On April 26 & 27 2011 visit the WORST LONG JOHN SILVER on the planet.... 1. it was 80 = degress outside 105 inside... 2. the grill fish spoiled and/or unfresh at it's best... 3. the cashier was prepared, driving order taker and the janitor... 4. the GENERAL MANAGER IS A JOKE( dirty, grease clothes and his shoe where dirty, grease) To whom every the owner is your wasted thousands on that investment....

Why no 800# for customers call in. I waited 5 minutes to finally leave a message to Mrkt. Director to call back. My wife and I eat at Store #31814 in Carrollton TX twice a week and I' disapointed I can only respond to surveys once every 6 wks. Maybe we'll start eating there evary 6 wks. Located next door to your drive in is KFc,Burger Streetand Pizza Hut! Removing survey limits would be an incentive to visit more often. It's called good marketing. Please RSVP I'm wondering how long it will be.

Since this was good friday 042211l we decided to eat and LJs, store 23204, PLAINVILLE, CT. There has been an advertisement ALL week for a special seafood feast. When I go to LJs to order, I was told that that particular store does not participate in the special, even though their add does not state "only participating restaurants. Still we needed to keep our fish only dinner today, so I order the SUPER SAMPLER, which should have contained fish,chicken ship. To my surprise when I got home there was ABSOLUTELY - NO FISH... Hello... is this not a "fish fast food restaurant" DUH !!! Apparently those who work here can't be much brighter than a rock.

Tried your Everett, Wa store. Unlike the complaints above the staff and store were customer friendly, 4 stars, too bad the food isn't, 0 stars. It was the worst fish I have ever had. You may want to change your advertising, in the Seattle metroplex area (4 million residents) YOU are the OTHER guys. I'll stick with Ivars from now on, at least there I know what I'm eating, they've been around for 70+ years and its local.

I went to your Carrollton KY location today and ordered a meal threw the drive thru. Once I returned to my home I opened up one of the two meals I purchased and it was crawling full of ants. I am vary happy to say I will not be eating at a Long John Silvers again and I will let all my family and friends know about this incident. This store needs some much needed TLC and some new employees. Anyone could have seen the ants in the box, I just wonder how long they had been sitting under a warming light. I sure hope no one else received the FREE ANTS today in their food. Most disgusting thing I have ever seen. WILL NOT EAT AT YOUR RESTURANTS AGAIN.......

Visited the Long John Silver store in Rochester Hills Mi on 4/8/11 at 12:18 PM (lunch). Wife got the clams, side of coleslaw and coffee (no coffee made had to wait and then go up to the counter to remind Caryn we were waiting on the coffee). I ordered #1 with a side of coleslaw. My meal tasted OK but my wife remarked that the clams were "chewy" and had a "different taste". a few hours later she complained of stomach ache but mine was not as bad as hers. Bottom line she vomited several times and had diarrhea all night. This morning she still has stomach cramps. Never go to that location again! Never had a problem like this at the Redford MI.

my family was in your laporte in resturant today 3-28 11 no heat in store at all temp outside was balmy 33 degrees temp inside cold 45 deg. i work outside all day , only to eat in cold also that is BS. cant get no ph number, cant leave no comment, besides this and problly will not get any reply from this either,would like reply.my nose should not be cold while i am in YOUR resturant.

If there was a rating for below Zero I would say -10. THEIR CORP. OFFICE IS AS BAD AS THEIR FRANCHISES... SURE AN OPERATOR ANSWERS THE PHONE BUT THEN YOU GET VOICE MAIL. OR YOU WALK INTO A PLACE THAT THAT NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. I THOUGHT I LIVED IN THE U.S.A. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS IN ANY OF THERE CHAINS. ESPECIALY IF THEY CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. Went to Long John Silvers in Hopewell VA. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes and was never greeted. Went inside and wanted a salmon dinner and the cooked yelled Lord man, as if its not his job to cook what customers order. I replied,"Sorry I`m keeping you employed. Then I cancelled my order and requested the telephone number to the corporate office. The cashier tried to give me the number to a survey. I brought to her attention that it was the wrong number. She replied I don`t know the nu numermber

This is a review for store # 31428 in Spring Hill, Fl. We have been to this location several times. On our recent visit 2/5/2011 @ 7:30pm The girl who took our order was very nice. But the problem was that many of the things we wanted they were out of. Such as: No Clams, corn or Ice Cream. They also were out of Malt Venegar,(Not one drop), no tarter sauce and no sweet and sour sauce. The fish and chicken we received was excessively greasy. This is not the first time for this store to be out of food. Also you can never tell who the manager is. I used to really love LJS but I have not been feeling the Love here for some time.

The manager of the El Dorado Ks office named Valerie has been observed yelling profanity at the help in front of customers. She talks about the help to other employees in a very in-appropriate way and discloses personal information to customers. She has resently given private information to a women that came in that has nothing to do with her or with the way the employees perform their jobs. I feel an attorney needs to be consulted by the employees that have been slandered. This is a very serious siuation. Thank you for your help in this matter.

There is no 0 n the rating pull down. I ordered a $15.00 family meal with 2 sides. The girl tried to charge me extra for one of the sides. Your sign says, " with 2 sides". It does not state anything about certain sides being extra. The place smells badly and was filthy. I choose NOT to get anything from this place and spent my money at a place that was NOT Long John Silver,s.

I love Long John Silvers .The only problem I have is having to drive so far to fine on .It would be nice if you could put on in Wentzville Mo. or Warrenton Missouri.We have to drive any where from 75 miles to 100 miles .would eat there more often if closer.I hope you will look into putting one at either place Thanks

After pulling up to the drive thru at your n.gessner local #31312,approx.7-40 to 45 p.m. on 1-6-11,was informed that none of the items on your freshside grill were available, how is this possible, plus the dinning room closes at 8:00p.m. as was told to another customer wanting service. This truly doesn't bode well with your recent ad campaign aimed at potential customers. Couldn't comment on the product but a one star rating for this local is extremely generous, not to mention the customer that wanted dine-in was at the door well before dine-in closing time.Good thing I shut my car off in line because I'd have been tempted to ask for fuel consumption re-imbersment,I'll slide on the wasted time.

the food is great i go there 2 or 3 times aweek,but im mad about not able to do the survey, ;;say @ play, chance to win $1000,it does not give you the 1.800, number on your rec,i try looking it up on computer cant find it,,whats the deal ??hmm think il wait till someone from long john tells me the number....store number is 023347,,im not sure anyone even wins?? i never see a 1800 number oh well ever time i go in there.im disable so thats why i give serveys allmost every where i go..thks
