Hello. My name is Lakera and I have a Very good suggestion. I think that like a lot of other restaurants like Hooters have their meals sold in Grocery stores in the Frozen food section so that anyone, anytime can purhase it and take it home other than at the restaurant. I think that pizza hut should try that out as well. Sell pretty much a good bit of what they sell at their restaurants in the stores as well. Thanks.

Pizza hut sucks end of story!!

The store located on W Berry in Fort Worth is a disgrace!! I have ordered from the on 5 different instances. They got it right 2 times. The first time the cashier place my order at full price instead of the sale price, then had the nerve to tell me the charge did not go through - that was a blatant falsehood, as I checked my online bank statement it showed a hold for the charge. Lucky for me I had the cash on hand. BUT should I have to waith 10 days to get my money freed up at my bank. They sent it out wrong once, and the last time they mischarged my again and had the nerve to call me back and ask for my card number again, her mistake, not mine why bother me for $1.54, get real, EX-PIZZA HUT CUSTOMER

My issue/complaint is very simple... You advertise a large pizza with UP to 3 toppings for $10. That's cool. What's irritating is you can't duplicate any topping? I can order canadian bacon, ground beef and pepperoni, but I can't order pepperoni, pepperoni and beef? IT'S STILL ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!!!!!! What's the deal?

all i want to say is i ordered online at 9:40 and estimated time of delivery said 10:16. i received my order at 10:55. why estimate the time with that kind of margin. never mind asking if the order went through(1 1/2hour later)geesh.

IN ROUTE, WE CALLED AND WERE TOLD STORE WOULD BE OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT,,AND THAT WAS GOING TO WORK FOR OUR ITENERARY, KNOWING WE WOULD BE AT MY DAUGTHER'S NEW HOME IN MEDINA, OH HOURS PRIOR TO THAT. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE LIVED IN MEDINA, OH FOR OVER 25 YRS, AND HAVE HAD ISSUES BEFORE, BUT NOT TO THE EXTENT OF THAT EVENING,,WHICH WILL NEVER BE REPEATED. WHEN I SPOKE TO PERSON IN TEXAS, I WAS RELIEVED TO FIND A PERSON WHO HAD A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, AND WAS APOLOGETIC FOR WHAT HAD OCCURRED. AT THIS POINT, I DO NOT FEEL I'M GOING TO GET ANY SATISFACTION, SO I HAVE ONLY ONE RECOURSE,,WHICH IS TO INVOLVE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU,,WHICH WILL AT LEAST ALERT OTHERS TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ETHICS OF PIZZA HUT. I ordered a two medium pizzas and asked for the crust with butter on the bottom and regular crust when I got them they where thin crust and awful so when I tryed to call up there to speak to the manager no one would ever answer back and they would put me on hold forever and never pick BAck up! This will be my last time to order from there and I want something done about it since this isn't the first time!!!!!

After ordering for pickup they told me it would be 30 minutes. I arrive and the woman told me a few minutes I waited for 30 minutes at the drive up window for her to tell me she doesn't know what happened they can't find it and it will be another 30 minute wait. The worst service I have ever received anywhere.

i would like to complain about your pizza hut in columbus ga it is the one on milgen road. I called my order in and waited patiently for a hour and a half i called back to see if the driver had gotten lost they said he had already left and was on his way. After two hours i called back and asked for the manager she said he had already left and asked me what adress i had given them. i told her i gave them my number and the lady never asked for my adress. The manager rudely told me it was my fault b/c they did not have the right adress. the pizza finally got there 2 hrs and half. the man was rude and expected a tip and then muttered something when he left with an attitude. I love pizza hut pizza and so does my family but the customer service is terrible even the manager.

Today I ordered Wings from Pizza Hut= and ALL of my Wings were BLOODY!!!!! I even bit into one!!! I was so sick at my stomach and I still am! I called and spoke to the manager JUSTIN in addison, TX. and guess what-he offered me more Wings and to come pick them up! ha.......so finally I had to ask for a Pizza as I was still hungry, and could not enjoy my wings! Be aware of the Wings- check them before you Bite them!!!! YUK!!!! I called the Corporate office- let's see what they say!!!!!!

do you know why the service is bad its because pizza hut treats their employees like crap. especially the franchise stores. they have greedy owners and their area coaches would rather their store managers die than see their own families. horrible hours 60 + a week with no over time pay and no incentives, they dont get breaks, they have to live by some bull crap "labor yield" (this means that there can only be three employees in a large resturaunt on a slow day), they have to make up for the owners dumb mistakes, the owners even act like your breaking their necks for a little bit of a health plan. pizza hut is just horrible as a whole. you cant expect good service when the employees are unhappy.
