I would like to complain about one of your ASSist.managers Craig Grantham. I recently had my tires rotated and rebalanced and had to go back because the weights flew off,then they flew off again so I went back and Grantham told me the tires were cupped, which I was never told the first two times.The tires are not cupped and I was told that at another mr. tire.GRANTHAM has a problem dealing with customers who know what their talking about and he refused to give me my money back or fix the problem.I bought the tires at mr tire in 2005 and have never had a problem with the balancing. They have about 15,000 miles on them.I'm going to another mr tire tomorrow and have them balanced.ALSO the first time I was there for 2 hours after making an appointment and an hour the 2nd time.
