im really sad because i love michale kors and respect him because he is one of the only designers the provide a plus size line i recently came into a little money and have been looking forward to going to shop at his new store in the mall near me but with all the bad reviews i think i might be giving up my dreams of owning one of his beautiful purses and go get one at coach because i would cry if my first designer perches turned out to be a disaster .

The customer service at lakeside mall in metairie, louisiana is the worst at the michael kors section in dillards.I was looking for a sales associate and I was told she went upstairs.When the girl finally came down, she gave me an attitude when i said,"i've been waiting." I was so surprised by her attitude. I heard the other sales associate called her Meagan.

I bought a bag for 459 .smakers, two days later the strap falls off. Go back for a refund.... Nope only store credit... Wtf... No where in the store does it stay only store. Credit only after the fact of the purchase A store that is so high class is so quick to get your mOney and when there is a proem Ai the bag ... U only get store. Credit.... That's funny..... I will be purchasing my hand bags from. Coach from now on..

I am beyond disgusted with the level of customer service at the Southgate Mall location in Edmonton, Alberta. My Husband bought me boots and a bag for my Birthday this year - I have no had any issues. However, for his Birthday he found 2 watches that he wanted in store so I went in to buy them for him. The sales girl was very helpful, of course because I was upping her commission. We had the 2 watches sized down and a day later my Husband decided that he wanted a different colour than what I purchased - So i went back in with my receipt and was told that there were no exchanges because the watch had been modified.... Now I can understand if the sizing had taken place elsewhere but it was done in store a day before and NEVER WORN. This was not a USED product. After dealing with the district manager we did not get anything - no exchange no nothing.... Now, less than a month later the watch literally broke while on my husband's wrist. We took it back to the store today and were told that 1) we had no receipt and somehow our informastion was not in their system, thugh the information from other purchases was there and 2) that they wouldnt send away for the repair until we had the receipt, though I am pretty sure it is their fault the information is not in their system and 3) that we will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to havbe the watch repaired. I am so sick of companies thinking they can charge you out thew a*s for their products and then not provide you with a quality product or any customer service at all. I am completely appauled by this company and WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE AGAIN. There are tons of great places to buy shoes, purses and jewelery... Places that will treat you with decancy and actually care if you are satisfied.

the customer service at the Michael Kors store in the Cherry Creek Mall in Denver is the worst!! Bought a handbag for my daughter in February she maybe carried it three time and it looked BRAND NEW! The snap on one side broke and all we wanted was to have it repaired. At first they offered to replace the bag then realized they didn't have one. I said then I would return the handbag or exchange it for store credit. Couldn't help me there either. They said I could send it to have it repaired for a $50 shipping fee!! I asked to speak to a manager and found that I was speaking to not one but both the sales gals were the MANAGERS!! What a joke for managers who had no clue what customer service is. I have spent thousands of dollars on Michael Kors products and will NEVER spend another penny!

My mother purchased a pair of heels that were on sale from your Walden Galleria location for me. The sales woman told her it wouldn't be a problem to return them if I didn't like them, which is why my mom purchased them (just in case I didn't like them). I tried them on, and I wasn't the biggest fan. When we went to return them today (4/15/12), the manager (petite brunette) was extremely rude and condescending about it. She said they could not be returned, and that she was basically doing us a "favor" by letting me exchange them for a different size. She was very nosey, and kept looking in my mother's Coach shopping bag. She kept saying things like, "are you SURE you don't want to return that and get one of OUR bags?" She also continued to look into my mom's shopping bag, and even grabbed my mother's brand new Coach purse out of it to look at, without even asking. To be completely honest with you, I will never go to this store again, and I absolutely loved a couple of the dresses. I will not spend money at a place that makes me feel uncomfortable like that, and have someone take care of me with their nose in the air. It's a shame because the rest of the employees were very nice, and I hope that they don't follow in her tainted footsteps.

