Michael Kors Jet Set Travel Tote (tangerine) Gorgeous bag, terrible quality. After two months, the stitching on the strap started to fall off! Tweeted a picture to Michael Kors but no response. Decided to reach out to Bloomingdales, where I bought the bag, instead and they were AMAZING!!! They're going to replace the bag.

I really sympathize with all of you with issues and complaints with MK. Although I have not had to speak with Mk customer service - my issues were resolved before getting that far. Last year I received the Mk Rose Gold women watch that matches the MK men watch. I absolutely loved that watch however because of the metal it started to turn from rubbing against clothes, desk, you name it - it probably hit or scratched it. I returned the watch back to Macy’s – they did not have that particular watch so I was issued all of the monies back on a Macy’s gift card. A few months later I went to Macy’s at south Beach and saw a better MK Rose Gold watch (Michael Kors Rose Gold watch with baguette Bezel). This is my favorite!!!! Well today I had to go back to my local Macy’s to replace it again - which I am not upset about. Of course I ended up staying with the same watch…Customer Service was great and told me to come back if I have any more problems. Until MK starts using a little platinum with the rose gold I will not mind replacing it every so often…

HORRIBLE!!! I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week now. FINALLY I was given corporates number and guess what? Once again, I spoke to a voicemail and probably yet again will not receive a call back. Will never purchase one of their overpriced defective handbags again.

I purchased a Nickel-free watch for my Son as a Christmas gift..One of the dials fell off, embarrassed; I returned it to Macy's Dept Store in Boca Raton, Florida and they in turn gave me Metro's Service Center address in Texas., costing me 30.00 for shipping and repair., I received it back today with no letter of apology or correspondence.The watch was wrapped in old bubble wrap. I am very disappointed in Michael Kors and will never buy another one of his products again. I have purchased dresses,slacks, jacket, & Handbags , wallet in the past. They have lost me as a Customer. I hope Michael is happy with all the money he has ripped us off.

I purchased a MK cross shoulder small leather bag in brown at the Seattle Premium Outlet in Washington. I wanted the purse in black but they didn't have it in stock, so I said I am buying it as a gift. So I bought the brown one and asked the cashier if I can return it and get the refund on my credit card. She said yes you will get a credit. She didn't say a store credit so she was very misleading. I returned the brown bag with the receipt within 21 days and the store Manager Jacques would not give me a credit on my credit card. Instead he gave me a receipt that said Refund store credit, "This is your store credit receipt. Please retain this receipt as your copy of the STORE CREDIT". I asked how long is this good for, he said forever. I said but it is printed on paper that ink will disappear later, don't you have a card that you put the credit on like COACH, he said that is the way it is. This No Refund Policy is a terrible and I am wondering if anyone has reported this to the Consumer Watch Dog. What does MK do with the monies that has not been claimed? Is it reported to the IRS? So the Consumer is out of pocket as the items are not cheap. COACH purses has a way better return and exchange policy. I would not shop at MICHAEL KORS due to this NO REFUND Policy again. I want my cash back!!!!!!

I am very unhappy with the Customer Service and NO REFUND Policy at the Michael Kors SEATTLE WA Premium Outlet. I bought a brown cross shoulder bag as a gift and asked the cashier if I return it will I get a credit back onto my credit card, she said yes you will get a credit. I decided I should return it and get it in black but they did not have in the store. I returned it within 21 days and the Store Manager Jacques said NO REFUND but I will get a store credit. I said I want a credit on my credit card as explained by the cashier when I bought it. Jacques said there is NO REFUND but you will get a store credit. So he processed the store credit and I asked how does this work? Jacques said this paper receipt is like CASH and you can use it forever it does not expire. I said the ink on this paper receipt will disappear, do you have a cash card, he said no. I am very disappointed with Michael Kors no refund policy for such a big company. They should learn the customer service that the COACH Store has. I will never buy another Michael Kors product. Has anyone contacted the Consumer Watch Dog about this NO REFUND policy and what does Michael Kors do with the monies that were not claimed? Has this been brought to the attention of the IRS? I want my money for my refunded purchase but Michael Kors will only give you a paper reciep that is on disappearing ink which says REFUND on it????

Why, oh why didn't I read all of the reviews concerning Michael Kors...MK , quality and lack of customer service! 3 months seems to be the life of the bags. I received a black patent "leather" bag for mother's day in May, the black patent is peeling off the bag. The worst is the binding that attaches the sides of the bag to the bottom gusset has come apart leaving a exposed (3 ins) length of binding. I will continue to carry this tacky, cheaply made bag just as a walking advertisement of their poor quality and to visibly warn people do not buy MK bags!! I purchased a coach leather bag in 1981 & my daughter carries it to this day for a "retro" look bag and it is in prefect condition, I always just conditioned the leather. All of my Dooney & Coach bags are still in excellent condition. I will never stray again from those brands! PLEASE DON'T BUY MK! Let's stick together as consumers and not be ripped off by a company that is happy to take your money and forget you the next day. I have had knock off bags that have lasted years @ a 1/4 of the price I paid for my MK that lasted 3 months. It is oblivious that have a real quality & customer service problem. Oh sorry, customer, haha! That really is a joke!

I bought a Gold Rose watch at Michael Kors store in Vegas. Little did I know, they sold me a used one ! The links were missing and there were some scratches on the band. I brought back to two different store in Southern California to return but they would not accept my return bc it is not a new one ! Of course it's not a new one bc you guys sold me a used one ! They wouldn't believe me no matter what and wouldn't let me return or even have store credit ! I am so furious. I hate the customer service so bad ! I paid the full price for a used one, that is so unacceptable ! Will never buy anything from Michael Kors store again. Rather go to a department store. Urgh !

