Sorry, folks, but 30 yrs ago, little caesars pizza was really good. Back than, if you bought one, you got one free.. I've tried a few in the past months and have to say its really SUCKS. They have to do something about that lousy crust. Nothing but bread crust and not pizza crust. The comment from pizza man saying the pizza is good? He must be on drugs..

I was very impressed with the Little Caersers in Denver on 757 E. 20th Ave. I believe the manager's name is Karen. I teach at an elementary school in Wyoming and we were there with 80 students and 12 adults for a field trip. We had to feed everyone lunch on Friday May 13th. We called in the order at 11:00am for 35 pizzas. Arriving at about 12:00 Karen and her staff of only 2 were moving at quick as they could to get all the pizzas ready plus taking care of the many customers that were walking in. As I sat and waiting for our order to be completed I had an opportunity to watch Karen greet the rush of customers, always cheerful always letting them know how soon their orders where coming up. She offered me a complimenary soda as I waited. She offered coupons to one customer (I've never experienced that before from any franchise) and was still able to tell the staff what needed to be done. I was very impressed - the shop was looking like a well oiled machine. Customers came and went and in all this process she made sure that each indiviual was accounted for and was slicing up our order and counting off the boxes. When all our pizzas where finally ready (maybe 15 minutes) she even asked if we had a tax exempt number (I didn't even think of that!) and to top things off she also gave us 4 orders of crazy bread for free due to our wait! Long story short - I was very impressed with Karen's ability to handle everything that was tossed at her during that time period. She always kept a huge smile on her face, interacted with all the customers and got our order out pretty darn quick. The kids gobbled up the pizza and I also have to say I think it tasted better than our local Little Caesers. I don't think 5 stars is enough for her. I hope you will be able to let her know that she did an incredible job for a Friday lunch time! Thank you Karen!

I visited the Little Caesars in Belleview Florida on Saturday March 26th about 9pm and there were only 2 employees working. They were busy and doing their best to help the customers, answer the phone, and everything else.I felt bad for the employees, the woman who I think was the manager kept apologizing. You would think they would have more people working on a busy Saturday night. They both went out of their way to make the customers happy. I'm giving it a poor rating because who ever the owner is should be ashamed of himself for not having enough employees to properly run the place on a busy night.I'm sure it's just to save a buck.I run a deli in Atlanta & would never do this to my employees. My mother lives in Belleview, she gets pizza at least once a week around lunch time and there is always only 1 employee working. The one gentleman told her the owner will not allow him to have help because he doesn't want to pay for the labor. My mother didn't want to say anything for fear the employee would get in trouble, but I think everyone should know how this owner treats his employees. Thank you to the woman working Saturday night I know you were doing your best and your efforts are noticed by your customers.

Go back to the way little Caesars used to be when it was better ingredients, better pizza. We used to love it when u could get a slice or a whole big foot. This was when little Caesars was the best pizza around.

Lincolnton, NC location has the best quality pizza with amazing customer service! Everyone there always has a smile on their face greeting each and every customer.

This isn't the first time I've been to the Little Caesars on Central in Billings MT and got an old, cold, hard pizza. I specifically went into the store this time and ordered my other sides and told them I would wait for a FRESH pizza since I had to wait for the rest of the stuff anyway. They didn't even make me one...they gave me one out of their "warmers." I'd like to know just what the checked off numbers on the side of the box mean so I know just how long my pizza sat in there before they gave it to me. Needless to say, they just used up their "last chance." I WON'T be going there ever again. I have complained in the past and was told they would be talked to about throwing out the pizzas after they've been in the warmer past the allowable time. Guess the employees that work there don't care if a customer walks in the door ever again!

The Little Caesar's in Pennsauken, NJ on Browning Rd. is DISGUSTING!! I recently bought a pizza with RAT DROPPINGS ON IT! Last I checked, that shouldn't even be a topping!!! My friend that was working there told me that there were rats running around but they didnt do anything about it. The young girls and guys that are working there seriously have no home training whatsoever! They are constantly cursing and being loud and obnoxious that it's pretty rude to all the customers who can hear and see them. This one girl was fixing her hair while cutting the pizza! thats nasty because I could swear I saw flakes fall! This place needs to be shutdown before someone gets sick!! I've reported to their manager multiple times but all I get is free food, what makes them think I want their food after that?? Obviously these kids are drop outs and can't get any job.

