After i was hired,they put me through the worst training ever. Two of there managers were to train me,and only one actually tried. After i finished,i was to open my store and was told to hire 14 employees. Everything i learned in training was thrown out the door when the owner showed up,and told me to do things totally different from my training. Yes this caused a shit load of problems down the road. To top it all off,out of the 14 people i hired,i had to immediatally lay them off b/c of labor vs profit. Some of these people quit there current job to work with them. It was embarrassing to me,to hire someone,only to lay them off,after being open for 2 weeks. Here's the kicker,they basically wanted me to lay off all the african americans i hired. No respect for anyone or anything,but money
