I wish match would do one small thing to so drastically improve their site. I've subscribed and canceled several times, have not met the right one. Take "wink" out completely, "wink" is totally useless to every single member. Everyone wants and email, not a button click. Give everyone free "between email and wink"... Replace wink with a flirt button. It even sounds better to the ear, I got a new flirt today, 100 characters and spaces. I think less people would cancel paid membership like I have, twice. I'm not paying for match anymore until flirt, a 100 character "text" from one member to another is free for all.

I believe your costomer service is very poor. You have a policy of automatically renewing membership without any notice or any email. This is a very poor policy.

I joined Match.com and subscribed for 1 month. If Match.com was a reputable company, they would do the honorable thing and cancel a person's subscription after the one month period ends. This is not the case. Match.com does not cancel your subscription but continues to bill you month after month until you manually go into your account and cancel it yourself. After being billed for a second month, I called up customer service and explained to them that I only signed up for 1 month and did not wish to be billed for another month. I continued to ask that my money from the second month be credited to my bank account. They told me that they have no way of keeping track of how long a person has been active for and it was in the terms of my contract before signing up. Therefore, they cannot refund my money for the second month. Being the largest dating site in world, one would think Match.com has enough money to hire a computer programmer to write up some code that keeps track of this and sends out an email after 30 days (or however long a person signs up for) that contains a link that directs you to opting to cancel your subscription. It sounds to me like the technology is readily available, but it would be more profitable to the company if they keep this message hidden in the terms of the contract. I am also looking in the Pros and Cons underneath the "Share Your Opinion" section. The 3rd con from the bottom reads "Cost to Much." It should be spelled "too." The sixth con reads "May Be A Bit Overhelming." Maybe if you payed a bit more attention to the details of your website, people would want to remain active members so you wouldn't have to come up with ways to scam them out of their money. It is overWhelming to me how the management of Match.com operate. It would be a great idea for them to take a class in ethics. Match.com is run by a group of greedy and immoral people and highly recommend avoiding this website at all costs.

I am interested in being in a commercial for you on successful couples because of match.com. Wonderful site, never been happier! nicolly26nj@yahoo.com

I cancelled my new membership within 24 hrs. The money was taken out of my account instantly and I have yet to receive my credit back since I was within the specified time limit. I have also tried to contact help by phone but the 866 number you list is not working. I paid in good faith that my refund would be honored if I was not satisfied with the site after I signed on. I am going to spread the word of your deceptive practices of not returning the fees as specified by you. Also will make sure that I state this on my facebook to warn others who may be contemplating joining Match.com. I do not think this is a fair way to treat anyone interested in your site who may want top cancel, according to your time limit. Mu confirmation of cancellation is #100909833, I joined on Nov. 19th, cancelled on Nov. 20th. Mega Ward 815 528-5223

I think there needs to be somewhere where everyone can get together. Just looking at photos and the profile isn't enough. You should put together a dance or some picnic, something where people can actually talk. If not maybe I can do something!

Yes, I need a contact number and address. Presently, I am seeking legal support concerning the unwanted constant e-mails. I have submittted notes indicating that I did not want any contact. We are not members and do not plan to be. At this time, it is important that someone contact me from your Corporate Headquarters.

I wanted to talk to someone about a match.com commercial. I'd love to share my/our story. If it all possible my number is 516 672 2821!! Its a great site!! Getting married in 6 weeks!! My email is sesitbon@yahoo.com
