118 Reviews For Little Caesars Pizza Headquarters & Corporate Office

I wish I could give the Little Caesars in Pikeville, Ky. a negative 10 instead of a one but you don't have that listed. On Friday Nov.12 after a very long day at work and then an even longer day of Christmas shopping I thought Little Caesars would be a great alternative to cooking. I stopped in to order and found employees goofing off behind the counter while several people sat in chairs waiting for their orders. When I got to the counter I discovered the signs above the counter had changed. The 3 meat and the ultimate supreme signs now said "All day, every day" at the bottom. To me this is great because these are my usual (every friday is pizza day at our house). I requested the two pizzas and the girl behind the counter said " those aren't ready until 4:00 so you have to wait like everyone else." Rudeness alert #1! I told the cashier that the sign said "All day, every day" She responded with the lovely phrase "I'll make it ,but your being very hateful" Rudeness alert #2!. Being the generally nice person I am I told her that I was not being hateful that the signs now read "All day, Every Day." She said "The sign in the middle says from 4-8. She then told me again that I was being hateful (which I was not). The following argument was not a pretty site. When I requested to speak to her manager she informed me that she was the manager. I asked to speak to someone a little higher up the ladder than her she said there was no one else but if I wanted. I could leave my name and number so the "manager" (wonder where he was at this time) could call me back. I left my name and number after several more insults from this horrible cashier. When she got done writing I knew she had no intent of giving this to her manager so I said probably the worst thing I have ever said to another human being. "You can go to Hell". Generally I am not rude to people but after dealing with this for 10 min. I was done with Little Ceasars and cashiers who think just because they have their first job they can treat people like dirt. Little Ceasars has hereby lost my business forever (take 15.00 a week from you records that equals 60.00 a month. 780.00 a year in revenue now gone) thanks to one cashier who thinks speaking to customers like this is okay. I hope the pikeville store is shut down until some retraining can be done in basic human respect is taught. I would rather wait at Papa Johns than walk in for a "Hot and Ready" deal again.

My complaint is lodged against the Little Caesars located on Campbell Lane, Bowling Green KY. I contacted the manager, and my husband did also regarding their sausage pizza crust breaking my tooth. The manager told me that was impossible and that he had made the pizza's that day and that just didn't happen. So after calling me a liar and refusing to pay even what my dental insurance wouldn't pay to repair my tooth, my husband called. The manager offered to give us pizza for a month for our entire family, but refused to pay for the damage to my tooth. My husband replied, that one broken tooth from their pizza was enough, but he was tempted to go everyday and get pizza and donated it to the homeless in our area. Bottom line the manager is rude, customer service online complaints go un-answered (they have never returned my call after months of leaving complaints) and a $5.00 pizza is costing me over $900.00 to repair. It's almost November and I've had to deal with the pain since July 25th, 2010 when this occurred. Don't do business with this company they don't back their product with customer satisfaction. When a manager wants to give you more pizza, instead of paying for damage, and he's rude and calls you a liar, there are other pizza places to do business with. If I could I would go to small claims court and try to make him pay!

hi my is troy i'm only 10 year's i'm from tracy ca. My mom takes me to Ripon little caesars on colony rd in California I love the Jalapeno cheese bread they have it but the manager is so mean lady she puts almost 100 Jalapeno's on my cheese bread so i wouldn't go to her and that is the only store who carries the jalepeno cheese bread when my mom ask her you don't like us right that's why you make sure you make very spicy right and you dont want us to come here she argues with my mom she says she is the manager she can refuse the service. After that my mom doesn't want to go but i like the food so much i beg her to take me over there and the same lady manager she started burning my food every time i go. it broke my heart it is the very bad customer service. i have never experienced such service we live in america people are very nice and good customer service. that little caesars on colony rd in Ripon ca is very very baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadddddddddddddd service if i own that store i would replace the Manager first for better Business.

