my family & i had three $5.00 gift coupons for papa johns. being our first time at a papa johns and also our last.. we placed our order and handed the coupons to the clerk, we were told the gift cert were not good at that location. this would be the Warwick, RI store on Post Rd. I pointed out that it says valid at warwick location & this is the only location in warwick, then he said that was the old owner... now I can't find a number for a corparate office for someone to explain to me why a papa john's gift cert is not valid at papa johns..

i ordered a pizza the other night and as usuall i was told it would take up to an hour. ok no big deal but after an hour an a half went by i called to find out the store didn't deliver in my area i would have to call my store. well it took them this long to figure it out??? i guess they would still be wondering if i haden't called. long story short i didn't get my pizza because by that time the store was closing.. good business papa johns..

to whom it may concern: I'm a parent of an employee that works at the location on Cascade Road, there's a young lady that's name Kira Tyler. The General Manager name is Michael Taylor whose life is more important than the situation that's going on at the store. The shift manager as she is called is running the store when he's not there is stealing tips from the drivers as well the cashiers and he's been told by several employees has done nothing about the situation. If this is the type of business you all are running, without open door policy you will always have complaints. But according to Georgia State laws if you work you should get paid, she's as well as Eddie Lewis driver are sharing the monies and putting the proceeds in their pockets. You know it's a shame when you ignore people or should I say the parents when they are trying to talk to you about this situation and you turn deaf ear to it. Believe me this is not hear say, oh yeah besides that this company store is the nastiest store I ever been in and I'm glad I'm writing this letter. You need to clean this store up how can you run a business and serve the public and it's nasty in this place. And your Managers in this store attitude stinks! I suggest you investigate this or this store will probably be closing due to all the theft that's going on!!! I know that people should not tell, but who will. Kira is her name didn't even want to clock my daughter when it was time for her to get off her excuse was her till was short, whether short or not why would you want an employee just to ride the clock(that's called stealing time), but she was doing what a manager told her to do! I will keep on writing until something is done, everyone desires fairness!!! Remember the saying what goes around comes around(especially when you're right!) Oh I will be visiting agin but this time it's to get justice, no violence will come to anyone, just everything will be noted at the Georgia Dept of Labor since Child labor laws are involved!

I love your pizza but I hate your service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I treat myself to your menu once every few months but my local Papa John's never gets the order right or they take in excess of 2 hours to get my food to my home usually the food is cold and I have to reheat it! Just when I give your services another chance I am sadly let down, like today I had ordered my pizza and cola it took an hour and a half to get to my door on top of that when I called the store after an hour no one picked up the phone it just kept ringing, I called back 5 minutes after that and the same thing happened (mind you that I ordered my pizza at 3:45 in the afternoon on a Wednesday.) As well as waiting, my order again was wrong!!! I took the pizza because I was starving but it wasn't what I ordered!!! Papa Johns service in Baltimore, Md on Woodlawn Drive is the worst. The corporate office should be horrified by the employees that are representing them! They keep you on hold forever. Just plain rude and lazy. I will never go to another Papa Johns again! It's just pizza people how hard can it be?

I live in Cookeville, Tennessee and I am a regular customer of Papa John's Pizza on N. Washington Avenue in Cookeville, TN. I was appalled to see a "political ad" placed on my pizza when I picked it up today. Apparently an employee of the store is running for City Council, and he is using the goodwill and name of Papa John's Pizza to further his chances of winning a political race for City Council. I have to be bombarded with political signs on every street corner of our beautiful city during election time, but I WILL NOT be bombarded with these signs on a purchase I make for dinner, at Papa John's Pizza or any other restaurant I choose to do business with! I will not be a customer of your store until this harassment is stopped! I will purchase my pizza elsewhere!

I called the store in Daleville Virginia tonight to see if they were running any specials. The lady Helen told me that they had the 10 toppings for $10.00. I told her I would ask my friends then call back. She stated mam you must ask for Helen because I was not suppose to tell you that special. Well my friends called back and she got the pizza for $10.00 plus tax. I called back about half an hour later and asked about the special and was told they did not have that special. I explained what had happened and they said that was not the special. I did not get anything and was very disappointed in this kind of lying to the public. I will never visit this store again. I will pass the word on about what happened. Is this how Papa John's does business with his customers. How sad is this?

I have ordered before from the store in edmond oklahoma but never have had such bad service in my life. i ordered a med. pizza and breadstxs was told 30/40 minutes. 1 hour later i called they told me it had been put in as a carryout. they said they would remake it and have it out. another hour goes by and still no pizza. finally the pizza arrives and the driver said he needed my card again to charge me an additional delivery charge. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I waited 2 hours for my food and i said i was not going to give them my card again and i didnt feel i should be charged at all. the gentlemen on the phone was rude and hung up on me. he had said he was going to give me 1/2 off on my next visit and that should be good enough. i told him to forget the 1/2 off and i refused to pay for my food. i am very unhappy with my whole experience with them and hope someone out there cares enough to fix this problem.

