Went into ken garff of salt lake city with two vehicle trade in to buy a used vehicle at around 300$ a month and i walked out with a vehicle at 430$ a month and im on a fixed income and cant afford to keep it I will most likley have to file bankruptcy on it and will never go to a your shit show establishment again.

We purchased a car from Ken Garff in Orem.. The management obviously cares about selling a car. All the rest is on your own. When I had problems with the car not running from the day I drove it off the lot, they tried to make me feel like I am a bad person for bringing it back for repair. They tried to make me feel like I was taking advantage of them because they could not fix the problem. After weeks of leaving it for repair, I picked it up when they finished and it still would not not run correctly. They are good at stroking you to buy and do not follow through with any thing else without a fight. I took the car to another dealer fix it the same day i delivered it. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!

Over the past week, it has been fascinating to ovevriew the many music web stations that already have Wildman lyrics' posted in their web sites, even though the lyrics have not been released yet. Typing in Kate Bush wildman lyrics on google will flash up the numerous sites waiting for the arrival of the song on the airwaves, so at such point of time the lyrics will become available to the web sites. THe following articles off the internet are of some interest: Happy Birthday to Pretenders Chrissie Hynde! Broward Palm New Times September 7, 2011. Pantheon: CHrissie Hynde is no peasant Hynde still not comfortable with fame February 06, 2011. Joan Jett: Celebrating 30 years of Loving Rock n'roll 10.06.2011. Joan Jett interestingly is the same age as Kate Bush, 53 that is. Joan Jett also has a birthday within three weeks of Chrissie Hynde. Joan Jett's birthday is Septemebr 22, while Chrissie Hynde s birthday is in early September.

I bought a car from Ken Garff West Valley and have had nothing but problems with it within only a few months of owning it. I have taken it to the service center to try to get it fixed but of course they dont know what is wrong with it and basically told me I have to wait for the car to break down before they would be able to find the problem. The car has a clunk sound when I first drive it and it happens everytime I drive after it has been sitting for maybe 20 mins but of course they couldn't hear the problem and they have to hear the problem in order to fix it, I have had a few more problems but haven't taken it in yet. I also co-signed on a loan for someone that bought a car there (this was before all my problems) and they have already had to have it fixed twice. I understand that there are risks with buying used cars but this is unacceptable. I tried to email the Manager at the location I bought the cars from but all I got was the sales manager and all he wanted to do was sell me a new car. I would never recommend Ken Garff to anyone I know not even my worst enemy

I went online and found a truck that I liked. I gave them a price that I was willing to pay for it. I searched it out on KBB and then made the offer. It was a reasonable offer. A sales women came back and said it was under their price limit. She said it was the end of the month and that she would take it to the manager. 2 1/2 hours passed no answer. So I went on the website to see if I could get any other help. I tried to tell them about what happened. No one would listen. They did tell me the price of the truck that was not posted on the website and it was 299.00 lower than I was willing to pay for it. I told them why they could just be truthful between both departments. Why are they always trying to lie. On their webiste it talks about bieng truthful, no pressure, and a wilingness to listen. It is a bunch of crap. They only have those big ears so it can go in one ear and out the other one. And they sit on their brains all day. What a watse of time.

I have done business with the Ken Garf in Salt Lake and also the one in West Valley. The service is very poor at both places. Salt Lake took 13 days to put in transmission that was under warranty. The seal was leaking so I had to take it back. The West Valley is just as bad. Multi-function lever for lights and turn signals went out. Took it in. Two days later took it back for over heating, needed water pump. They recharged the AC and now that won't work. The first charge was $1500.00 and now they want another $430. They did say they would do it for $360. Wasn't that nice of them. The AC worked fine when I took it in. I won't be doing business with them again.

We bought a car from Ken garff in downtown salt lake city in January 2011. About 3 days after we bought the car the service engine soon light came on. We took it back into them but they refused to help us. The salesman who sold it to us felt bad but his manager would not even attempt to look at it and take care of it because we didn't buy a warranty. We weren't even aware that they offered one. We took the car to get it's first oil change about a month later and found out that the tires were below the legal measurement (how that passed their safety inspection, I have no idea) I had to spend $450 on 4 new tires. This car has trouble starting but for some miracle this didn't start happening until 2 weeks after we bought the car. Now the ABS light is on because a wire was ziptied out of the way due to broken clips and now the wires are exposed and we have to replace that. another $70 repair. It gets better, The water pump is leaking so that's another $200 out of our pocket, and the serpentine belt is cracked.(That will be another $90) You would assume this to be an old car. It's only a 2004 and I have owned it for 4 months. I am so disappointed with Ken Garff. They have lost our business forever. I understand cars have issues but these are issues that should have been fixed prior to selling it. The least they could have done was owned up to selling us a lemon but instead they got our $7800 and ran with it. They wouldn't even let us exchange the car 4 days after we bought it when we brought it in because 3 days is the policy. Thanks for nothing Ken Garff. Buyer beware!!
