I received and returned my product according to their return policy on 10/4/13 via UPS and it's now 11/22/13 and I still have not received my refund $171.50. I have called four times and each time they state that they will resolve the issue and nothing. I don't not recommend working with this company ever!!!!

horrible customer service. auto ship orders keep coming after repeated cancellations and they continue to debit bank account for unauthorized orders. getting a refund has been terrible and I'm not done yet, been over 60 days and counting.

the worst company I have ever dealt with will never do business with Murad again to bad product is good but customer service is terrible!
