i been wating for kai lan table cover about 3 weeks when is the company going to have some more thank you

Hello, I'm not sure whom to address this complaint to, so I pray that the right department will pass it on. I as well as my mother went to Party City in Murfreesboro Tn, This morning around 10am. We purchase a few items for our church VBS. This is somthing we do on a yearly basis. We proceeded to the cash register and paid for all the items we selected. Once home, my mother noticed that a item was missing. It was a roll of plastic tablecloth in Kiwii that was missing. She called the store and talked to a cashier asking if the item was still at the store, for she checked her car and the tablecloth was clearly not in her car. The cashier relayed the info to the cashier that served us that morning and stated that she thought my mother had the missing item in her bag. My mother insisted that she never picked up the sack and it must have been taken by the next customer. The cashier at that time became rude to my mother, making her fill like a criminal, when all she wanted was the item that she paid for! I'm not sure if anything can or will be done, but at least you have heard our complaint. People do make mistakes and since I was with my mother, I clearly know that the item was left in the store and the cashier wasn't paying attention when the next person picked up the bag.
