Your pizza is good but why did you get rid of the pizzapizza. The deal that made your company in the first place was when you ordered 12 pizza you got 2. That is what allowed my kids and I to have a treat when they were growing up. Because even if they had friends over I had enough for everybody. If it was just the 3 of us we had enough for snacks or even the next night. In these economic times I think that would be a very good deal for everyone. I know you have the Hot-N-ready but sometimes that still isn't enough. This is just my opinion but I think you would really benefit from going back to this and so would everyone else.

Last night I went to the Little Ceasars in Anthony TX, I ordered 4 pizzas and bread sticks the total came to $25.20, went I went to balance out my checking account the next morning I found that they charged me $225.20. It over drafted my checking account and I have $87 in over draft fees now. Tomorrow is my daughters birthday and I do not know how I am going to pay for it because I have no money. When I called the store and asked to talk to a manager and explained what happened he asked if I speak spanish so he could talk to me. What they hell is that!!! I bought the pizza in America and should be able to talk English and get an explanation. Then when I talked to another "manager" she said that they noticed the mistake and are going to give me the $200 back, what about the $87 in over draft fees!!!! I will never go there again.

The problem with all of these restaraunts that people are complaining about is the people that work there. When you hire filthy teenage punks who have the IQs of a doorknob you will get poor service. Stop hiring moron punk/wannabe gangster teens and I guarantee the service at these establishments will improve ten-fold.

This complaint is on the store in the Kmart in Lakeport California. I don't live there but I go there quite often to visit my sister. They never have any 'hot n ready' pizza and it is usually a 30 to 40 minute wait. Twice I went there and twice the wait for a 'hot n ready' was quite long. When I asked how long the worker told me she didn't know there was 10 orders ahead of me and they only had one person making them. When I asked if they ever had any 'hot n ready' pizzas she was quite rude and said yes but they sell out. How do you sell out of something that advertises it will be ready? She never apologized or offered any compensation. My niece said they never have any 'hot n ready' pizza and she goes quite often. That store is a big joke but unless you want to drive 30 minutes or more you are stuck with it. As a customer and credit card holder to Sears/Kmart I will be contacting them to let them know that the Little Caesars in their store is making them look bad

Nogalitos and divison\san antonio tx is slow female manager was answering phone during a rush that lobby was full of people wanting to place orders. I had ordered my pizzas in advance and made me mad others were getting theirs. This was 6/6/12. A manager named April gave me hard bread hard like a rock when I had ordered chez sticks. I had called her in advance about hard bread and no chez. I had to wait never got offered a drink for driving back and for waiting. That is so wrong. I called the main number and told them hat happened and I was asked if I wanted to be contacted and I said yes. But the main office never called me. Nogalitos/divsion san antonio ( dont go)

The last 6 times I walked into Littles ceasers Pizza located on Hillcroft and Braswood in Houston I have left with no Pizza. I am disgusted with the service. I will never do business there again. I have tried to talk to the manager there isn't one If these stores don't start getting good help they are going down. This store when you walk in workers are sitting around your told your have to wait 8 minutes so much for resdy pizza or the credit card machine is broken. Needless to say very bad business and I will mention this to anyone i know that goes there. I have had several of my friends already complain about this store.

Hot and ready after 4pm? NOT at the store in Ozark, Alabama. What a wait (27 minutes) for something that should have took 5 minutes, max. The employees were rude and one girls apron wasn't long enough to cover the fact that her short-shorts were stuck up her backside. Someone should either clean this store up or shut it down. Hot and ready should mean hot and ready!