very porr service, I seen a bodysuit MK and called the store to see if it could be made into a top, I ask how long it would be the sell's person told me it could be Alterted to what I asked for, the sales person said it would come to my pelvic area, I had told her I didn't wear short top's and didn't like short top's, so I received it, it was a size m and SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... SHORT THE TOP CAME TO MY BELLY BUTTON AND from seam to seam it is 10 inch's at the hem with no or very little give which make's the hem 20 inch's I don't even think there model's have a 20 inch waist line... so cheap Looking, I will never buy from them again, this cost me 610.00$$ I can fold it in 4 squares and it fit's in the palm of my hand sooooooooooooo... Little, This is my opinion of MK and their store's They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sell... There are other thing's you can do check into it This my opinion !!!

I am from Malaysia. Knowing that there are a lot of fakes flying around in the market, decided to buy an MK bag from original website which chould be trusted. I bought an Mk Bag online via online chat provided for by MK Original Website. In the website, it is stated that the bag is made of leather and described as leather tote taurus. Received the bag. Looks and smells cheap like plastic. Upon closer inspection, noticed that there is a tiny patch of 'leather' peeled off giving way to 'brown' color underneath. Dont think the bag is leather like advertised. As a bag lover, i am so disappointed and at the same time disgusted. So far I have bought bags from Coach and Ralph Lauren and thank god, have not encountered any problem. I wanted to have the MK bag returned, but found out that I have to pay an exorbitant price for it to be shipped back with insurance. At the same time, I was told that I will be given another of the same bag (cheap looking thing - nothing like the photo I saw in the website), and there is no way MK will let me order another model. But what is really confusing is that I was told (via online chat provided by MK website)that the bag I bought has been discontinued??? Apparently the shipping and etc is not done by MK but another company and now I really cannot help but being suspicious that the people working at the company might have 'swapped' the real bag with fake! Now I am stuck with a plastic looking 'thing' and I dont know what to dot with it. I have sent an email to Michealkors customer service, hopefully they will replay as I want a full refund plus shipping. Hoepfully they reply me. I actually dont mind not getting the refund, but I just want to find a way to send the 'fake' looking bag to MK's management and let them see for themselves what their representatives have been selling on their behalf!

DO NOT BUY the "Grayson" handbag or the wallet. Listen to me, they FADE!!!!! I used very gently both, the bag and wallet and they faded. Now of course nobody answers the phone calls. The only way you can get someone to pick up the phone is of course, if you are interested in purchasing something. But once you have an issue with your purchase FORGET IT! Michael Kors is cheap please ladies don't buy his products. This company is only available at the beginning when they know you will spend $$$$$. If you have an issue OH WELL, OH WELL. You are left on your own with a cheap and embarrassing product. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

i recently brought a large handbag from mk,and its only been 3 months and the bag has already startd fading,i tried to return it to the store for a exchange,and they would not do so without the receipt,even though it has a sku number on it and it is a mk original.still trying to reach headquarters or corporate office for customer satisfaction.

My 18yr old son bought me a watch with crystals around the outside. I had to send it back once because after wearing the watch just twice two of the crystals fell out. They repaired it for free - mind you it took a month and a half to receive it back. The watch came back to me in a bubble wrap envelope,I had to write and complain to get my box back, and not only that the crystals that were replaced, came back in but chipped. Four months later, yet another crystal has fallen out. The customer service is horrible and it doesn't seem as Mr. Kors stands behind his products or cares about the customer once they have spent their money. I would never purchase or accept another Michael Kors gift. I am very unhappy with this watch, and very sorry my son wasted his hard earned money.

I have no clue who Kors is but seems that this is a shell company that imitates and modifies someone design,calls it their own and mass produces it with cheap labor. The looks are good, but the quality is suspect at best and more than likely poor. I bought their MK 5403 watch and can not find it's features because it had none. Resellers has none, Kors office does not answer, and third parties handling services do not know what this watch will do or how it function. Fortunately we have a liberal return policy and will try it. Looks are appealing, but an analog watch that claims to have water resistance to 100 meters. HUH.. That's it folks

Micheal Kors products and 'customer service' (in reality, lack of) are awful. The quality is very, very cheap and they don't stand behind their product. Purchased a coat in NYC, and less than a week later, the zipper broke.....pair of booties, the heel fell off and wore a belt once and the 'leather' is peeling off. When trying to contact them about the coat, go no response. 6 emails and no assistance. Never again. And I tell my friends and family the same thing.

