Im an exemployee for Oreilly,it was my third day of work and i was robbed at gun point. When the police arrived to take the report on the robbery,i came to find out that the store had been robbed four times within two months.Then i also found out that the store had no cameras or any type of security.If Oreilly doesnt care about their stores or money im sure they dont care about their employees.

I purchased a wheel barring in 2010 for a 2003 Envoy from O'reilly. within one year the junk part broke. I got another wheel barring under warranty in march 2011. here we are 16 months later another JUNK wheel barring part from O'Reillys!This time no warranty and out anther 125.00 not to mention labor from qualified mechanics again. I will never buy another JUNK part from them again.

I went to my local store bought a part went to the dealer to get my car inspected told me the part I bought and put on was defective I lost the receipt and went to the store the sales clerk was very nasty and in high tone said the door clearly says no returns with out a reciept there was no need for that type of behavior so went to napa and bought the part that's the last time I go there!and to top it off I will give bad word of mouth that what they sell is crap and there customer service sucks see how long they stay in buisness.

This is my second posting from my first on two days ago. I went to the Oreillys in San Bernardino Ca. located on kendal dr. After dealing with poor customer service ans sarcastic remarks made the Asst. manager Yurami I then dealt with the worker named Marie telling me not once but three times that GOD NEEDS TO BLESS ME! I have called the District Manger Mr. Diaz, only to get a complete run around and all I really wanted was an apology . Now I have contacted the ACLU and the apology will have to come in the form of money compensation. Apparently the Oreillys in San Bernardino ca. also doublea as a preaching center. ANd apparently if you are not of the right faith or the lack thereof you will not be treated like a paying customer. I have now contacted the ACLU. Maybe they can explain the God Complex that Marie Has and how she completely offened me with her repeated references to GOD.

If I could give this place a less than 1 I would, this is really a 00000 rating. I just left the auto parts store on kendall drive in San Bernardino Ca. I first spoke with the asst manager yurami about a part that was ordered a week ago, I received a phone call last wed that the part was there, I explained I would not be in until this weekend to pick it up, I was told, THATS OKAY, WE WILL KEEP IT FOR 2 WEEKS. When I showed up for the part, I was told cant find it, and we only keep for two days. I explained my car was dying in the parking lot, I was then told, HAVE A NICE DAY! This was in a tone of complete sarcasim. When I called her on it, that I wanted her name as her comment I took offensive, the other person behind the counter then piped up with GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!. When I then turned to tell her dont go there that god has nothing to do with this, and besides I was not in church, I was at an auto parts store, she then said Again GOD BLESS YOU. SO EVERYONE OUT THERE, YOU CAN GO TO OREILLYS AUTO PARTS FOR ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS AND PREACHING ALL IN ONE. I have taken great offense to this remark and plan on taking this further. As I will follow up with corporate. And Marie the worker can do her preaching somewhere else, like maybe at church on sunday, if I have my way Marie, you will have alot of time on your hands.

Store #S1991: Their manager CHRIS acts like a freaking teenager and does not care about his employees. He goes around giggling like a little girl with the kids he hired and acting childlish while his MEN work. People around town do not like doing business with him. He promots children that have only been with oreilly a short time while overlooking MEN that have been there since the beginning. O'reilly should have left him at parts store where he was before they came to town. Oreilly company you are all liers. You promise your employees the moon but give them crap. You do not promote GOOD work and God forbid you even give a raise. You are SO cheap and I pray to God that you will get what you deserve. And from the previous reviews from other people about oreilly the main consensus is you SUCK!

First, Nonya you need to get off the internet and go back to school if you ever went. You spell worse than a first grader "macanic" PLEASE. O'Reilly's has regional Mgr's. who hire you if you have experience in auto part's sales and tell you LIE'S to get you to work for them. Then as someone else stated they hire a bunch of babies for you to baby sit, or the people who do know a little will work long enough to find another job because they don't want to pay anything! Plus put up with all the Bull****. Andy was doing approx. 35,000.00 a month and was fired over BS. But his 35,000.00 followed him to Napa and hurt the hell out of Newberry O'Reilly's. O'Reilly's don't understand PEOPLE sale part's O'reilly's don't. They are very ungrateful to their employees. No matter what you do it is never enough! But to all RM's DM'S whoever REMEMBER on your way up you will meet the same one's on your way down. Isn't that right Mr. Holbrook. Turvey used you then let you go. His M.O.

The bean counters would fire someone with over 10 years service that sells almost a million dollars worth of their "junk" per year& then charge them with theft to slander them in this line of work !!! If the inventory count is correct & the returns count is correct & the money in the store is correct & the audit score has been around 95% out of 100% & no customer complaints WHERE IS THE THEFT ??? This store will loose over 1/2 of its sales in one month & then the bean counters will fire the store manager for lost sales that they caused & by the way both of these employees would be looking at retiring before too long so you have thrown everyone at this store under the bus !!!

Recently, my husband made a purchase with our debit/charge card at our local O'Reilly store in the amount of $31.79. The following day I attempted to pay my phone bill using my debit card but my payment was rejected due to insufficient funds. I had just checked my bank account earlier that morning and confirmed that I had over the dollar amount I needed to pay my phone bill as well as do some grocery shopping. I also noted that the O'Reilly charge of $31.79 had cleared my account. However, I was unaware that O'Reilly had put a $120.26 hold on my account reducing my bank account considerably. I understand O'Reilly putting a hold on an account in order to make sure that they get their payment but to put a hold of $120.26 for a $31.79 charge is ridiculous!! I would recommend that if you shop at O'Reilly & use a credit card that you find out EXACTLY how much you will be charged.

