55 Reviews For Miller's Ale House Headquarters & Corporate Office

N Miami Beach Ale House

We am reading all the reviews and we are trying to figure out why when the customer service is so good, they switch the manager to a different restaurant. I guess the management in the big office doesn't like the customers to be happy. We go to the Miami Miller Ale House 2-3 times a week. They had a great manager Steve. They moved him. Not the same and we probably won't go there 2-3 times a week any more. Connie is our favorite waitress but who knows when they find that out they will move her.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE from the top of the chain all the way down...the only decent people there generally are the hard working servers, bartenders, cooks and "bottom of the barrel" staff, you know, the ones that make it actually run. UNFORTUNATELY any form of appreciation from management all the way up to corporate office is just not present when it comes to staff and/or the guests of the establishments. Not good karma! Very sad.

Fort myers ale house has by far been the worst customer service i have ever recieved. We were not greeted for over 30 minutes and hadwatched 3 groups of people turn away due to not being helped. This is ridiculous where is the manager on duty!? So rude and unacceptable cant beleive a corporate business is being operated so sloppily and unprofessional no wonder its dead!

I would just like to know...is it normal practice for managers to impregnate employeess? I worked at the I drive location and was dating the manager Tony Lewis whom i now have a six month old with only to find out he has now got the bartender Kate at Hiawassee pregnant. Yayyyyyyy! My son will have siblings at every Ale House from here to jersey in no time!!!

DO NOT WORK FOR THE ALAFAYA, WATERFORD LAKES STORE IN EAST ORLANDO. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, THEY DEGRADE YOU IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, AND THE GM (QUENTIN) DOES COCAINE IN THE OFFICE AND BATH ROOMS WHILE YOU ARE SLAVING AWAY! HOPEFULLY H.R. WILL INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE AND HE WILL BE JUSTIFIABLY TERMINATED! THAT'S IF THEY HAVEN'T ALREADY NOTICED A DECREASE IN SALES DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE. THEY SHOULD BE HAPPY I AM NOT SUING FOR HARASSMENT AND MENTAL ANGUISH.

I like eating at your restaurants but two times this year right after eating at your restaurant #43 my credit card has once been frauded out and the second time I was charged for $250 on easymatch.com. I have my credit card company investigating this. It is really sad and if you want to fix this problem you should not allow your employees to take credit cards out of sight. This is really your problem. I did not notice this until I went through my statements and saw the pattern. I ate at the restarant on 6/8/2012 and charged $51.74. I am afraid to tell you I normally eat at them all over the state and will not ever eat at your restaurant again. Simply I cant trust you any longer.

I was so not pleased with the customer svc given at the local Miller Alehouse on Hiawssee rd in Orlando. When I stated there was a waterbug crawling across my table. One table left when they seen it and another table tried to swat it and the booth behind me sat up on there knees to look over to see how huge it was. The manger named Tony Lewis had very little concern and never came to our table to apoloige or ask if our food made the situation any better. We paid the bill tip the waitress and left. I didn't even want to tip the waitress but my husband stated were better than that and he's tottaly right. Even though we spent money to get treated like no one of importance. But for the waitress named caitlyn who comes out when were leaving to pick up the check says that she wish she could take off something from our bill but there is nothing she could do because her manger won't let her.... tell's me that you don't care if customers come in or not. What a way to run a business ! Awesome customer service. I guess someone forgot to tell them that the best advertisement is by word of mouth................... From an unhappy customer =(

My friend is married to a manager of ale house in ft Lauderdale. He left his family to move in with his girlfriend who is pregnant and this girlfriend was one of his employees when they started the affair. Don't go to or work for an establishment that does not support the sanctity of marriage but supports sexual harassment in the work place. Now he supports pregnant girlfriend and has not supported his two children since April but he did buy a new car and a new phone for himself and girlfriend.

