WORST PLACE EVER! THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN.

I worked for Little Caesars in Kendallville, IN. for a year and a half, I became manager on Aug. 13th of 2010 and quit on Nov, 17, 2010. I was supposed to receive manager pay that day I took and passed my test. I never did receive manager pay and have mentioned it several times, I also won a contest that was going on for ICBs and never did receive any of that, which was $50. Every time I got my check I told the manager their but all I would hear is that I am not going to tell the owner because I don't want to get chewed out, so I finally got the nerve to text the owner and told her, which later that day I get a call from the manager yelling at me and telling me that my job was on the line. I worked hard for that money going in as soon as they called, working during my break, and running back and forth from stores with out pay. I did nothing wrong except ask for the money I worked for. All I am asking for is my back pay is that so hard to do.

Today I was just in Little Caesars on Johnson Drive,KS. Where the service was so sloppy and the employees disrespectful.I went in to order a 3 meat pizza the cashier explained there would be a 10min. wait, I agreed, he then pointed out the two females that where ahead of me. I sat there patiently waiting the two women recieved thier pizza's then it should have been my turn? Right? NO! I then tried to ask the cashier why others where getting thier pizza before me he stated because the other cashier helped them, I sat there the entire time he was the only cashier. When I attempted to point that out he said, "that is the way it is O'well". I told him that was shady and foul and that I had been waiting way before everyone else. When I got there, there were only 2! people before me I watched over 6! 6 people get thier pizza's before me and he found that funny! Little Ceasars, if this is the type of people you employ consider my business gone!

The Five stars is for Little Caesars not the Employees at the time of this incident where my wife bought some Italian Bread that was too salty, she called and wanted to bring it back the next day since she just got off work at night. she was told that she could not get a refund if she didn't bring it back that night but could only get a replacement the next day. I didn't understand the point of bringing it back that night, it's not likely that it would be resold.

On the 19th of October I stopped by your store in Radcliff KY to order 2 pizzas,wings, and crazy bread. I specifically asked for plain wings, due to my stomach ulcer. They infomed me that they had to make them special and that i had to wait, so I agreed. When I got home, they were not plain and were quite hot. I then immediatley called the manager of the store to let her know about what happened, and she informed me that I can only recieve a $5.00 credit to thier store, but I paid almost $6.00 for an order of wings that I could not even eat. Im not sure if it matters to you, but to me when I order something special and have to wait for them to make it, I expect to be able to eat it when I get home. I work 1st and 3rd and just got off work, so not only was I dead on my feet, but also starving. They suggested me to bring the order of wings back to the store for an exchange of wings, which would cost me more gas and more hassle than what it is worth. I just thought that I would bring my unsatifactory experince to your attention. In the future, my suggestion is to train your employees to prepare just plain wings for those who are not able to eat spicy foods. It should be an option to be able to purchase plain wings for those with sensitive stomaches. I appreciate your time and hope you look into my suggestion for future customers like me. Hi i am from Mobile, Al and I am 67 years old I never ate at Little cearser before but the one in Chickensaw have some great pizza and I visit the store on October the 13th at 515 the lady was so nice to me even the manager they talk with me with a smile and told me I even look good for my age then when my food was done the manager bring it to me and even help me up as the other young lady open the door burger king I know you say have it your way but those girls rock just won't to tell those lady on nights thank you I just had to get my daughter to write these for me and I will be coming back to see my angals around the same time twice a month. My god bless

I recently just quit working at Little Caesars because of the shitty way they treat their employees I worked 10 hour shifts all the time with only one half an hour break which they didn't want to give me my store manager always bitched about it they leave stuff in the warmer way past expiration so as not to waste food and then wonder why all of our customers bitch that the food is gross their management team sucks completely except for a few I thought it was just the little caesars here in Rapid City, South Dakota that sucked but apparently they all do and the owner here is cheap and doesn't care what the management team does or how they treat the employees i will personally never be going to a little caesars ever again anywhere! I will also encourage everyone I know not to eat there =)