I own and operate severl Motels in SARASOTA,Fl area and have made Papa Johns Rest Pizza as our plase to go for pizzas for our quest But on Friday 6/25/2010 at 7.40pm I ordered a larege pizza from the 17th street location was told that it would be delivered at the Knights inn hotel inabout 35 min at 8.40pm no pizza so i called back now i was told the its on its way and that it should be there in a few minuttes at 9.45pm I called and taked to the manager all he had to say sorry for the delay It takes 2+ hrs for a pizza to come 4 miles then I do not want any hotel/motel to do any business with Papa Johns Pizza the worst of the worst service. The Papa Johns Pizza service at 17th st SARASOTA stinkis never order here again same your hard earn cash go across the street to Pizza Hut.

I went to work at store # 1505 in Summerville S.C. for a week. In that week I witnessed sexual tention, drugs, unsanitary employees, the store was nasty, never really cleaned at night! Nothing put away. The same old product redated everyday to help with the inventory. The general manager(whose name is on the outside of the store) was outside every 15 min. smoking. Her uniform was dirty when she got there. Employees ate and drank what ever they wanted without paying, one employee brought her 8 year old daughter to work with her EVERYDAY! Her daughter sat up on th counters, walked all around the store, and was even allowed to count the cash. I think the worst was the shift leader Ryan racially profiling his bset friend russel(who is black by the way) he said the n mord 17 times in 2 hours. He made comment to the kkk he made fun of every black lady who came to the counter. It was absolutly disgusting!! If his good friend were the only one to hear it ,then it would be different, but everybody could hear him, including the customers. The general manager would just laugh and say Its all in good fun. Russel don,t mind when hes is picked on by people. This is the most unethical unprofessional, unorganised,disrespectful, inconsiderate, nasty, dirty, place I have ever had the displeasure of working. You guys can,t touch Dominos!!

I am in charge of getting food and drink donations for Project Graduation 2010 in Texas City, TX. I went in March to our local Papa John's and asked for a pizza donation. I gave them the donation form and they said they would contact the manager. I have never heard back from them and there is never anyone available to talk to that is authorized to help me. I am very disappointed. Without community support you would have no business, yet when it's time to give back to that community you brush us off and don't respond. This is a wonderful project that keeps our graduates safe on graduation night. If you can get our local Papa John's to donate for our June 4th party, I would greatly appreciate it. I have ordered at the same Papa Johns for years here in Indianapolis, but this past Friday May 21st, i called into the store to order there $10 special & had it delivered & paid with my debit card over the phone. Well the pizza arrived late, and when the delivery driver came to the door, he kept talking about a tip, and how to feel out my sheet for tips, i went ahead & continued to fill out my receipt like i have done plenty of times. I didn't put a tip on my card so i marked out the tip section, and Monday morning when i came to work & checked my checking account, the delivery driver added a tip to my receipt without my permission. I went to the store on 56th & Emerson here in Indianapolis, and they were rude & treated me like i was lying. And the manager threw my money back at me. I'm taking this to corporate, something needs to be done, because basically that delivery driver stole from my account.

I recently visited a Papa Johns in Ballantyne, NC. On Saturday as I was waiting for my order, a young lady working there turned to her co-worker, asked her something, and when the other girl did NOT give her the response she wanted, the girl with the bull nose ring said, "Well F**K YOU B**CH!". That is the type of people you have representing your company?! I will never order from Papa Johns ever again. Every customer in there was offended by this!

I havent used Papa John's in some time due to the fact that they have extremely poor service in the Houston area. I recieved an advertisment in the mail today for their specials so I decided to give them a try to see if they straightend up their act. When I talked the assistant manager Shawn at the Kirby and Rice Boulavard location and told him what I wanted, he rudely replied to me saying that I didnt know what I was talking about. I told him I just got the advertisement today and that I would give it to the driver when he showed up. He said he didnt care and would not honor it. I then asked where lodge a complaint he told me he didnt know, when I asked for the corprate Phone number to lodge a complaint about them not accepting the coupons mailed out he wouldnt give it to me. I already had a bad impression of this resturant before, and you guys are not doing anything to build your reputation back up.

We had a rally at Vacaville CA and ordered 9 Pizzas from Papa Johns Restaurant #2109. Out of the 9 pizzas there were only 6 correct ones we ordered. Now mind you I spoke to the manager Johnny Bertz 2 times to confirm what we ordered. Once the week before and then to confirm AGAIN the day before. The driver went back (a 7 mile drive) to get the other 3 that was not there and it took over an hour to get them. By then our dinner was over. Our rally master was very embarrased at the mix up and delay. So...if you order from them...BEWARE...the service is horrid.

I always enjoyed Papa Johns Pizza however; the people in the new store at 21st and market street in Philadelphia are extremely rude. I went in at 3pm and asked for the lunch special, the man at the counter said "no more lunch specials they are done at 3pm" I asked what time do you have? he rudely said 3:02 and walked away....I am done with Papa John's

This is the worst Pizza Franchise ever made, I have had more poor customer service, then in any establishment ever, inclugding Bloomington and Lilse, I am reporting this business to the better bussiness burea. The charged my card twice and refused to credit my card back and then I got into an argument with the owner because he wouldnt give it back to me.

I seen on T.V. how you helped a family , and community center.I was really touched from the bottem of my heart.I would only order your poduct ,which is good, I agrre totally ,but now I have to go with Domino's.Reason being is I was ask to speak with the manager ,and he told that I was speaking to him. He told me to bump myself, go elseware.Thats not a good reputation like you claim to be.
