Bought tires at Mr. Tire in Bridgeville, PA...pressured me into buying insurance. Had a problem about 8 months later with a split in one of the tires....had put on less that 1,500 miles on car...said it would cost $75.00 to replace tire. Told me not to that it was just cosmetic. Went back to Mr. Tire again because a policeman told me that it was an accident waiting to happen. The manager told me he should mind his own business and do his job!!! Then told me he was charging me $120.00 for a new tire when I paid $147.00 for the tire new!!!! Told him to refund my "road hazard" money ($25.00 per tire)....he became irate and started verbally attacking me..his name is Matt....maybe Mr. Tire should equip their managers with classes in customer service. Also, went their with a $19.99 coupon for oil change and they tried to charge me $39.00 - thought it was an honest mistake...UNTIL my friend went 3 weeks later and they tried to do the same thing....where can a person go for honest work on their car - I'LL TELL YOU WHERE NOT TO GO - MR. TIRE....THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE WITHOUT A GUN! If you had trouble with Mr. Tire...please report to the Better Business Bureau...also, calling my local TV stations....maybe if we all stick together we can stop these thiefs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst experience in the Schererville, Indiana location that anyone could ever have. They let my car sit for 4 hours as I was told to come back after that time. Nothing was done on my car when I returned. They offered no explanations or apologies. The manager was a nasty man. The place was disgustingly filthy. The bathroom and waiting are had not been cleaned in months if that. They lost my business and they didn't give a shit. Went down the street the next day and got new tires and had a wonderful experience. Mr. Tire SUCKS!!!!!

Went to Mr. Tire on black Friday. I was just going to get new tires put on. I left my ipod in the glove carpartment. When I got back in my car it was GONE! I called the manager and he said that would never happen. I told him when I went it was there 2 hours later it was not there! And that was the only place I went. I then called back and spoke to the head manager and he was just as rude and no help what so ever. I did file a police report just so if this happens to other people then something will get done. I know I should not have left it in, but to open up the glove capartment when you have no business to. RIDICULOUS! I have passed the word to NOT use Mr. Tire. I will never ever put my car in their hands again and encourage others to do the same!

Absolutely ridiculous! Got an oil change and much to @my dismay the tech did not replace the oil cap. My vehicle started smelling like gas fumes & running extremely loud. Call Mr tire and explained the situation 2 the manager whose response was his tech r veterans and competent (obviously not) he proceeded to go back & forth telling me I shouldn't be upset because everyone makes mistakes. If they are competent why are they making basic mistakes. Called corporate .......they were just as rude & unprofessional. I guess that's a prerequisite to work there. Will be getting a refund and never patronize ever again.

Horrible horrible service. Took car in for tires. they claim to have found other things wrong - $1200 later - the car is still no working and they don't know how to fix it or when it will be done!!!! NEVER GOING BACK. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GO TO MR. TIRE.

Went in for alignment . Worker test drive the car while the serp belt was squeeling the entire time . It destroyed my idler pulley .. I bought a new one and im changing it ... Its common sense not to drive a car when the belt will not stop rubbing i even told them it squeels and that no test drive was needed... Im still calling the corp owner to see what i can have done about this.

They will not honor their sale price. One manager took the sign down in front of me and said, "That's an old sign."

horribel experience. went for oil change, was never done. The oil on the dip stick was still dirty. they probably filled it up with the recycled oil. Had to get the oil changed somewhere else. would never go there again

Horrible service! Go in for a 19.99 oil change come out with a $59 bill! Always trying to tell you just how bad your vehicle is, and it only has 23,000 mile on it...beware! Do miss Courthouse Tire, (original shop) Fredericksburg, VA.