Bought a pair of shoes from Macy's in Cincinnati about a year and half ago. Gave them to my mother as a gift. She was downtown Cincinnati walking in them when the complete wedge of the shoe came apart from the top. I sent the shoes back at my cost and they said because I didn't have a receipt they would do anything about the shoes. You can see that they were hardly worn. They gave me the impression that I stole the shoes because I didn't have a receipt from a year and halp ago. I had just bought a $385.00 Michael Kor purse just before they gave me the news. The purse is being returned and that is the last purchase that any of my family will make of a Michael Kors item.

I was given 2 pairs of MK shoes for this past Christmas and both have manufactures defects as they are broken. I only started wearing then this season May to June, 1 MONTH! I contacted customer service and without the receipt, cannot help me. I cannot locate the receipt. Clearly they are Michael Kors..I just want the same shoes but fixed!!! That's all. To top it off, when I spoke with the very rude CS rep and asked to speak to her manager, she told me "she could not give me this info" WHAT??? So I contacted HO only to be greeted by ANOTHER rude CS rep. I left my info and have yet to hear from anyone. REALLY? $500 worth of broken shoes and nothing from them. I have been a faithful MK customer for years but no more. I am done. I will continue to disuede people from buying his product here on in.

I purchased the gold micheal kors handbag and noticed in four days that it was fading. I am very disappointed because I love my bag! But one thing is for sure......it will go back and I will never ever purchase another thing that has MK on it! (Michael kors)!!!!!

Last year, I purchased a black MK nylon tote with patent leather lizard straps. Quality of the bag was good, but the straps were made of cheap composite materials and frayed so badly after ~6 months of use that I had to discard it. For what it cost, this bag was a complete rip-off and I, like others, will stick with Coach and Dooney who make sturdy, quality handbags.

I own Alot of Michael Kors, clothes, shoes, jewelry, watches, bags ranging from mid tier to collection. In all that I own, there have only been 2 issues which was resolved by the store in Lake Grove NY. The quality on my Michael Kors, some of which I have owned for a few years are awesome. In my book, Anything Michael Kors stands for top quality! I will continue to be a Michael Kors lady, his products are amazing and high in quality

I am extremely disappointed in the Michael Kor flip flops which I purchased at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. I wore them once only to have the decal printing on the top of the shoe peel (it looks like snake skin). I called the store to complain and they said they no longer had my size but I could bring them back for a refund. Explaining that I live 500 miles away, they said I could ship them back. Why would I pay $10 more for defective merchandise return? Also, they said even if they did have my size, the next pair would do the same. Really? I paid $30 (on sale) for flip flops that are substandard and look like Walmart flops... Very disappointed.

I purchased a pair of shoes for $150. at a Michael Kors shop about an 1 and 1/2 hours from my home. When I took them out of the box there were two left shoes. I called the store and let them know. There was no way I could get to the store before I left for my vacation so they said if I would mail back the left shoe they would send me the right shoe. I wanted to take the shoes on vacation. I told the person I talked to that this was a big inconvenience and I wasn't going to have the shoes when I needed them. I asked about a discount or something on a future purchase since I was out postage to send it back and inconvenienced. When I got the right shoe in the mail there wasn't even a note apologizing and certainly not a gift card to cover the postage. I did find half a note taped to the shoe that said "customer not happy. Discount or gift card?". It was torn in half. I think that it was just rude, they really should have paid the postage outright. This was my first experience dealing with the Michael Kors store- it will be my last.

I received a MK handbag seven months ago. 3 weeks ago the buckle broke on the strap. I called and emailed the coporate but had trouble getting in touch with them. I finally got someone by email and they asked me to send pictures of what was broke. Since then I have had no response to any of the five emails (with pics attached) and no resolve. I'm very disappointed to have spent so much on a handbag only to have it break but then to deal with such terrible customer service or lack there of. I WILL NEVER BUY MICHAEL KORS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW ABOUT THE EXPERENCE THAT I HAD WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY! Thank you Facebook and Twitter.

I will never buy anything Michael Kors after the experience that I had in their outlet store in Tinton Falls. I had purchased 2 shirts and had changed my mind about them. When I went back to return 2 days later I was told that they only offer store credit for returns, yet I was never told this when purchasing the item. NEVER SHOP MICHAEL KORS, ESPECIALLY OUTLETS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a Michael Kors watch in Miami. 2 days later the crown screw was missing. Had to send for repairs and pay shipping. 2 months later the same screw is missing. Refuse to fix it. Again. Difficult to find anyone to fix it other then Fossil head office. Terrible workmanship for such a well known designer. DO NOT BUY.

body: I brought a pair of the Warren Thong Sandal. Style #40U1WAMA2M Color: Pale Gold Size 10M. I brought this beautiful shoe on 06/09/12 for $59.00 and I was so excited to wear this shoe on 06/11/12, I wore this shoe for approximately 2 hours and oh boy did this bruise the top of both of feet so bad I had to take them off and for the last 2 days the tops of foot is still hurting. When I read my receipt for return it stated that only unworn shoes can be return, but this item really needs to be looked at. Now I did walk around the store in the shoe to test who comfortable they were and at that time they felt good. Now I have MK bags, wallet, and other shoes but in this case I truly believe a refund or store credit towards another pair of shoes should be warranted. Now I have always been satified with MK items but this item truly has a manufacturers glitch right under the emblem. Please consider my request. This is the email that I have sent to your corporate office twice and no one and I mean no has returned my email or call. What type of customer service to you have.
