my friends,or family again. pizza hut sucks! >=(