The Mr. Tire in Westminster, MD screwed me over with two vehicles in a matter of weeks. I took my boyfriend's 2001 Landrover Freelander in to have it inspected. They failed it due to a "leaking axle". Being a woman who knows nothing about cars I asked to speak to the gentleman who inspected it so he could show me exactly what that meant but of course, he couldn't take the time to do so. I had the same vehicle looked at by a few of my parents' mechanic friends and they all told me the same thing. There was nothing wrong with the axle. Conveniently, Mr. Tire called me a few weeks later and said they were going to have to refund the money because the man who had originally inspected it was moving out of state and they wouldn't be able to reinspect the vehicle. They told my boyfriend that we would be receiving a check in the mail in about 6 to 10 days. After waiting for 2 1/2 weeks with no refund check I called the store to ask what was going on and was told the check was coming from the corporate office in Rochester, NY and it could take up to 6 weeks to receive it. Giving the store the benefit of the doubt, a few weeks later I took my parents' jeep in for an oil change. There was a deal going on at the time for an oil change and tire rotation for 19.99. After waiting hours for them to finish, I took the jeep back to my parents only to discover that the tires had not been rotated. This store is very unproffesional and I believe that most of the staff are lazy and really don't know what they are talking about.

Horrible!!!! Do not go. Very pushy sell u stuff you do not need.

I wanted to commend your organization on one of your excellent employees-Donald Raver. I called today to get new tires, only to learn of Donnie's recent and tragic death. He was an excellent, hard-working indivdual who represented your company well. I have 7 vechiles and took them all to Mr. Tire soley because of Donnie Raver. I hope and trust that as a valued manager Mr. Tire has the benefit plans in place to take care of his family.

I have encountered Very unprofessional people at Mr.Tire in Ellicott city, MD.For the work Mr Tire performed overcharged Me.The suggestions/Quote for my vehicle given by Mr Tire was exactly the double from the other place. Also the initial estimate is misleading.Be prepared for the worst if you go there.Don't buy the suggestions or recommendations they make. You have to call them 100 times if you have low price work.

Every store is different and as brand I have had good experiences with Mr.Tire. But recently at the Reisterstown Store, #732 I had a very bad experience. No point in going into details but in short, they took too long to replace two tires, I left with a wobble that was not there before they did the service and I believe I was over charged. I will no longer use that store for service. I called Mr. Tire to complain and customer service was worse on the phone than in person. I will continue to use Mr.Tire at least until the road hazard expires on my tires but I will use the Store in Eldersburg MD where I have always been treated with respect and never felt ripped off. I am taking the car to them figure out where the wobble is coming from.

I am very disappointed at the service I received at Mr Tire. I was charged for a coolant system pressure test that my vehicle did not receive. I was told that my truck needed 4 coolant hoses that they had to get from a dealership and wouldn't be able to put on until “sometime tomorrow.” I called and informed them I needed my truck at which time one of the employees told me I couldn't have it until Brian got back. Well I went and took it to another shop where a pressure test was done and they showed me where water was coming out of the side of the intake manifold. I was told there was no way Mr Tire did the test or they would have known. I've heard Mr Tire was a rip off and now I know for myself. I was charged $53.46 for a service that was never completed. I have contacted the Attorney Generals Office regarding this dishonest service I have received.

Mr. Tire in Cleveland actually stole my GPS from my car. Filed a police report and will never step in this store ever again.

Just when you think you've seen it all: The other day I took my SUV to a Mr. Tire in Baltimore and asked to have the vehicle aligned, wheels rotated and balanced. The mgr. wrote me up a bill for $119 and asked me to sign it. I did. I told him that I would be back in about two hours, and he said fine, okay. When I came back to pick up the truck he took me into the work area and told me that I needed new tires (I purchased four tires ten months ago), he also said that I needed new rear brakes. He had the rear brakes pulled apart and laying on a shop table. I told him that I had a doctor appt., and besides my wife's son is a mechanic and he will do the work. He said okay and put the car back together again. I waited about 20 minutes, and when he came to get me in the waiting room he told me there would be no charge. I didn't understand, what do you mean no charge? He told me that they didn't align the front end, rotate the wheels, or balance the tires. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I reminded him that that's what I came in to Mr. Tire for, and he even had me sign a bill. He said he was sorry. Well that's a new one on me. You know who Mr. Tire really is...he's Mr. bring your car to me and I'll tear it apart and tell you all the things wrong with it, but I won't fix what you brought it in for TIRE!!!!!