I'd like to take this time to give accolades to the following people that work at your Beach and Hodges location in Jacksonville, Florida. These people have made such a difference when visiting to have a bite to eat, enjoy just hanging out, doing some work and having meetings. kelsey is always very nice, Ben tho reserved always has a smile on his face, Tommy wants to know that you are satisfied with the service you got while visiting and makes you feel welcomed, one of the best hostesses is Kate she will make a very good server, Emily is always so professional and is on top of her job, Devon is helpful, courteous to a fault, and kind, Arken is friendly and easy to get along with, another one of the bussers Adam is friendly attentive also. This list of employees are not listed necessarily in any order of importance. All of them keep us coming back to eat at your restaurant. It's almost the most important one. I'm fanatical about customer service. My hope is that some of the others, mostly new, will take on the challenge of doing as good as the people that were mentioned above. Please do not take them for granted! All these people have one thing in common it is the drive to please the customer first and make them feel right at home. I look forward to doing more business with your organization but wouldn't like it very much if the formula for success is changed at this location because this locations is a haven for positive things. All mentioned have been very welcoming and know how to treat customers. Thank you for making a difference!

Been coming here a few times to watch UFC/Boxing & enjoy the great deal on Millers/appetizer & manager comes around my table with my friends & asking me if I'm here for the Manny Pacqiuao VS Bradley.. what an uncomfortable thing to do, we spend enough money here to watch any fights... he's wearing a beige sport jacket...

Do not, i mean DO NOT EVER apply for a job position to the Miller's Ale House in Miami. EVER. Specifically Location #53 Miami Falls restaurant. Next to the Falls Mall in a Plaza. The management is incredibly horrible. I applied as a hostess there and within the next two weeks i was sent an online assessment (basically a personality test) and scheduled a second interview the next week. So everything was going well until after my second interview. And this was with the manager Marco but apparently he moved (thank god). I never got a call back at all and this was already about two months or a month and a half. My friend who was working there had to keep the managers updated to see if my status was okay. So I get a text not from the managers at all but MY FRIEND telling me that i had to go back and talk to the other managers about my application. So idiotically i went to meet with the other manager Ernie and you know what made me feel sketchy? The "system" didn't say that i did my online test (when in fact i did) and so i had to fill up the application again. And so they asked for me to come back again and this was already last month, my 3rd month. So on the 4th month i finally i received a text from MY FRIEND, not from the managers, MY FRIEND saying that I'm hired and to go to orientation @ 9am. So today April 29,2012 i went to the orientation, filled out handbooks, watched a stupid video about alcohol, the whole nine yards. Thinking i got in, i get a call an hour or 2 later saying that my availability didn't meet the requirements. And i tell them why? and they say because i was "hesitant" on my schedule. I mean why wouldn't I? I have school and i can't work on the mornings. My school schedule was Mon/Wed 1pm-5pm and Tues/Thurs 11am-4pm. I was able to work after 4 on tues/thurs and on fridays, saturdays, sundays i was free all throughout. But yes, they fired me right after on the dot because of my schedule consisted of too much school, and telling me that "oh i don't want you think that we're a waste of time" whats even funny was that i put so much effort for 4 freaking months and put me through ORIENTATION just to tell me that i didn't get in. So do NOT EVER APPLY TO THIS ALE HOUSE. THEY'RE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. oh and not to mention that they're rude, the staff is at least, the place is dirty i almost slipped walking there cus they never clean the floor and they discriminate, especially the managers ERNIE AND CHESSA. So i advise you guys, please, DO NOT waste your time applying to this place nor even eating there cus it really is not worth the wait. TRUST ME i went through 4 MONTHS with that crap.

Been to ale house at hunters creek in Orlando florida many times but went today and my fiance had snow crab when we got home about 1 hour after eating she got sick and has been laying in bed ever since looks like food posioning I call ale house to talk to manager to let him know. It took about 5 minutes on hold before I was connected to a rude man that thought I was wanting something for free and acted like he did not have time to talk to me about my situation, when all I was actually doing was being a concerned patron and letting him know to check inventory so no one else would get sick. Manager stated that you cant get food poisoning that fast and it takes 24 to 48 hours and was very unprofessional.

this is in regard to Mike A. SERVER #5876 at the Sarasota Ale House. We would like to take this opportunity to pay a compliment to the service that he provides. My wife and I are customers there about 1 or 2 times a week, whenever possible we like to sit at the bar and be served. Michael is ALWAYS a pleasure and a very attentive bartender. His smile is what really makes the difference and him being so polite is a credit to his ability to make you feel very comfortable. He is truly an asset to your company.

