Customer service was horrible at 1101 4th Avenue Birmingham, AL location. Obviously, corporate has taken action because of two previous complaints on this site, and customer service still sucks!

I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT ALFONZO (THE ASST. MANAGER) AT THE STORE 1101 4TH AVE N IN BIRMINGHAM HE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. VERY POOR ETHICS..RUDE.. I WENT IN TO GET MY ORDER CORRECTED AND HE WAS GIVING ME A HARD TIME ABOUT AN ORDER THAT MRS.WINNERS MADE A MISTAKE ON, HE ALSO CONTINUED TO ARGUE WITH ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. WHEN I ASK FOR CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER HE STATED IT WAS NOT A CORPORATE OFFCIE NUMBER..ALSO REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE STORE ID#...SALES NUMBER..994331

I switched from Costco insurance to Geico after they said they could save me money. We the policy was less but I was never informed that if I ever had to get my windshield fixed, it would cost me a "deductable". Geico indicated when I asked them before I signed up if I have glass coverage and they said yes! Didn't menthioned the deductable. So when I had damage to my windshield, I reported it to Geico and they said "you will have to pay your deductable first". This was a SHOCK to me. So I called Geico and have now been paying the higher amount for the "4" vehicles I have on the policy. When I called to get the windshield fixed after some new damage, they tell me that I will have to pay to fix the first damage before they will fix the new damage. If I cannot get this taken care of soon, I will cancel all the cars on my policy. I never had such a hard time to get something fixed. I USED to frequent the Mrs. Winners location in High point, NC on Greensboro Rd but not anymore!!!! About 1 week ago, I went in to order a 2 piece meal and when I sat down to eat it, I noticed the chicken was waaaay too greasy and did not look fresh. Matter of fact, I ALWAYS have to ask for fresh food when I go in there cause if I'm paying for it then I want it right! Immediately the "manager" and this is a black girl who is very pregnant, copped an attitude while asking me if she could help me, then she snatched my old plate of food (minus the old chicken cause she got angrier that I'd thrown the old chicken in the trash can - - -what the hell??? Was I suppose to just keep it?) out of my hand and proceeded to tell me the THE NEXT TIME I WANT FRESH CHICKEN I NEED TO SAY THAT COMING THRU THE DOOR SO SHE WONT BE WASTING A WHOLE PLATE OF FOOD ON ME!
The other workers in there began to mock me and laugh because I always ask for fresh food and its a damn shame that I have to do that!

I was employed by these people for five years in management and my location closed down. JUDY told me one month ago that my last check was being mailed to me and i still havent received it yet.my calls are unanswered and unreturned.this is a unprofessional company.i want my money!!!!!!!!!!
