Please bring back the old CHIKEN NOODLE SOUP it was wonderful! We really don't care for the new soup. I have spoken so so many people who agree with me. It was so thick with great noodles. The soup and a piece of your great bread was quite a meal. Thanks for your consideration!!

Just surprised to learn in order to use my Panera gift card, I have to register with my personal information. My husband went to the counter to pay for our lunch and was basically told "too bad, too sad". I did register (under assumed name and address), and want Panera corporate folks to know I have instructed my family to purchase gift cards elsewhere in future..and nothing that requires a registration. I will also be writing to my local and federal leaders about this invasion of privacy. This was a gift card, not a credit card!! My gift status is none of Panera's business.

I have been a steady customer for a long time . My husband and I chose Friday night as movie and Panera night. The last couple months the food has been bad to the point we decided that's it no more .

January 25, 2011 Annmarie Simpson Panera Bread Dear Ms. Simpson: I am writing to you today to share my disappointment with you and your company. On September 24, 2010, I completed a Customer Injury/Incident Report at the Panera Bread located at 696 E. Altamonte Dr., Suite 1060, Altamonte Springs, Fl. 32701 due to my hand being burned. On that date you agreed that Panera Bread would pay towards my medical expense and as a courtesy would also send me a gift certificate to be used at Panera Bread. On October 19, 2010, I faxed you the receipt for my co-pay of $20.00 towards my doctor’s office visit. I sent it to the fax number that you provided to me via e-mail (407-332-4877). Since that date I have tried to communicate with you via e-mail and telephone and have not received a response from you. This is extremely unfortunate and upsetting to think that such a reputable company as Panera Bread would jeopardize its credibility and reputation over a member of management not returning a call or an e-mail to a client that was injured while being serviced at a Panera Bread location. If it wasn’t bad enough that I now have a permanent scar on my hand, but the lack of care and response on your part is even worse. For this reason I have copied this letter to your corporate office to ensure that I receive the attention and the compensation that I deserve. If you or corporate should need additional information from me please contact me via e-mail at madmoon1968@yahoo.com Cc: Panera Bread Corporate Offices Cc: Ricardo Leon: (888) 243-4105

I am an occasional customer at my local Panera. Few times a month I will get breakfast. I work for a company right across the road. The shift supervisor at Panera Bread, whom I have never met or spoken with, told me this morning that she 'heard' that I was sleeping with my boss. This is wrong on all types of levels. The main offense being that I am a customer. I cannot believe this crude type of person would be employed at Panera - typically the employees are so pleasant. I don't know her last name but her first name was Melissa. I was in the store around 740 Central time this morning, 1/13/2010. I would appreciate a response. Thanks much.

I worked for the company for 3.5 years and in my time there I was sexually harassed, discriminated against because I have children, told not to hire black people. And after quitting they sent people into my new employer To intimidate me. This is an awful company to work for or give your money to

Hello, I wrote a review on December 11th expressing my disappointment with the Panera location on Old Perimeter Way in Atlanta. I called and spoke with the manager because my order wasn't right and was disappointed in the manager's response when I explained the problem. Anyway, when I showed up hours later to have my sandwich remade, the manager not only had another sandwich prepared for me, but he also gave me a refund and a couple of muffin tops (I was about to purchase them until he offered them to me for my inconvenience). I was actually amazed by how well I was treated considering I didn't get the same vibe over the phone; however, I appreciate the manager making things right and will definitely be back!

The Lake Mary, Florida location is THE WORST! The management is INSANE! The way the managers talkt ot employees and customers is just INSANE! It is ran like a high school and it shows in the employee turn over. I never see the same people for more than a few weeks. Regional management seems to be ok with low quality workers who quit once they are trained because of the poor working conditions. Go to ANY other Panera around the area instead of this one if you want good service!

I have not been there in a year, because the manager was so rude. My boss wanted to use Panera Catering recently (which we love, but stopped because of a few rude mangers) and it is so disorganized. I am now using other companies for our employees luncheons and my lunch. Too bad, I really love the food.