This afternoon my wife and I had lunch at the Ale House in Sarasota. This was our first time ever eating at an Ale House. We enjoy going out to eat and "people watch". After spending two hours on the patio we had a wonderful lunch and excellent service!!! The ENTIRE staff was delightful with the exception of one person, the manager on duty. We watched this young lady talk down to the staff on more than one occasion. There seemed to be a dispute among the staff regarding smokeing and my wife and I listened in and enjoyed the "drama". I think it is safe to say that the manager is VERY immature and unproffesional. This is the first time I have ever sat down to write a comment about a resturant, but this young lady truley was obnoxious. My wife purposly tried to get her attention to ask her where the restrooms were and she was completely ignored. It is sad that such a happy crew had someone so rotton in charge. I never got anyones name, I wish now that we did.

the six of us go to the millers ale house in jenson beach every thursday for over one year, the three ladies we come in contact with two debbies and skye are the best we have encounterd.they make great drinks and the food is always the way we orded it.thursdays three hours is the best. don bonnie ron peachie joe margaret

On Saturday night my dad, brother, cousins, fiancee and myself went to the Ale House on 1667 Florida Mall Orlando, Florida. There was afight that was going on that night that we didn't know of anyway the when we got there my family was told that if you're here to watch the fight you have to pay $10 sitting at the bar we said no then we were told sitting on the other side would be ok so we did that up well after being there for about 1 1/2 we were told by a supervisor that we have been there for a while now if we don't paid for this fight we'll have to leave well we say what? Into 2 hours of beign there spending money we were told by their manager DAVE that we have to leave he had our waitress bring up our bill and he said that now you guys have to leave or else I'm going to put $40 on your bill now here we are spending over a $100 well my dad and others got really upset and start to tell the manager what he was doing wrong and how they treated us. As a manager DAVE didn't care about his customer all he wanted was to kick us out of there. I really think that he was racist because we're Indian. Anyway that's the last that place will see us ever weekend that was my family hang out playing pools and drinking beer well its going to change now we'll do WING HOUSE or HOOTERS were they'll never treat their customer like dogs. I rated that ALE HOUSE for cutomers service the worst ever. Management service the worst ever.

To start off the food was very good and, our sever was great wish id have remembered her name. But the reason for this letter is my wife left a pair of costa del mar sunglasses on the end of our table that I had recently bought her for her birthday we returned home and she realized she didnt have them so I went back and they were not returned id like to think our server would not have taken them but you never know anymore with all the dishonest people working in the food industry im highly disapointed with the ale house and will not return. This happened at the alehouse in altamonte springs on 436. Please contact me at cktanski625@gmail.com

Location 7379 w colonial dr manager charles king ( i think he really consider himself a king because You can t even see him., he just communicates with customer trough the server) Soooo disappointed .this is is not about a nice service or the little things this complain is about health issues. On august 24 2011 I went for dinner me and my 2 kids , I ordered layered nachos, ( they were cold) also ordered 2 cheese burgers well done for my kids ( the meat wasn't t fully cooked you can still see the blood ) they took it and do burn it, also I ordered crab and lobster boil ( that was the disaster the crabs are cold, the worst thing is the clams were some almost open some are tight CLOSE) being busy with the kids and their bad burger and cold nachos I didn't t realize that the uncooked clam are dangerous to eat I ate like 2 or 3 than I did stop , share my problem with the server again, she said you ate 3 we can t offer you any discount (for me that s an insult ,I wasn't looking for free food I have a dealership, I think I have enough money to pay for my meals. Anyway I did show her the closed ones, I told her I want to see your manager she left and came back she told me that he told her to bring one of the closed one for him to take look at it, she did grab the clam with her hand, left and come back with the clam open, she told me , chales the manager told you you can eat it now it s cooked, I gave here my plate full, take it to him and I need him to either come and talk to me or write a statement about what did happen, she left and come back and told me after you pay your bill will be prove of you eating here, that s all, the server told me don t waist your time he doesn't t go to tables, he needs to know that s an easy law suit for people seeking easy money , I need him to know also I woke up next morning with rush, I hope I won t see him again in that restaurant or even on any other food place ..........
