Mrs. Fields Corporate Office & Headquarters

This place has the worse customer service. You can't get in touch with anyone ever for questions the stores seem can't answer. I took my business somewhere else.

I was treated horribly when visiting Mrs. field's location today in Penn Square mall in Oklahoma City. The woman was incredibly disrespectful and unbelievably unprofessional. Won't be going there anymore!

The phone numbers all go to gift placement. No number to speak with anyone in corporate. This company is a poor running company.

Their website indicates all cookie cakes have to be ordered in advance with at least a 2 hour notice. I have called the number listed to call on their website all day. I got one busy, and all other calls went unanswered. Extremely poor service.

Stopped at one of your locations in Downtown Chicago (Ogelvie Train Station) and was ignored by employees. There were two people there. This was at 12:55 PM. One was texting and one was staring at a large cookie dough he was working with, but wasn't doing anything.

The employee had bad customer service and they didn't have on their uniform.

I just tried calling to ordering a cookie cake to the Mrs. Field's in Joliet IL. I called 4 different times and let the phone ring for a minute each time. Horrible service I will not be ordering my cake or anything for this Mrs. Field's awful

The staff is lazy at the Jersey Gardens outlet mall location. One girl just made up a bunch of bs when I asked her questions and then over charged me. I loath when people lie.