I went to the Panera on Old Perimeter Way in Atlanta, Georgia and was very disappointed. Not only was my sandwich not right, but my baguette was left out of the bag (I ordered a pick 2 combo). I unfortunately didn't check the bag before I left because I was in rush to get back to work. Anyway, when I called the location to explain what had happened, the manager on duty expressed no concern for my disappointment. He didn't even offer me anything for my inconvenience (I had to go back to the location so they could re-make the sandwich)! It was frustrating enough that I had barely eaten all day. It will be a long time before I visit another Panera Bread location.

iF you're going to have an "italian"style deli, with "italian" sounding menu, please educate yourselves as to the proper grammar. The "i" at the end of a word is plural. Therefore, in your commercials you should be saying, we ordered a panino, Not a panini. Panini means you ordered more than one sandwich. Same goes for the celebrity term "papparazzi" , that means more than one photographer. Only one would be called a "papparazzo"......I am asking the company brass to email me if you like.

I went to Brooklyn, OH location and they had so soup, they claimed that the warmer was broken. No where in the store did they say this until I went to order. Location did not even have products listed on there menu board, they would not offer anything else since they did not have soup. I email in about this and of course they dod not respond even though it says that they will respond.

I work at a Panera in the metro-west area of Massachusetts. I started working there around August of 2010. A few months later I had to have a major operation that would leave me unable to fulfill some of my duties like heavy lifting and bending. I believe it is because of my work limitations I have been reduced to working one 3 hour shif a week. How I am supposed to pay rent and other bills working these hours is far beyond my reasoning. When I brought my concerns to the manager that does the schedule, she said A) she had to cut hours, even though when I looked at the schedule, I was the only one whos hours have been cut, and drastically I might add. And B) she needs her cashiers to be able to "close drinks and do what is expected of them." I really do, for the most part, enjoy working for Panera. But I have noticed over the past month or so that I have basically become a work place pariah. I catch people speaking ill of me, making off color comments in front of me to other employees about my physical limitations and so on and so forth. Even though I chose to remain anonymous here, it won't be that difficult to find out who I am and I will more than likely be terminated over this.....but as someone stated in a previous comment, I will contact my local news stations, newspapers, and anything else I have to do to get my story of discrimination out to the public. I will be contacting corporate and the owners of the store personally to request a meeting.

I RATE YOUR STORES VERY HIGHLY, HOWEVER, AS A RETIRED FELLOW WHO MEETS WITH SEVERAL OTHER RETIRED FELLOWS "EVERY" MORNING FOR A CAPPUCCINO. WE HAVE MOVED FROM PLACE TO PLACE AND ENJOY PANERAS. BUT AGAIN THE PRICE HAS GONE UP! I AM 65 YRS OLD, AND RETIRED ARMY, THINK YOU GUYS COULD GIVE A LITTLE "SENIOR" DISCOUNT. JUST A THOUGHT

The food quality and service have deteriorated in recent months as has the WiFi service. Today Nov. 8, 2010 the connection is slower than dialup. It has become so undependable that I cannot bring people with me to this place if I need to use a computer with them. Join me if you are likewise frustrated in a move to Starbucks! They are just down the street and the quality, service, and WiFi are better. This has not always been so but times have changed and I am changing with them! See you Panera!!!!!! My relationship has totaled thousands of dollars and more than a decade. I was a buyer of Panera stock but I am getting out before these deficiencies catch up with the bottom line!!!!!!!

Cafe 4385 in Savannah on Abercorn St (8108) is the worst Panera in the nearby three states. The Assistant Manager Annie Gibbs does not even care to correct the simple but ongoing problems in the store despite repeated customer complaints. The bathroom stall locks have not be put in in over three months in the ladies room and my husband states it is the same in the men's room. I have been walked in two times because you can close the handicapped door but not lock it. This is disrespectful and inappropriate. The staff argues with you when you comment on food that is not made correctly or right.

your managers at the point loma in san diego are very rude and so non professional

We love panera and moved from ohio to Phoenix. get a panera in Phoenix, it would do very well. hurry!!!!!

I was recently at a Panera Bread in Ohio (North Westerville location). I overheard some blatant racism coming from a staff member. They were talking about people of mixed races and what to call them. One woman spoke up above the rest and said "oreo". I later found out that the woman who said such an offensive term was the general manager of that location. I will never go back to that Panera again (and I am not sure if I will go to any other). I have told my friends and family of this occurrence. They were also very disturbed that someone in a managerial position would say something that racist in front of her staff. What kind of impression would that leave on them? How will they treat future customers if a general manager can say what she wants with no regard to others?