Purchased a pair of boots at Michael Kors at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto. The boots were coming apart at the seam!!I asked for the manager of the store and was told theres no manager here. So as i spoke to the sales clerk and explained i dont have the receipt, but i am hoping that they would be able to get these repaired.This sales girl full of attitude and ignorance snapped at me "NO RECEIPT NO REPAIRS" I was shocked and disgusted at the lack of respect this girl had for a devoted customer!!!! I understand i had no receipt but the boots are stamped Michael Kors on the bottom of the boot and on the inside and it was still in its box with the sku!Not only that i am in their computer system with all my purchases!!!!!I wont be shopping at Michael Kors thats for sure!!!!!!

My wife's sister is a senior executive of a apparel chain in Brazil and she wants to possibly add Michael Kors brand to her Sales mix. How would she go about doing this or whom could she talk with at the corporate office to find out the feasability of this.

My husband decided to surprise me for the New Year with a bag I saw in the Michael Kors store at the Smithhaven Mall in Smithtown NY. He purchased the bag in cash totaling $486.00 brought it home and I was thrilled. Unfortunately the only one they had in stock was the large version and I just found it to big for me. I returned to the store with the intention of exchanging it but they didn't have the bag I had wanted but the sales girl said they may be getting a bother order in soon. She asked if I wanted to return it but instead she took my number and said she would call me. After 2 weeks without a phone call I decided to just return the bag. When I entered the store and told the sales girl I wanted to return the bag with a nasty tone in her voice she asks for my receipt. I take the envelope I received with the bag which contained a gift receipt and she flippantly replies oh your only untitled to store credit. I explained what had happened the 2 weeks prior which after involving a manager turned into a refund. The catch I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a check to be mailed to me. HOW DARE they take my cash upfront and then tell me I have to wait at least a month to receive my money back. I'm sure everyone who receives royalties from the cash customers splurge on a handbag can simply brush off $500.00 dollars for weeks at a time but for those of us get spoiled only on holidays or special occasions

I have been in love with Michael kors bags and purchased many bags. I bought the python Erin bag in August 2011 and the strap is falling apart. I am so disgusted and the store will not stand behind this purse.

I tried to return a bag at the Michael Kors store in Los Angeles/Topanga that I had purchased 6 days earlier. My return didn't fit their return policy and the store manager, Laura King, refused to give me store credit. I can accept their greedy policy but I can not accept the dismal treatment I was given by the manager. She was outrageously rude and hostile towards me with no provocation on my part. She treated me like I was stealing from her store after I paid $398.00 for a handbag. I have tried for 3 days to reach customer service in NY to report this. The customer service department is only a voice mail and no one returns the messages. I have never been treated so poorly. I have followed Michael Kors career since the 80's. I have spent $1000's on his brand products and I will never, ever buy another Michael Kors product again. Clearly it is company policy to ignore the customers needs. It starts at the top Mr. Kors. Don't bank on your name forever as evidenced by this website - your stores and your reputation will one day be ruined.

I received a Michael Kors Charlton Bifold Wallet for Xmas from my husband-the clasp wasnt right from the get go and I didnt want to embaress him by asking what he paid for it and accepted it gracefully-2 weeks later the piece that holds the clasp has broken off-I found out my daughter purchased it for him because he trusted her taste-she bought it at a Marshalls in New jersey-paid cash and cant find the receipt. I called Michael Kors corporate-no joy-said I needed to take it back to Marshalls to see if they would exchange-good luck without a receipt-or I would have to mail it to them and they would decide to fix it or replace it- So disappointed- this company is all about the money-think I will return my Michael Kors handbag that I also got as a gift-must be over $200.00- overpriced garbage. No more Micheal Kors for me!
