9/19/12 I am writing to advise you that on 9/13/12 a charge of $6.70 was placed on my debit card with SunTrust Bank. I am retired from United Airlines, and my last day at work was on 7/4/12 at 5:30 pm. Your Orlando International Airport placed a charge on my checking account and I want the bank to pursue this erroneous charge. However, they're unable to find a phone number for this outlet. I purchased a coupon book put out by our local school in which panda express had a coupon issued this summer good through Aug 31 of 2013. My first complaint is that the girl who finally took our order ignored us while we waited while she stood there talking to someone else. My second complaint is that the coupon was " free entree with purchase of two." Even though these coupons are new and good for the next year I was told " we no longer offer that, you have to buy three and get the forth one free" absolutely horrible customer services to SELL coupons and fail to honor them.

I think Panda Express has one of the most delicious fast food menus. The food chain's concentration on customer satisfaction is apparent by the customer surveys and ability to sample before purchase; however, I must report one terrible location in particular ....Store #1212 in Hollywood(Sunset Blvd.) has the worst service I have experienced ever. I would have requested to speak to a manager today, but quickly realized my complaint was regarding the Manager, not his staff. Darwin runs a very sloppy shift and I have only him to blame. In addition to having poor customer service, in the end he was extremely rude.

I worked for this company for almost two years. At first I loved working for this company and loved the experience. But that ended FAST! This company is so unbeleivable disorganized and filled with uneducated/ untrained managers! I thought maybe if i transferred to a different location things would get better. But it only got worse! You have people quitting and coming back all the time! Why would you rehire someone who is not reliable!? You guys need to work on properly training your managers before throwing them out onto the floor! As a regular worker I can say I knew how to do more of the managment duties than the own managers knew! I also in the time i worked their I had 6 different managers! SIX! I don't understand why you let some of the people you do become managers! Also your managers need to learn how to treat their workers fairly! This company is not very good with making sure things are done fair and RIGHT! They are more worried about making their money and sales. But if you guys worked on making sure your managers were trained and knew what they were doing, then maybe your sales would be better!

I FOR THE FIRST TIME WENT TO THE REST. IN PLACERVILLE CA. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I AM APPAULLED THAT IS REST. IS STILL IN BUUSINESS. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. I ORDER THE CHICKEN AND GREEN BEANS AND THE STEAK WITH ASPARRAS. GUESS WHAT IT WAS JUST GRAVEY AND 3 GREEN BEANS, NO CHICKEN. UNLESS U CALL 2PCS OF CHICKEN AS BIG AS YOU FINGER NAIL. THE STEAK HAD 2PCS SIZE SAME AS CHICKEN AND 2 PCS OF DRY ASSPARRAS. I CALLED THE MANAGER THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK THEY WOULD REFRESH ORDER. WHY WAS IT NOT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I LIVE 35MILES FROM THE PLACE PAID $9.63 FOR COLD RICE AND TEASPOON OF GRAVY AND CHICKEN THE SIZE OF YOUR BABY FINGER SAME WITH THE STEAK. THEY ARE A JOKE. NOT EVEN LAUGHABLE.

I recently visited the Rosemead, CA location and was treated unfairly. I went on and ordered the tofu eggplant and chow mien. I was not greeted upon entry and neither was I offered a sample. Well, anyhow I had to wait about 7 minutes for the tofu eggplant to be prepared, which I had no problem with. I decided to wait towards the register for my order and the young lady named Patty asked if I would like to pay formy order now or after I received it I told now is okay. My order came up to $5.97 after I handed her debit/ credit card she asked to see my ID. I did so and afterwards I was handed back both my card and ID. She also handed me my receipt and told me my order will be ready shortly. As I waited there the same young lady Patty assisted the next customer. The customer's order was $ 15.74 and she also paid with plastic, but was not asked for ID verification. I was boggled at the fact that my order came up to $5.97 and I was asked for ID and the lady who paid after me order was $15.74 and she was not asked to show her ID. I then asked Patty if the asking for ID is reserved for certain ones. She responded by saying if the order is $25 and over ID is required if paying with a card. I said well how come I was asked for ID of my order was only $5.97 and the young lady after me order was way much more than mine and she was not asked for ID. She was speechless. My question is ---- was it the fact that I am African and the other young lady was perhaps Hispanic or European??? She felt so bad after that she could not look at me. I never have a problem showing my ID as a matter of fact I appreciate the fact that I am asked to show ID for many factors, theft etc. but one thing I do not appreciate is unfair treatment. I will never eat at this Panda Express again. Patty I hope you realize that one race of people despite the negative stereotypes associated with them does not apply to the entire race. Your actions that day on Sept. 1st at 4:50pm offended me.

Panda is great hear in Florida, pinellas county, more specifically Gulf to bay blvd in Clearwater. Unfortunately the employees are not drug tested and the lady that takes our orders most of the time is a pot head, after several visits, we also found that some of the cooks are also drug users. I dont know about you, but honestly, I dont enjoy eating at a "family restaurant" where most of the employees are addicts.

