We stay at many La Quinta's over the years and last week we stayed at 5 of them and only one had a Refr. and mircowave. This has never happened in the past and I will start looking elsewhere as we travel alot and had always used them. After spending over $600. and not have these 2 items is just not right.

Worst customer service do yourself a favor avoid staying at La Quintas stayed at a La Quinta in Ft. Stockton manager wont return phone calls called customer service nothing they can do over a billing charge.

I stayed at LaQuinta Inn in North Olmstead, Ohio on June 28th, 2013. At 11pm, I had to call the front desk because of all the noise. Kids running down the hall screaming and slamming doors. Nothing was done and finally at 1 am, it got quieter. The next morning while checking out, I complained to the manager. He said the was a soccer tournament in town and the hotel was full of kids. He realized this was a problem, but not offer anything but an apology. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again. $125.00 I paid for a terrible night!

Don't stay here!

Worst experience we have ever had. We are seniors & were put on the back side with families with children & pets. 1st room had a largew dog next door barking his head off. 2nd room had mold in shower, baseboards were filthy, but, the worse thing was actually finding fresh blood on the bottom sheet on one of the beds. 3rd room was also dirty. We will never stay here again.

Ravaged by Bed Bugs

Stayed 3 nights at the LaQuinta in Lewisville, Texas. The next day upon return home I had at about 100 bed-bug bites on my legs and ankles, which was very uncomfortable in the least but then I had nausia from an alergic reaction. My father-in-law in was in a room 2 doors down also got his own free set of 25 bed-bug bites. I'm writing this a week later and my legs are still an ugly collection of red sores and scabs.

Customer Svc

As an older woman checking late at night in at the La Quinta on Causeway Blvd-Service Rd in Metairie, LA, I was told that because of my security concerns, I could park in the Handicap Parking right in front of the room I was given--that there would be no problem. The first room given to me had not been cleaned and the second room (down 2 doors) had a clogged sink with hair gurgling out of it. I was too tired to try a third room. Ticket I rec'd in the a.m. of May 30th is for the amt of $372.00. When checking out, I explained everything to the Mgr on day duty.

Just want to say that we have always chosen La Quinta as our number one choice because of being so pet friendly. We have never had a problem until our last stay in Amen, Idaho. First, we had made our reservations a week in advance. We were given a handi cap room which was not requested. We were told that the hotel was full and it could not be changed. They would not help us in anyway. the girl at the desk was very rude and made rediculious statemens such as a lot of people request them do to the whirlpool tub. My husband made our reservations over the phone and no one said any thing about a handicao room. the first time it was mentioned was when we first checked in and was asked if that is what we requested. We told her no and said well that is all there is. We have stayed many many times and has always been our first choice. Now I am sorry to say that it will from now on be our last choice. We will choose another hotel which is pet friendly. I am happy to see that you have a special room for people in need of one. But as of yet I donot need one at this time. sincerely Barbara C

we booked our room back in feb,2013 couldn't wait till our vacation in panama city beach (pier park) going fishing with my grandson & older brother(who had recently had a pacemaker put in) we called the night before while in route to the hotel !! everything was confirmed... when we get to the hotel 8HR'S later when it's time to check in they had NO!!! information on us WHAT!!! the girl that was working there on25 may at 320 afternoon was the most rude & uncompassanite person we've ever tried to reason with she said it wasen't her problem& nothing she could do!!!! then she flung a buissness card at us and said we would have to call the owner's because she didn't have the time to DEAL!!! with it!!!! i'm trying to talk to someone about her !!!

Great chain

Just a short note to say keep up the great work,we stayed in a few LQ on our last trip and wanted to say your hotels rock! Being pet friendly and in great shape. Would never use another hotel chain.Thanks you have a fine product.

Stolen property

My son was staying at the La Quinta hotel in Stockton California for work. While he was out of his room someone came in and had enough time to go through his things stealing his lap top, xbox, controllers, games, watch and cologne. They were even nice enough to leave behind their drink from Mcdonalds. The hotel said they dont have camera's covering their parking lots or surronding area. Disappointed in the way they handled the situation and all of my sons property is a loss.

My sister and her husband drove down to Atlanta to attend our wedding. Being it had been years since I had seen her I decided to pay for 1 night of their stay. A few days later we get charged for the entire stay. My husband called and they assured they would reverse the charges. That was fine but what about the overdraft fee we incurred because of their negligence. Double check you bill if you stay at the Douglasville Ga. La Quinta inn.

rooms

i use La quinta when i can, and i sent my family to stay in your Portland motel. Their visit was terrible. sheets on bed where cover with feces. They where then given a suite which was nice but they tried to use hot tube and black goo came out of the jets. I just wanted to know if you know about these problems? My family and my self are leery about staying at La Quinta again. (and their friends).