I have been going to Little Caesars for years. I really enjoy the $5 hot & ready, however for the past several months I have regretted to go even thou I do. 1st of all I am a handicapped senior citizen, and when I go which is at least once a week the area right in front of the store is always full of teens just hanging around. The store does not even try to enforce the handicap parking spot. 2nd I have been paying $5 for the longest time, and even thou as recent as today you advertise $5, but they keep charging $12.02 for two. When asked why is the price different than what is advertised on tv, the cashiers just turn there heads and ignore the question. TheThey spend more time chatting with each other in the back, and only come out when someone enters. To me this is a bad reflection on Little Caesars and will probably consider taking my business elsewhere. The location of this store is below: Thank you for listening to my complaint. Al Berliner Little Caesars Pizza 1835 N Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040

I was at lil ceazars in Bakersfield CA On Wilson rd. And I was waiting for them to wait on me and all other customers had cleared out and I was politely standing there still and the cashier knew that she had not taken myth order yet and took advantage of my politeness Anne then turned to other employees and asked them how was your weekend Todd! I was furiuos and I thought to go to the media or to advertise the nerve these poeple had but I thought I would try this corperaye contact first to see if I could getgopd costumer service here at least

Im not sure where the other Wisconsin customer went to, but there was not way it was the Janesville one because they aren't like that at all!! We LOVE their pizza, they have every kind available and the service at the K-Mart at the Humes Road K-Mart in Janesville, WI is always so fantastic, I would recommend it to everyone. If you get the chance, go there, they have the best people and the most incredible food, thank you so much for having a Little Caesars there, please don't take it away from us, it would be a tragedy to lose it, thank you thank you, and did I mention THANK YOU?? It's a family favorite, even to my son who's a picky eater!

I went to the above Little Caesars twice on 4/14/12, once at about 4:00 p.m. and again at about 9:45 p.m. Each visit, the hot and ready was not available. During the first visit, I wanted a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and hot and ready BBQ chicken wings. The second visit was just for a cheese pizza and bread sticks, which again was not available as a hot and ready order. I must add that about seven days prior to that, I came to the same restaurant and wanted a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and again was forced to wait 10 minutes for the pizza. My point to all of this is that apparently there is no consistent hot and ready program at this particular branch, which in my opinion is misleading and constitutes false advertising. If this particular store does not partake in the hot and ready model, than they should not be called a Little franchise and not falsely advertise they sell hot and ready products. I am really disappointed with the way this particular store conducts business and if this sub-standard service continues, I report it to the media (Fox 2 News and the like) and to corporate headquarters.

The Little Caesar's inside Kmart in Southbury, CT is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever stepped foot into in my entire life. There are flies everywhere. Not only are there the typical black flies, but the tiny fruit flies that sit on the counters and walls are all over the place. I'm guessing that they are attracted by the rotten, moldy smell that engulfs you as you step up to the counter. The workers there leave pizza dough out in the open for the flies to crawl all over. The floor was covered in flour and very slippery and the two garbage cans were overflowing onto the floor. All of the tables were dirty with crumbs and leftover debris from other customers. I ordered a piece of green pepper pizza from the hot-n-ready slice counter. The crust was so hard I couldn't eat it, the cheese wasn't melted, and the peppers were mushy like they were expired or something. Besides that, the sauce tasted awful. It didn't taste like tomatoes at all, more like ketchup with sugar in it. There was only one person working behind the counter and he looked miserable. He did not smile at all and looked angry. While I was choking down my slice of pizza, I watched him handle money at the register and then turn around immediately to start making a pizza without washing his hands. Ewww!!! That's like the first rule of working in a restaurant and that was about the time I threw the rest of my pizza out. I felt like I was going to vomit; it was repulsive. I am thoroughly convinced that eating anything made at this place would be detrimental to your health.

This letter is about the little ceasers in 479 Highway 71 W Bastrop, Texas. Last night I told my wife to grab a pizza and she came back crying about how the employees were making ugly eye contact with her and pretended to throw up when she was walking away.. Idk why this behavior is allowed in your stores, I was very upset and called the store, Thats when I got no satifying response when the assistant manager was pretty much blowing me off and pretty much just trying to hang the phone up on me..This happened on Sunday March 25 around 9pm. And just for the record I love your stores, they will just be better with great respecting employees. Thanks

Every single time I go into the Little ceasars on magnolia and rimpau in corona ca. I get the worst possible service. I always get told I either have to wait for pizza, or wait for bread and then some one comes along after me and orders something. They end up gettting what was mine and then I have to wait some more. It is the most unorganized business I have ever seen. I am a district manager for another food establishment in the area and it sadens me