LIKE THE PRODUCTS LIKE ALL OREILLYS EXCEPT THE ONE IN WAYNESBORO,TN...RUN BY RONNIE AND A FEW SO CALLED GOOD OLE BOYS..IF YOUR A WOMAN..YOU WILL GET (SERVICE BEFORE ANY MAN)IF 3 ASSOCIATES ARE IN STORE AND NOT STAREING DOWN THEIR NOSES IN TRUE REDNECK FASION THEY WILL JUMP IN QUICK TO HELP A WOMAN...STrANGE PLACE... associates.The one newest one is helpful but the one named damien and ronnie act like they are scared to help and be apprecitive that a customer pays their wage.IF YOU HAVE MYSTERY SHOPPERS WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO SEND THEM.

Went into O'Reilly store to purchase a quart of oil. Only two customers in store and after waiting 15 minutes and not receiving any service left and went to Auto Zone. They have better service. Will tell my 5 kids and anyone else that will listen not to bother going to O'Reillys. Worst service ever.

The store by my house is run by idiots..the would not return something I had for store credit, but after bitching for an hour. (With THREE BABIES UNDER THE AGE IF THREE... ON A 90 DEGREE DAY) He said he would put it towards something else but not do store credit..???? Last time I checked that is store credit you dumb f+<%... WOW...I MEAN I KNOW WE ARE NOT BUILDING ROCKETS IN HERE...BUT YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME... HORRIBLE...I WILL MAKE A OUT OF THE WAY TRIP JUST TO GO TO AUTOZONE OR ADVANCED...

I have purchased 2 seprate items there recently and out of the box they didnt work. This stuff happens so i took them back but got tons of grief about exchanging them at a different location? Why is there such an issue with exchanging faulty parts? Does it effect the employees paycheck or ? I dont get it.

*China Spring, TX Store* NEW This is a new store location open for business but yet have they paid several contractors who helped build this location. Facebook and Twitter are a powerful messaging tool and it is spreading, I know I won't shop there. If they don't pay the contractors how can you have faith in their honesty of the parts you buy?

No issue with the service or quality of their parts but I received the local O'Reilly ad in todays mail and the entire 4 page circular was printed in Spanish. This is the United States and if this company has decided to cater to Spanish speaking people then I guess I will find another store to do business with. Print in English and let the Spanish learn english.

I was at store 1168 around 1230 pm today. I purchased a headlight online and it was the wrong one. That wasnt my issue though. The store manager and the young lady at the counter were very busy so I decided to look around a bit, I needed some other things but wasn't sure where to look. There was an older gentleman, his shirt said Bobby, in an Oreilly uniform walking up and down aisles on his cell phone (first disappointment) ignoring the accumulating customers and ringing phones. Once his phone call was finished I approached him for some guidance. He went on to tell me he doesn't deal with costumers, he's just a delivery driver..so why is he out on the floor making the store look unprofessional with his personal phone calls coming before business? Then the Manager, Wade I believe, asked him to answer the phones if he and the other young lady were busy. He had the nerve to say " I was unaware I was a counter person now". Idk why anyone would keep someone on their payroll with that kind of outlook on their job. He obviously felt above helping out and it made my view on the company, at least this store, a very negative one. The Manager was very helpful once he got to me and I believe he deserves someone who is willing to step in when needed, regardless of their job title.

We've been having problems with your A/C Compressor Kit were going on the 5th Compressor for our customer vehicle which is not good cause the tech is very unset with your product and not getting paid for it and the customer is getting upset also. which is not even our fault it's your company problem which I think you need to get change your line of product. I SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT SH!T THAT ISNT EVER THE COMPANIES FAULT. POOR INSTALATION, POOR PERSONAL RECORDS KEEPING, AND ABOVE ALL ELSE IMPALITENESS. ALL OF YOU COMPLAINERS NEED TO SHUT UP. THIS COMPANIE DOSE ALOT MORE THAN WHAT YOU SEE. THE ONE GUY SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE ASSO. TAKEING A CALL WILE CHECKING HIM OUT, GET OVER YOURSELF. OH AND BY THE WAY THAT CALL WAS PROBLY A MACANICS SHOP CALLING THEY DO THAT SO THEY CAN GET THE PARTS TO FIX YOUR CAR THAT YOU FU(&ED UP.

They don't want to honor their life time warranty on their products. First time was when the axle i bought 2 years ago busted, took it in and they say it's a junk yard axle because it has different color marking on it and not their product. Told them it's 100% theirs and so the employee call the store manager and he said the same thing. Asked them if they can check their axle in the back and sure enough they both have the same color marking on the same spot. They finally exchange it and i didn't think much about it. Today i went in to exchange my 3 months old radiator because it's starting to leak on the top and same thing happened. They said that it wasn't their product because it's brand was different from the one they have in stock. I told them it's theirs, talk to the manager and even show them the receipt. The product number on the radiator clearly match the one on the receipt but they still refuse. They stick on to the same argument that the brand isn't the same disregarding the part number. Finally they exchange it but said this will be my last exchange for the radiator and even wrote on it the receipt. The manager also took my receipt for the first radiator so now i don't have it as record. Also the new radiator is different from the my first one so I'm guess they're getting their product from a new source now, so does that mean they can forget all about their past product?