I purchase the Pizza at Little Caesar's located at 4553 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92505 0n 2/11/11. I do eat lots of Little Caesar's Pizzaas at various locations. Compared others this place was totally rude not only that over charging as well as the the 2.5" to 3" inches of outer edge did not any any ingredients except the cheese. The dough was too thin too. When I complained at the store the young girl claimed that she is a manager was very very rude with racial comments. I felt so insulted that I had go across the Stater Bros parking lot to cool off for a 30 minutes before driving to my destination. I had purchased the Pizza at approx. 4: 30 PM. I wish the management shuts down this type of store. Thanks Dan Shaw

Yummy

Very rude workers. All illegals. Im comin back... With the boys in green. It wont be pretty.

While visiting your restaurant on 2-5-11 at 5:40 P.M. I was NOT given any attention, the two AfroAmerican girsl were at the counter but they were talking to a 10 year old little boy that was not a customer. After waiting for a few seconds neither of the girls even told me hello. So I left,,,I had planned on ordering 3 large pizzas for the football game. Another pizza house got my business. The store was located on Ambassador Caffery Parkway at Albertson Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. I hope someone will be smart enough to do something about this. thank you in advance.

Just wanted to comment on the stupid management policies of Little Caesars Pizza in Michigan. Tonight we are expecting a major snow storm of 12 to 18 inches of snow, blizzard warnings have been issues and all schools are closed. Police are telling everyone to stay off the roads. However, NOT Little Carsars Pizza. They would rather risk the lives of their workers so they can get their pound of silver and gold. . . what a bunch of bone heads!!! I hope you company fails and you choke on your dam pizza. You have NOT common sense!!! Do you honestly think anyone is going to order your stupid pizza, only to drive and pick it up or have someone deliver it? HUUUMMMMMM :- Why don't get you dam head screwed on right and close for the night? Is you silver and gold that important to you?

I grew up with Little Caesars Pizza on our dinner table every Friday night for years. My family absolutely loved Little Caesars. Not only was it great tasting, it was also an incredible value for a middle class family of 5. So imagine my delight when Little Caesars came back on the scene and I thought why not introduce my son to this pizza and continue the family tradition. I was sooo disappointed. The flavor pales in comparison to yester-years. The pizza was bland and of incredibly poor quality. The sauce is horrible! Why did you all change the sauce? It was one of the best on the market? Also pepperoni is paper thin and I miss the incredible flavor and value of pizza slices. Truly and honestly I preferred Little Caesar's over any other brand. Alas, and sadly the experience of the original flavors and tanginess are lost to me. I now purchase other brands.

We just got coupons in the mail went to use them, and was told that the coupons were not good till next month!!! this was really wierd just for the fact that there was no starting date on the coupon just an expiration date....

you ran a promationon pizza this week in youngstown ohio and the shop in 44515 zip code would not honer your promation what can be done about this e mail me at plowoh@msn.com thanks