Stay in Bartlesville Oklahoma

This stay was rather disappointing, BIG BUGS in the room, the carpet was frayed exposing the tack strip, mold on the bathtub caulking and floor tile, yellow wire nuts exposed on the light in above the kitchen table. You would like pictures I have them, this was a suite if I was working for LaQuinta I would be embarrased to have rented a room of this quality...SHAME on your company, seems like with the post their are more bad then good. I will not stay in a LaQuinta again. Competition is big, you want to compete you better get your motels in the game or you will loose.

complaint

while staying in a la quinta in ft. worth texas we had terrible service. the internet would not work in our room for the 4 nights we were there and we reported it every day and it was never fixed. have stayed in la quinta before and had no problems. thinking of looking elswere on our next trip.

appearance

I was traveling from out of town and.I had plans to stay at the Laquinta inn in Warren Michigan and upon pulling into the parking lot i had noticed furniture in the parking lot( pull out couches were laying in.the parking lot along with dirty mattresses. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash. I was quite disgusted and refused to stay there. I will never return to that location and its sad because I trsvel quite often and if the rest of the locations look like the one in Warren, Michigan then you will loose a lifetime guest and I will tell my friends and family not to return.

DON'T STAY

We stayed at the Birmingham (Hoover) LaQuinta on our way to Florida and a staff member stole our camera and bag directly from our room. They said they can't do anything about it because there is a posted sign that says they are not liable for lost or stolen items......so I guess that gives the staff free reign of taking your personal items!!! I only have 2 words to say about LaQuinta.......STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!

La Quinta Returns Gold

In a time where competition in the motel/hotel industry is fairly sever your La Quinta Returns Gold is a detriment to anyone wanting to stay at your hotels. Several recent transactions have led me to decide to cut up this card as soon as I receive my free night. They are as follows: 1) your right hand does not know what your left hand is doing. I called the returns number to be informed that the next stay would be free. I then reserved a room with the La Quinta where we were staying for our return trip. 2) you change policies on a whim. When I checked in I was informed this was not correct, and for the first time I was informed that I had to reserve through the returns number- anyway I would not have enough points for a free stay. I then waited until the next day to call for that night.3) your operator at the returns number has taken lessons on rudeness I was treated so rudely by the female phone operator, who refused to allow me to talk to anyone else and made the statement that stays took 72 hours to post for further reservations. DO WE NOT LIVE IN A COMPUTER AGE WHERE POSTING ARE DONE INSTANTANEOUSLY. I than said OK just give me a reduced rate in Flagstaff,AZ for the next night- I was then told there were no more RETURN rooms left in Flagstaff. All of this was done with the most rude attitude. We only began staying at La Quinta's because of their pet policy.4). Your pet policy has now become an issue for they place you in a special section. You need divine intervention if you have a pet and are handicapped.Your prices are outrageous for the quality of room, and in some cases a non-smoking room has only become non-smoking for that day. The odor is totally unacceptable. In addition if you have a concern there is NO way to communicate these concerns, anyone with any power is so insulated from the paying customer they have no idea what is going on in their own chain. For these reason La Quinta has seen my last dollar.

Horrible Service

We booked a large group for a sports event. We were not told the hotel had no elevator, or that it allowed dogs when booking. Families did not get any sleep due to people being extremely loud all night and dogs barking (that were not removed). I have a family who was overcharged (an extra night) to her debit card, which overdrafted her and caused her to incrue more charges. The management refuses to refund the correct amount of money she is owed, and has not offered to offset any of her bank charges due to their mistake. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in.

This to say thank you to the employees, staff of the LaQuinta in Memphis,TN. I lost my husband March 38, 2013. My brothers and their families stayed at this Inn at 1236 Primacy Parkway. The staff left a card of sympathy to my family. This gesture of their concern for my lost, is very touching. I believe the headquarters should know how blessed your company is with employees like this. Thank you.

WARNING DANGER

I checked into the room in West Palm Beach Florida Check it out here is the Readers Digest Version :Dirt Dirt Dirt in grout on bathroom floor,door hinges are peeling with layers of dirt, balls of hair under the bedroom door, bottom of door all eaten up by what appears to be a dog, electrical outlets have big holes in them , molding coming off wall. Cut my butt on a sharp chair.Rather of been homeless and slept on the street than pay the $125 a night STAY AWARE Place should be condemed by the city. Someones getting paid off in the city to allow this place to operate