I placed a call in order to Little Caesars in Stanton, KY. I ordered the special, pepperoni pizza with crazy bread and a 2-liter plus ordered a veggie pizza with pepperoni for a total of 6 toppings. As in the past at this same store, I requested the 5-topping ultimate pizza and was to be charged for a 6th topping. The price was better than ordering a pizza and being charged for 6 individual toppings. The owner actually took my order and agreed to it. When I drove thru the drive thru window, the night manager refused to do it and claimed the owner never agreed to it on the phone because she (the mgr) overheard the conversation. I will not patronize an establishment that lies to their customers and worse yet, insinutated that I lied in order to get a better price. I couldn't have been too wrong because I received a voice mail on my cell phone from the owner apologizing and wanting to make it right.

Cedar Park, TX: After a 40 min wait, one lady asked to just get her money back. A man came from the back & started searching for her food instead of giving her money back as requested. The gentleman (later found out it was the GM) went & questioned a young man who was working the ovens. The boy said he was making them as fast as the oven would cook. The mangr put his finger right up to the boy’s nose and berated him in front of the whole store of people, treating him horrible. The boy told him not to put his finger in his face and the mngr then took both of his hands & pushed the young man full force in his chest knocking him backwards. The mngr yelled at him and told him that he was fired and to get the “blank” out. All of this happened in front of the customers. For a manger to think that it is ok to speak to an employee in that manner, but to physically assault him, is outrageous. The employees were courteous but they should not be subjected to such treatment. I will not support a business like this nor go back EVER!!

I just got back from little Ceasars and I found it very rude, inappropriate and sloppy to find one of the employees sitting Indian style on top of the counter where they usually put the pizzas and on top of that listening to Mexican music pretty loud. That really disgusted me!! This was in Brownsville, TX on Alton Gloor.

I worked at a little caesars in Cincinnati, Oh for about 7 months and loved it. We made it a point to treat customers right,so maybe all these other locations need to learn from us. All of them are giving little caesras a bad name. Come to Cincinnati and try Little Caesars. I promise you won't be dissapointed :D

I am from Milwaukee Wisconsin and frequent your location on Chase Avenue. I will no longer patron your establishment. Your employees are the "RUDEST" I have ever met. NO HELLO, NO THANK YOU, NO GOODBYE, NO RECEIPT. The Latino girls just sneer. I was wondering if the are even legal. I will look into that for you. Judy Schlueter, A CUSTOMER NO MORE! And I will pass this along. Or maybe better I will go in with a hidden camera and film it for you. elsiehumperdink@yahoo.com

on several visits to the location in miami 200st and 127th ave i witnessed the cashier stealing money after several complaints to the area supervisor the young lady is still there leading me to beleive he is in on it next time you pay in cash watch your cashier closers they usually pull out a calculator im going to keep trying to find someone in the company who cares...

e recently bought a pizza and took it out to eat, when my dauhter took a slice , she started to eat it and it was so hot she dropped it on her knee, like 4 places and it blistered it right away, 3rd degree burns, we will not buy anymore, thats uncalled for, people buy pizza and take it out and hand it to there kids, it should not be that extremely hot. i sent email to the store in Dekalb, il and they just kind of blew it off telling me about there hot ovens and warmers they keep it in, let me tell you this was not warm or even hot, it was more than hot, we have ate pizza many places and many times an never was it that extremely hot any place. you need to do something about this. im not sure if im going to talk to somebody about this, if the burns leave ugly scars, i most likely will . this is ridiculous. my friends all said something needs to be done. we will not order there again and neither will anybody else i know.

Best pizza around for $5.00 R U people kidding me. Get a life with your stupid complaints.

I ordered my pizza on the phone today. One cheeze pizza, One supreme pizza and one bag of crazy bread. I picked up my pizza, went home and found, One supreme pizza, crazy bread and sausage or beef style pizza. I promptly called in and told the employee that I did not recieve my chesse pizza. Mind you I do not eat meat-so there goes my dinner! He takes my imfo. down and we agree that I can come in pick up a cheese pizza in the future on their dime. I live about a half hour away and did not want to waste time, gas, frustration, ect. I get a call a few min. later and the manager, Pat says " we found the ticket and it says your ordered beef" Okay, so because someone wrote down beef does that mean that is what I ordered? hmmm. I asked Pat to go look through his reciepts (id by my phone number and name) and find one beef! Always the same order, supreme, cheeze, crazy bread...........So here we have great customer service! I get the wrong order and the store is accusing me of trying to make up this story so I can have another free cardboard pizza....pizza hut has more flavor and better energy! I only went to this KILLEEN TEXAS store becasue my son liked it. Staff needs to think before insulting people who patronize the store....

