My Daughter has Season Tickets. Apparently, the ticket system is not functioning as it should. Last night for the Suns game I attended with my Wife. We entered the building with the plastic Season Ticket Holder's card, it was scanned, but no Ticket was printed. We were instructed by Ashley Turner, Assistant Director , Client Services to proceed to our seats because there are issues with the system. Upon arriving at Section 102 we were not allowed to go to our seats 23 and 24. My Wife had to hike down four flights of stairs to find Ms Turner (all escalators were going up). I got Chris the ushers' Supervisor to try to solve the problem to no avail. Gwen the Usher was no help either. By that time my Wife returned with a printed form filled in by hand. With this form we were allowed to proceed to our assigned seats. The Amway Center, new building, high tech. The Orlando Magic, new Team. The Ticket system? Useless. Please note that this is the second time there has been a problem with this system this Season.