Absolutely horrible customer service from the Manager at the Broadway location in Tempe, Az at 8:15 PST on 9/3/2010. After finding a coupon online for Crazy Bread they refused to honor it because we could not print it out. We explained to him the exact details on the coupon and let him know that we did not have a printer to print the coupon out on and asked him to please honor it. He refused, I then let him know that nowhere on the coupon or website did it say you had to print and bring in the coupon to redeem, he would not even let me speak, he kept interrupting me to tell me he would not accept the coupon. He did not apologize nor act like he cared at all...pretty much told us we were out of luck. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life, he did not even care that we decided to cancel our order. We will not be ordering from Little Caesars anymore.

My 17 yr. old son had stopped by the Hinesville store searching for employment where a worker said that they were hiring and gave him an application. When I took my son back up there to turn it in, he gave it to the female worker, who then gave it to, what I guess was either a shift manager or manager. As soon as my son turned his back to walk out, he gave him a dirty look and balled the application up in his mouth and threw it on the floor for no apparent reason. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I went back inside to ask him myself if they were hiring and to let him know that i saw him ball up my son's application and throw it on the floor and that it was very disrespectful. He simply said we're not hiring. I am not going to let this just ride because I see it as racism in full affect. My son was not wearing dreads or dressed unfitting, nor was he impolite. He simply said, Im just turning in my application, thanks, and walked out. This was totally uncalled for! Whether he chose to hire my son, or anyone else for that matter or not, that was not the way to handle it and he does not need to be in a leadership position. I will be going back up there to get his name and the name of the female who told him they were hiring and i will be giving a call. Thanks.

My daughter who is 16 was hired at the Vero Beach store by "bobby". Her very first job! She worked 2 hrs on a Saturday and was given a schedule. The next day she was scheduled to work was a Monday. They called her five minutes before her shift was to begin, in fact she was in the parking lot outside the store to tell her the schedule was changed, they did not need her that day, and they would call her. She had to walk home due to the fact I was still at work and was not expecting her to be off until seven that evening. Three weeks went by with her calling in to see what her schedule was, only to be told to call later. I had enough and phoned them myself asking to speak to the manager. I was told he would call me back, however, he did not. Amy called me back to let me know she "was not a good fit" )after stringing her along for three weeks,) and that I can pick up cash for the 2.5 hours she worked, which will just about pay for the clothing and shoes that were required for this job. I have to say this is probably the most unprofessional behavior I have ever heard of! I am very disappointed in the Management team, I cannot believe this is how you run your business. Now after losing three weeks she can continue on her quest for a position with a company that behaves in a professional manner. I will never step into one of your stores again, you have lost a customer for life and I will encourage any and all of my friends, family and acquaintances, which are many, this is a small town, to also refrain from making purchases at these completely unprofessional and uncaring stores.

I am writing to inform you of how the manager by the name of Serena in your store in Cedar Park Texas treats customers and her employees. I was in your store on Tuesday June 8, I was waiting for 45 minutes while she was on a personal phone call before she would even acknowledge that I was there waiting to pick up my order that I had called in 30 minutes prior. While I was there waiting to pick up my order two employees had come in to pick up there paychecks. Once she got off the phone and finally helped me, the way she spoke to these employees I would speak to a dog or my worst enemy in that fashion. I waited outside to speak to one of the young men picking up there check, he told me that they work 8 hour shifts with no breaks which is against the law, that not only does she speak to them in a horrific manner but she also will throw and kick things at them. The most disgusting thing I witnessed was the fact that after she got off the phone she reached under her shirt scratched her chest and her arm pit, and then went and made a pizza without washing her hands. This may or may not mean anything to you, but because of the way I was treated and what I wittnessed, I will never go in there again and I have informed all of my family and friends not to go there either.