I am writting this complaint today about poor customer service ihad to day at my local litter caesars! In La Junta Colorado.....I called to place an order around 8:30 and no one picked up the phone so i called back a few minutes later and once again no one picked up so where i live it just right down the street so on my way i called again to place an order and guess what? So as i pulled up the window around 8:36 this RUDE lady made me wait about four minutes before she came to the window just to tell me she didnt have any more pizza's made and it was to late to make anymore!!!! but there is two cars in front of the store waiting on pizzas that were just getting ready to go in the oven. She said that they were closed but the sign says they are opend till 9:00 and it was 8:40 when she came to the window. Now i order at least 1 or 2 time a week from this place and i know darn well that it dont take 20 minutes to make a pizza 10-12 minutes max even when you call and place aorderthey tell you it will be ready in 10 minutes so how can she tell me that she dont have the time to make anymore pizzas!!! I stated to the lady thast i had tried to call two times to place a order and she told me they dont answer the phone when it is almost time to close so in other words she is just lazy and dont want to do her job This lady was so rude i think she is the night manager she was so unprofessional....This is not the first time this has happend to me i have went to the same place and they have their doors locked and lights out before it is time to close....If your not going to be opend till the time posted on the door then change it.......

Why go here when you can go to chuck e cheese

I am in Traverse city Michigan and I am completely disgusted by the local little caesars. I had just got outa work and walked in 2 minutes before they closed to see that they had 3 hot and ready's left. As I asked if i could BUY one they said no we're done selling for the night... The customer behind me was irritated to hear that. As I was walking to my car i decided to observe the outcome of the last customer... Sure enough he walked out with all 3 of the last pizza's and better yet he never paid for them... How am I any different to not deserve service when I'm willing to pay cash but the guy BEHIND me is good enough to get them for free???? This is not the first time I've had a problem with the shop. I was sitting in there with my 3 year old nephew who was clearly in view as they disrespected customers that had just left and were swearing at the top of their lungs. the pizzas are always burned, way too old, and I've even had one given to me that was HALF EATEN!(how hard is it to look at the pizza before you put it in the box..I used to work in a pizza shop, not that hard!), The other time I was given free pizza because I found a staple in my last one. I am not only going to the better business bureau but I am going to be talking to a lawyer tomorrow.. The fact that they didn't sell me the pizza didn't bug me, it was the fact that they didn't SELL it to ME but they GAVE them all to the guy BEHIND me.... I have never been this insulted by a business in my life. That is discrimination and if that's how you want your stores to represent your company and what you want your business to be known for then I will make it known because I have absolutely nothing good to say about this branch... I will be contacting your offices A.s.a.p... Thank you.

I requested a donation from the local store on Sunset Avenue in Rocky Mount, NC. I left messages for the store manager Dave Myers on several occasions. I totally understand that all requests cannot be granted but a simple response would have been appreciated. Thank you.

Improve your pizza and you wouldn't have to beg customers to buy one for only five bucks. It is and always has been the worst tasting pizza on the market. The sauce is terrible.

Hi my name is Sonia and I am submitting a complaint on Little Ceasars Pizza located at 1301 E. Roscreans Ave #113 Compton, Ca 90221. This is to inform you that every employee within this site on 04/25/10 was very rude, un-professional and unsanitized. I will be submitting a statement to the better business buearu, do to the fact that they blast mexican music, and they talk bad about the customers that come through there. I was very disappointed with the service that I received and this is not the first time that this has happened, I feel that if your not there to do the job that you are suppose to do, which is to make sure that the customers are satified then, you should not be in customer service. I will not be returning to this specific location and I will make sure that I let as many people as possible know about this location. Thank You!