I took my truck to Mr Tire just outside Columbus Ohio and had them put new tires on. The told me they would check the wheel alignment, I wasn't concerned as I had no problem w/my alignment. They did one anyway and I had to take it back, they still didn't fix it. I had to take to the dealership to get it aligned properly and the dealer told me the tires were also improperly balanced. The dealership rebalanced the tires but indicated that one or more of the tires were bad as the truck drifted depending on where they put the tires on it. Only one position of the tires prevented the truck from drifting. I went back to Mr Tire again on Wednesday evening and provided them w/all the paperwork from the dealership and they told me they would replace the tires at no cost. I set an appointment for 8 AM the following Saturday. The man said they didn't have them in stock but would have them there for my appointment which was two days away. When arrived at Mr Tire on Saturday at 8 AM they didn't have the tires and the manager Brent Pugh was a jerk about it. He showed me their alignement paper (something they didn't give me when I paid for the tires/service initially) and told me they had green numbers on it too!! Really, well you'd better get a new tech or get your equipment calibrated because the truck pulled hard left when I left your business and it wasn't doing that when I pulled into buy new tires. You didn't do much better when I brought it back for you to fix later that same day. In all, I made 4 trips to MR Tire, I finally had someone else replace the tires and took Mr Tires tires back to them and I've filed a complaint w/my local Better Business Bureau. One set of tires and three businesses to get it right...ridiculous.

I took my 97 chevy lumina in for new tires last week into MR TIRE, Reed Rd- Columbus. About half way through doing the work I got a call from them stating that they were concerned for my safety and that I was going to need new brakes all the way around the car. Knowing that my buddy who has a garage just serviced in the not too distant past I told them I'll take a look at it myself. The salesman on the phone pressured me saying that he personally didnt feel that I would be safe leaving the shop with my brakes in the condition they were- the front pads were basically metal on metal at 3/32" (0.09") he stated. Well...on over to my buddys place to put the car on the lift and check it out. Well after pulling the pads off the caliper and taking my dial calipers to them I found out that Mr. Tire must need some new measuring devices- My pads were evenly worn on both sides of both wheels at around 0.40" and in perfect working order- a far cry from metal on metal and a safety concern...MR. TIRE blatantly lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. I will never again go there.

I had a terrible experience at Mr. Tire in Catonsville, MD (near Double T-Dinner). I brought my car there in November 2010 to have an oil change and tires rotated. I explained to the gentleman who registered my vehicle for service that one of the tires were low. Received the oil change and tires were rotated. However, sometime in December I noticed the same tire was losing air again. I had taken the car back on Jan 1, 2011 to have the tire checked out. I was told there was a nail in the tire. Ok so when I had there in November why wasn't it detected? Ok, so they patched the tire and send me on my way. I drove the car home and in a matter of hours the tire was flat again. I took the car back to Mr. Tire on Jan 2, 2011 and explained to them that I was just there on yesterday and the tire was supposed to be reapired, but apparrently not. The technician claim the tire had another nail in it. Ok , that's hard to believe another nail same tire.. Yeah ok if that's what's you say. Needless to say by the time I arrived at my home on Jan 2, 2011 I could hear the air seeping out of the tire.. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. What the heck is going on? So at this point I'm livid.... How many times do I have to take one freakin tire back for repairs.. So I called Mr. Tire spoke with Norman who stated that the tire had a nail in it.. So I said so what could be the problem now? I don't know you will have to bring it back tomorrow. Explained, how upset I was. How many this do I have to go through this ordeal. Well Mr Nelson said well why bother, you half way believed me when you were here. So there's no way to convince you now. I asked what do you mean by that? Is that how you treat your customers? Proceed to asked him what was his boss name and the number to corporate office. He stated that's not his job.. Well hell apparently not fixing tires isn't you job either. Are you ready for this?? He hung the phone up on me... As a result of that I will never never utilized this company again.. After I post this same message on twitter and facebook there will be millions of people who will be aware of Mr Tire HORRIBLE work and more importanly to TERRIBLE and UNEXCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..
