Prior to OD, Viking ran a great company. This OD is the antithesis of Viking. NO customer service, can't locate previous account, NEVER again!! Going to STAPLES!

I simply am amazed at the way this company does business. After placing a simple order, we were sent another business's order, we promptly called and informed them of the error. We were told that we had to cancel the order and place a new one. Virgina Swift Cancelled the order she told us. Surprise when we find out we got billed for both orders. Trying to clear this matter up has taken us 3 hours on the phones with people who we cannot understand and have no idea of what we were talking about. I will never ever do business with Office Depot at any of my 23 Proeprties. Never neveer have we been treated in such a rude and unproffessional manner. We are also filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to make sure this company no longer treats professional customers in the manner.

I LOOK FOR A PLACE TO SEND YOU PEOPLE A EMAIL BUT I GUESS YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOUR CUSTOMER'S AND THAT IS WHY YOU DON'T HAVE ONE. I KNOW NO ONE WILL READ THIS BUT MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL GET SICK OF IT BY THE TIME GET THROUGH I PLAN TO PUT IT ON MY FACEBOOK FOR THE NEXT MONTH OR SO JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS HOW YOUR PEOPLE AT THE STORE'S TREAT CUSTOMERS. I BOUGHT MICROSOFT MOUSE FROM THE STORE IN MOBILE AL. AND IT DID NOT WORK. I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT I JUST WANTED TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I HAD GOTTEN ANOTHER ONE SOME PLACE ELSE. NOW HERE IS WHERE IT BECAME THE PROBLEM THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ON AN ITEM I BOUGHT TWO DAY AGO SAY I COULD GET A STORE CREDIT BECAUSE THE BOX WAS OPENED...................IT DIDN'T WORK NOW I HAVE CALL YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THE STORE MANAGER WOULD BE CALLING ME BACK STILL WAITING................BUT LIKE I SAID THE WEB GOES ROUND AND ROUND PLEASE TAKE CARE OF MY SMALL 27.49 REFUND BEFORE THIS HAS TO TAKE UP ANY MORE OF MY TIME BECAUSE I WILL BE GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THIS UNTIL IT IS. I WILL CALL THE # I WAS GIVEN BUT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN YOUR COMPANY I DON'T HOLD OUT HOPE OF ANYTHING BEING DONE. BUT I TO WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT ORDERS FROM YOU BUT NOW WE WILL TAKE THE 200.00 OR MORE A MONTH THAT WE SPEND SOMEPLACE ELSE.

I PREVIOUSLY WROTE TO YOU ABOUT A PROBLEM I HAD IN THE BAYMEADOWS RD/JACKSONVILLE FL LOCATION --- NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR CONCERN FROM OFFICE DEPOT ON THE ISSUE --- MY GUESS IS THAT YOU ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH ONE CUSTOMER - EVEN THOUGH I CAN TELL MANY PEOPLE OF THE HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD IN THAT STORE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONE INVOLVING THAT EMPLOYEE - ONE OF THE INCIDENTS - THE STORE MANAGER WAS STANDING AS A WITNESS TO THE RUDE PERSON BUT ALL HE DID WAS TELL HER TO BE QUIET ( WHICH SHE DID NOT DO ) IMAGINE MY UTTER SHOCK WHEN I VISITED THE STORE A FEW WEEKS LATER AND THAT PERSON WAS WORKING THERE STILL!~~ *** THE ISSUE FOR TODAY *** WHAT COMPANY GIVES A 'REWARD' CARD BASED ON PURCHASES WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE???? I HAVE BEEN RELUCTANT TO GO BACK TO THAT STORE WHICH IS MOST CONVENIENT TO ME - SO WHEN I RECEIVED A REWARD CARD/ I SIMPLY STUCK IN MY BRIEFCASE - I JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER 'REWARDS' CARD $10.57 - I NOTICED THERE WAS AN EXPIRATION DATE ( SHOCKED) I THEN LOOKED AT THE PREVIOUS 'REWARDS' CARD FOR $18.29 AND IT EXPIRED ON 8/31 -- UNBELIEVABLE TO 'REWARD' A CUSTOMER FOR PURCHASES WITH A LIMIT ON THE TIME IN WHICH TO USE IT ... SEEMS LIKE OFFICE DFPOT WILL TAKE MY MONEY ANY TIME --- BUT I CAN ONLY GET A 'REWARD' FOR BEING A LOYAL OFFICE DEPOT CUSTOMER IN YOUR TIME ALLOWED!!!!

I took printing to your store in Boca Raton 4901 no. federal highway. When I initially took my material to have copyed it was for publication. Your store lost original documentations that cannot be replaced. I called help me Howard. I've been working on this book for 19 years if the publisher needs the original pictures, what am I to do? The employees at that store doesn't seem to have any care. Your store manager or her name is Barbara. I spoke to her more than twice, She doesn't seem to really care or realize the importance of the documents. My bill was $141, and I had to have all of it redone the person copied all my documents not taking any of the tabs off the paper will. I'd appreciate it you would contact me it is possible.
