not very happy at the moment
i have this service for 2 family members. you cannot use the website to refill the plans. you must call the 1-800 number to renew. most of the time, there has not been a problem. however please BEWARE if you change plans. your phone can run out of minutes and be stuck without service, while you wait up to 24 hours for a supervisor to contact you. my dad would have been left w/out any service b/c of their mix-up. NOT ACCEPTABLE
