Gross, they changed recipes

Ya know, I'm not sure why ljs changed their recipe but I'm sure it has to do with monetary gains which is unfortunate bc in my opinion, the amount of customers they will lose over this will not be worth it. I used to love their food but won't be eating here no more and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Wish I could attach a pic of what I was served, I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

I visited your location in Clarksville, Indiana, and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and kept the restaurant very clean. It was very busy in there and just the way they worked and how fresh our meals were was very pleasant.

My family wished and did go and enjoyed so much our visit to your stores and nice eateries in and around the Tampa Florid areas now all has gone I know you are not age by gone but were are you now in Tampa I am heart Broken the loss of a well known place to eat. I know our now government says they DO NOT LIKE small businesses but this is ridiculous and sad. Thank You for past fond memories for my family.Will you ever comeback here???

I want someone to contact me about the removal of drinks for combos at LJS Guess what, other resrautants , drive through, still have a drink with the mail included in cost and are cheaper than LJS. Also, someone needs to teach cooks how to cook chicken all the way through. Often when I get chicken planks these are stringy from parts that aren't cooked I used to go to LJS at least twice and sometimes 3 times a week. Now it is one.

Worst dinner ever!

My grilled fish dinner was terrible. No one should be allowed to sell such a terrible tasting dinner. When my husband went there to get our dinner they told him also there was no cole slaw. My hush puppies were soggy from the juice that was in the rice and the green beans had no taste at all. They tasted like they were rinsed in water and served. I think you should be ashamed to serve such a meal at the price that we had to pay. My fish was two small pieces about three quarter of an inch in lenth. Management needs to change if you want your business to continue. I am very very unhappy with my meal. Pretty bad...

May13,2013 After waiting 46 minutes in the drive through at the Linton,Indiana Long John Silvers, I finally got my order, which turned out to be two items short. After another ten minute wait I left without my complete order. The help was incompentent, and quite rude. I don't expect to ever eat at another Long John Silvers. I will recommend the same for anyone who will listen to me.

i wish the employees cared

Don't go to the long johns in Tahlequah Oklahoma.Their shrimp is rubbery, and almost all the tables were covered in trash as well as their floors. Trash&Food. And the manager was so hateful. It's Really went down hill.

Why can't we have a long john silver in. Oakwood,georgia? The one we had in gainesville, ga. Burned down. There's not a fish place in oakwood.

old and dirty

My wife and I went to the Long John,s on Va.Bch Blvd. Va Bch. and found it very dirty and old and run down I think they need some help in the way of knowing how to clean I do not think we will go back there again. Thanks for your time.

No more "original" tarter sauce

What are you people thinking? You changed the tarter sauce? I'm done with your restaurant until you go back. It's just not the same any more. Way to over think it. I understand it's under new ownership and they just had to make it your own... mistake and NO THANKS.

went to long john silvers today, ordered two fish dinners. its been about a year since my last visit. your fish still has the same problem, its to salty. thats bad for people with high blood presure and doesn't taste good. hope you can fix this problem. thanks for reading my review.

Bad Service in Martinsburg

I am a regular customer of Long John Silvers, sometimes visiting the Charlestown, WV location 2 or 3 times a week. Today, I tried the location in Martinsburg, WW. It was 6:05pm when I placed my order of 2 fish and 3 shrimp. The employee said she would bring my order out to me. 3 or 4 minutes later, she brought me my order saying they 'owed me a fish' meaning they were still cooking it. I proceeded to eat what she brought me. 20 minutes later, I finished and continued to wait. The same employee had given between 6 and 9 customers their orders, many with fish and one gentleman ordered 8 fish. After 5 more minutes of staring at the employee, I walked up to the counter. The girl asked me what I would like. I told her I wanted my fish. She asked what fish. I told her the fish she told me she owed me. Immediately, she went and got my fish, saying 'they (meaning the cooks) had not told her it was ready'. However, they didn't have to tell her about the orders of all the customers she served after I came in. I would be happy with only visiting the Charlestown location, however I will be moving to the northern part of Martinsburg so that is the location I WILL BE frequenting. Every time I receive bad service, I am going to report it here, the corporate offices and other places on the Internet. The Charlestown location has easily seen me spend $70 a month for the past 3 months.

Filth!

I went to your store in Mooresville Indiana, I took pictures it was so dirty. My four year old said "eww mommy where's the broom?" I had always gone in the drive through and never inside. the employees not very clean in appearance. Hair all over the place and dirty uniforms. My daughter & I had to search for a clean table. When the woman came out to clean the table she swiped all the crumbs and dry food onto the floor. As I looked around I saw half eaten pieces of fish & chicken on the floor. Too bad someone was sittin close because I was unable to get a pic without being obvious. To top it all off an employee carried a dirty smelly leaking trash bag right by us and out the door to the dumpster. Not exactly what I wanted to smell while trying to eat. My advice - go on a surprise visit to that store around 3 or 4 pm. It's absolutely disgusting ! If the dining room is that dirty I can't imagine how they keep the kitchen. I would sit back as a secret customer & observe. Btw stop Frying all the food in the same fryer. It all tastes like fish, even the chicken

Tartar Sauce

Who decided to fix the tartar sauce. It wasn’t broken. If something is not broken don’t fix it. The new tartar sauce sucks, it tastes like cheap mayonnaise with some dill mixed in. Also what happened to the hush puppies? I used to buy two with my fish because that’s how many I wanted. Now I don’t buy any because my choice is buy either six or buy twelve. Great choice….now I can throw four away or throw ten away. Other than that the fish is great. Richard Olson

Long johns in Greeneville Tn was terrible.I ordered 2 piece chicken and frys.Chicken was cold and frys were soggy and cold.Went back in to let them make it right.The manger Sharon was a total bi..!!!! She told me I was a liar,because she knew for a fact that the chicken was fresh.She reached over with her ugly grubby bare hands and started fingering the chicken that they were going to serve to someone else.She tried to argue with me and did not want to give me my money back.I won't be back to another longjohns or any other franchise that is owned by that group.I know the little money I spend on restaurants won't be missed by that group because they have plenty.But that's ok. Also the corporate office does not answer the phone so there is really no one else to complain to except to log a complaint here.

Please submit to your ad agency to come up with a better site that is plain and simple with a basic menu and price list. When a customer wants to get a price or see the menu it should be plain and simple and a one step operation, not spinning wheels and searching all browsers to find a price. Whoever came up with your present website should be fired. Tell them to think like a customer. Thank You for Your Time, Dan Block

I had went through the drivethru and waited ten ominutes to get my food when I was ordering the girl taking my order was laughing on the background so they didn't hear exactly what I ordered so I waited for my food and when I got it it was two pieces of warm fish and two chicken I wanted the l2 so I turned around went back and went in and told the lady I had ordered a l2 but they gave me a. L7 and I paid almost three dollars for a extra piece of fish and when I told the lady she just gave me another piece of chicken so I stood there ans told her I paid for a extra fish and she told me it would be another two dollars.I just paid ten dollars for something I didn't want.I will never go back!!!

It's a long ride

Please consider opening a restaurant in the Towson, MD area.

Today my husband and I ate at the KFC/LJS in Keyser, W.V. My husband ordered KFC, and I ordered a 3pc. LJS fish, fries, coleslaw and a drink. The fish had been deepfried twice, meaning apparently it had been fixed and then it sit under a heatlamp, then when I ordered, they deepfried it a second time. I could not even get the fish pulled apart from the batter. I took it back up to the counter and ask for my money back. It was totally disgusting. It's ashame that Long John Silvers has no pride in the product they serve.