I've got to state it here: Little Caesar's is false advertising. This has bothered me for years, but I've gotten over it because I love the Italian Cheese Bread. I frequent two locations-- one in my college town and one in my hometown-- and find that BOTH are awful. The staff, granted, are nice at both. But NEVER DO I actually get a "Hot N Ready" item- barring three occasions out of the THOUSANDS of times I've been to Little Caesar's- as a quick get-it-and-go sort of deal as advertised. In my hometown, I would walk in WITHOUT fail each time and find that the cheese were always out of stock and would be "another eight minutes." When I did call to place an order, it was never taken because my "items were already HOT N READY and don't need to be ordered." HA! Same thing in my college town: I was overjoyed to hear that Italian Cheese bread was now Hot N Ready, as advertised on several promos around town. First, I went at noon to get it as a lunch item for my roommates, and was told "HOT N READY ALL DAY" doesn't begin until ONE PM. Okay. So I went to the store on FOUR other occasions to be told "another eight minutes" EACH AND EVERY TIME. Finally, after calling LC and having the manager contact me to hear the complaint, I was told by her that I would be receiving a FREE CRAZY BREAD coupon. Thanks but no thanks, lady-- I'll spend more on driving to your establishment to use your $2 coupon. When I got back to my hometown tonight, only a mere 48 hrs after the other LC incident, my little brother begged Cheese Bread with our past dinner. Just to give LC one more chance to prove that they actually ARE a worthwhile, I gave ANOTHER Local LC a call-- and said, "Is your Italian cheese bread ACTUALLY Hot N Ready? I know it sounds crazy but I've had a lot of issues with it in the past." The response? "It's supposed to be, but right now we don't have any. We could put one in the oven for you though now, if you want to come get it." Little Caeser's, you better have some tougher standards, because I can tell you that THREE of your Michigan franchises (two Grand Rapids and one Kalamazoo) have ruined your name for an entire family of pizza-lovers. You might also want to tell your managers to deal more efficiently with complaints rather than add insult to injury by giving YOUR OFFENDED CUSTOMERS worthless coupons for a $2 item that SHE HAS NO INTEREST IN. I doubt anyone of import will ever read this comment, anyway...but if you do, reference your corporate complaints for 12/27/2010. My number is located in that file. Give me a call, as the local manager who called me last night shocked me into speechlessness with her nonsensical attempt at placating. This is just an indication to buy local.

On Dec 10,2010, I went to the Little Caesars in Canonsburg, Pa. Three people were ahead of me, waiting for their orders and three more came in while I was waiting. They took our money and our orders and during the 20 minutes I was there, no one got their orders. I was not given a receipt. My grandchildren were waiting for me in the car, so I was in a hurry. While I waited, I saw a female employee sit a tub of sauce on the floor in the back. The person behind the counter left the store at 6:30 and it was several minutes before someone else came to replace him. I asked for my money back since I was in a hurry for the "Hot and Ready" which were unavailable. I was told that the manager was not present and that no one was authorized to refund my money. The female employee then disappeared, never to return. All of the other customers were still in the store, patiently waiting. I noticed then that 2 pepperoni pizzas were in the warming oven so I asked for them even though my original order was for 1 plain and 1 pepperoni. When we got home and opened the pizzas, one of them was stale, tough, and very poorly made. Even my 9 and 10 year old grandsons would not eat them. This would never have happened in my home town of Franklin, Pa. The pizzas there are always "Hot and Ready" and the employees always courteous and prompt. When I told my daughter, who lives in Canonsburg, about my experience, she said that when she had been in recently, the male behind the counter was seen to put the money in his pocket, not into the cash register. He was stocky, blond and had "plugs" in both earlobes. My only other experience at that same store also involved a wait, for "Hot and Ready". Deplorable management at this store.

As a employee for this industry, I have worked for the company in two different locations. The first location was in Hanford, CA, where I worked as a crew member. My manager was efficient. He made sure that all orders were completed on time and accurately, that old pizzas were thrown away and that new pizzas were made, and that the customers were satisfied. I had rude customers on a daily basis but I learned to deal with them. The company works hard to satisfy the customers. The customers are usually there daily, for long hours, low pay, and work under pressure. But the people I worked with there were the best employees I ever been acquainted with. However, the second location I worked was the complete opposite. The employees would gather in the back and talk while there had to be pizzas made. I, honestly, was the only person to be working and dealing with customers. No one was happy. It was indeed crappy work. We would get complaints after complaints. I did have my rough days. I did forget a customers order because I had to do another task and I depended that another employee would do it for me. I was blamed and I understand why. Although I did apologize, it was not enough. I try not to stress myself with this work but I do. My manager was a loud but very nice lady. Sometimes I feel as if when I worked there, the store was efficient. My manager noticed and asked if I could work nights. Those were the worst shifts! There was not enough people to work different shifts so we would work under pressure. I hated having customers waiting. But due to the economy, the store had to cut hours. Plus they were not making profit. It was horrible. It was poorly constructed in terms of hours and employees per shift. People complained and I could not do anything due to the fact that I could not do everything except yell back orders. I do not want to work for Little Caesars again but I am, and I promise that I will work hard to satisfy each and every customer. I am an undergraduate and I am majoring in astrophysics.