I went to the Panda Express on Bruceville Rd. in Sacramento, CA and received the worst service possible. Not only did the servers look me over to help two people who came in after me but when I went to the restroom and came back two servers completely walked past me and didn't even acknowledge me. I work in the area and I stop in every now and then for a snack on my way home. When I made the complaint to the manager he tried to bribe me with a drink but all I wanted was the corporate managers office. It took five minutes to get me the number (I know the number to my businesses corporate office by heart). When I called the number to make my complaint I found out that they gave me the survey hotline that you have to have a reciept code. I will no longer be patronizing that location and am seriously considering cutting Panda Express from my pocket book altogether.

Been eating Panda exprsss veggie rolls dipped in the red sweet sour sauce, Great taste. Last night I noticed my Urine was "pink" to "red" in the toilet bowl. Scared the heck out of me, Have had kidney stones before, dont want to have that expereince again. After a few hours the color in my urine went away. Anyway, can your tell me if you Red food dye is added to your sweet sour sauce. In the meantime no more Panda express food for me. Was fort worth texas location.

I work at Panda Express as well and I can assure you out of all the places I've worked this is the worst of them all. Granted my other jobs were wonderful and not fast food, but my first job was What A Burger and I enjoyed it by far much better then this company. The customer's are terrible and think they know everything, yell all the time and waiting (i swear) two items for something makes them upset. It really gets on my nerves. Also the company itself has fallen and the management is simply terrible.

So I Work in Panda Express Licensee Restaurant. Work Is Pretty Good And Chill But The Labor Always Bad. That's Why I Go In At 3PM And Get Out Approxx like At 10:08PM Depending On The Supervisor. There's One That Is Fast There's One That Is SLow. So The Fastest I Get Out Is Like 9:15Pm. Well We Also Get A Break. For Example I Got In At 3Pm And I Get My Break At 4PM. I use to work at Panda Express in Ceres Ca, my manager would always give me headaches he was very rude and he would always pick on me all the time. He plays "FAVORITES" with his employees and never let me explain to him anything before he start jumping into assumptions. I was not the only worker he would be rude to, he mentally abuses his employees by putting them down making them feel like their nothing. He has no feelings what's so ever . He has no patience at all. I am a witness, how some Hispanic guy came to apply and my manager was trying to laugh at the guy when he was speaking then the guy had left then my manager said that he didn't believe anything the guy said it was Bull Shit ... How can he judge people just because they can't speak English well. This guy loves to make his employees cry especially the girls. He will sit and talk to them, but won't let them go intill he makes them cry or feel like their worthless . Many of the employees their are afraid to talk but someone needs to step up and do it in order to stop this . By the way his name is CHUE

I work at a Panda Express. MY complaints are mainly for the customers that complain. They don't understant that we have to constantly make new food, so there may be a wait time, espically if you want to wait till WE CLOSE IN FIVE MINUTES!!! No, I CANNOT give you a double portion unless you want to pay for a two item plate. No, I CAN'T give you more beef than broccoli. That's why its called BROCCOLI BEEF!!!! Yes, all Panda's add $1 for steak and shrimp. One item means a bowl. If you want it in a box, then F!!!!!! ASK!! If I seem to have an attitude, I'm sorry, but I am dealing with someone screaming at the drive thru ORANGE CHICKEN! and have them get offended if I ask if they want it on a plate, bowl, or by itself. Here's a news flash. ALL FROZEN CHICKEN ITEMS, ORANGE, SWEET FIRE, EGG ROLL, TAKE 7 MINUTES TO COOK!! IF YOU DON'T WANT SALMONELLA, SHUT UP! I hate my job. I really do. Having a bunch of red neck hicks order every day, then decide to add or delete when you get to the window, while there's a huge line does not make anything easier. Want to compalin? Go for it! Most of us don't care BECAUSE of people like you. Our pay sucks, most of the time, our managers don't know what they're doing. Want good service? Give it to us and you'll get it. Hello - Until Panda Express responds to my inquiry how they can claim that MSG is NOT used in preparation of your recipes, I will continue to give them only BAD PRESS ! ! ! Panda Express states that MSG is NOT USED in the preparation of your dishes - - - then why does my lady get rashes, swollen tongue and lips, as well as other obvious allergy reactions, even when she only eats a rice-based vegetable dish! Logic tells me that Panda Express kitchens do NOT ADD MSG at each facility because it is ALREADY ADDED IN the recipe at the corporate kitchens before the various dishes are shipped to their restaurants and that is why Panda Express can claim that MSG is not added at the restaurant where the food is served - - - An extremely disappointed guest who has been asking you to reply since Jan, 2011!! Management is LYING and misleading the guests who trust your statement! Shame on you!!!!

Walked into a panda express in brownsville Texas and WOW the girls were rude rude rude it was 30 mins before they closed and they left my friend and I standing there for 5 mins without even saying hi to us or letting us know that they would be right with us. My friend asked if we could get help and the girl talked like she didn't care that we wanted to eat there.... I am sad to say I won't be goin to an other panda express any time soon I also posted on facebook and Twitter about my bad experience there

I've been eating at panda express for a year faithfully now. Two to three times a week and have never had a bad thing to say intill now. I went through drive thru and when I got to work, And opened my plate it was as if it was dropped and Only a a few pieces of chicken that my five year old Wouldn't get full off of, egg roll was way over cooked, And rice had no flavor at all! Called store and was never able To speak to someone so this is why I'm here!
