KFC SUCKS judging from the fact there are others making comments its system wide

why is there never any chicken at the buffet line???andthe chicken you getin the bucket is always overcooked and original is greasy old never fresh and the biscuits are dry and hard why do you get more sides than chicken w buckets or anything???

KFC the chiken and the biskets was over cooked they were hard like a rock and they tasted very bad

Every time I go to this store #G430001 the order is always wrong. How hard is it to just get the order right for once. I paid for things I didn't end up getting for myself and kids. Guess it will never change

My experience with KFC yesterday was Great. I was at the KFC #X314024 4528 W 38th St Indianapolis, In. I placed my order and by the time I got to the drive thru my car had overheated. I shut the car off paid for the meal, and 2 men working there, ones name was Michael, came out and helped to push my car into a vacant spot. I had two kids with me, and Michael looked under the hood of my car and told me it was overheated and what he thought the problem was. He was very kind and understanding about my sisuation. The kids and I sat in the car and ate the meal we had ordered and it was very good as usual, while my car cooled down. He also told me we could come inside the store and cool off, as the temperatures in Indiana have been record breaking. This is the reason I will continue to frequent this KFC. They have always went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and Great food. We eat out at fast food places 3 or 4 times a week, and at other restaurant's they act like they are doing you a favor by coming there! These types of Employees that you have at this store need to be commended for a job Well Done. Thak you

To Whom It May Concern I visited your Berwyn Illinois facility on July 12, 2012 @12:57pm. Store #J625085 the cashier was Angela. Ticket #2527. I order a combo meal #5 and a strawberry parfait. My order was not complete cause I didn't received my strawberry parfait. Yes I did paid for it. I made many attempt to call the store at 708/484-4012 and keep getting disconnected. I thought it was my phone so I use my son's phone and still got disconnected.

what has happen to your kfc stores your chicken is awful service is awful ive gone to the shawnee store in kansas city for the very last time at 4401 shawnee drive wont return to this awful chuicken and service and i think others are going to stop buying there what a shame it use to be so good not any more

went to pick up chicken bucket in extra crispy. That was the worsed chicken I have ever had. The chicken was too greasy to eat. Throwed it out. wasted $28.89 of money I did not have

I am from Va and visiting Michigan. When I arrived back at my hotel with take out dinner from your Big Rapids,MI location, I was extremely disappointed. With no exaggerations, the shrimp,hush puppies,and fries were not only cold but hard as rocks!!! I paid too much money to be without eating dinner.

Spokane Valley store at Sullivan and Sprague. Sticky door handles were the first clue. My wife and I chose the buffet, which tasted ok. No spoons issued for the soup. We noticed the floors were absoulutely gross. One set of tables were filthy from the last customers. We were in the store eating for about 20 minutes, and it took nearly all of that for an employee to come out and clean tables. He had a wet rag only, swepted everything off the tables to the floor and no one came out to sweep the floors. Not only looks bad, but a saftey hazard. We were going to go for seconds but couldn't stomach the place any longer. I can see this place going under very soon. Last time I will eat there or do take-out. I will go all the way out to Post Falls Idaho next time, and will see how they are doing.

I had ordered a 10 piece thighs and legs meal. There was suppose to be 2 free sides. I ordered 1 mash potatoe and gravy, 2 mac n cheese and 1 coleslaw. I purposely asked for 4 plates and silverware honey and butter. After 20 minutes got my order waiting in 90 degree weather with no air. Home found NO silverware No honey nor butter, half done biscuits and 2 mash potatoe and gravy and 1 mac n cheese. With two hot tired kids and a hot extremely tired significant other we begun digging thru boxes to find something to eat with. We had moved that day. KFC it will be a cold day in hell before I will ever eat at your place again. This was on Suburban Street in St. Paul, Minnesota.

I went through the drive thru ordered 3 piece all white, cole slaw, green beans, 2 piece all white, mashed potaotes and gravy, green beans, and a lemonade. Got home no cole slaw or green beans on the first order. My 4 year old grandson could do that good. Very disapointed with the service.

Just wasted alot of money and time eating at your KFC on Midland Drive in Midland Texas. Ordered buffet, paid for it and then when I started going through the line, the manager started putting out nothing but thighs, legs and beaks. Guess they can't give those pieces away, huh? When I asked about that, he replied thats all they put out on the buffet. Chicken was undercooked, all of the sides were dried out and looked like they had been pulled off the line yesterday and probably the day before that. Felt like I was eating at a KFC in Mexico or some other 3rd worlk country. Will not waste my time or hard earned money in that place again. Thank god there's a POPEYES closer to my home. DO ALL OF US (YOU CAN USE U.S. OR US) A BIG FAVOR, BE A GOOD RESTURANT OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS. MY EXPERIENCE SUCKED!!!!!

did not give forks and napkins, honey and butter was asked for and was not given. called store #E720315(719-596-7222)spoke with the manager that was working at approx 1840 hrs on 070112 told her what had happen and asked for the time the general manager would be in on 070212. she said they would be in all day and would not give me a time. I asked her for her name and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me I then called back and she would not answer the phone. I would like an e-mail back on this incident at kddsc@comcast.net ASAP.

I don't know about my KFC, I've been there about 5 times in the past few months and twice I've been shorted food. I ride a scooter there and when I get home I am short a piece of chicken and a side dise. When I go in the next time to let them know, they have no interest in making it right. It's like they ignore what I'm saying and I've learned to check my order completely. I went yesterday and good thing I checked because the order was wrong again. I tried to go to the talktokfc link and it doesn't work. I've ate KFC all my life and it seems the people running the stores these days, don't care about giving good customer service these days. I won't go to this location again.

The incompetent people you have working for you at G135076 were to stupid to put the lid on the gravy correctly, therefore we had gravy on everything but the mashed potatoes. Not only that the lady who was working the register at the drive thru was very rude. Also the customer service was horrible, places like Bojangles Bojangles serve people with a smile and thanks you for your business. I guess your Covington Georgia location did not have the proper training before they were hired full time. Very dissatisfied with my visit never will I eat KFC again.

The staff in Bartlesville, Oklahoma seem to be under trained and very overwhelmed. The manager was so stressed she didn't know what to do next. There was about eight employees at 6PM, three of which were outside smoking during dinner rush hour. Only one young man seemed to know how to fill orders while the others just wandered around aimlessly. I doubt this will even make a difference. I would have went behind the counter myself and got people served much quicker. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF....................................

There are two stores that I visit often, one in Roanoke Rapids NC and the other in Rocky Mount NC the food in the Roanoke Rapids store is always cold and just sorry but lately Rocky Mount has been trying to catch-up with them with cold chicken even if they bring some more to the bar that's cold too. Both stores seem to think that the only part of the chicken that people eat is the breast because that's all they will put on the buffet. I think it's a shame that KFC is so insecure that they would actually put a false contact on the customer receipt.

I was going to eat in because it was 92 ouside. But, when i want in the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It was hotter inside then outside. So i ate at home instead.

Notes good!!! No buffet available. Diabetic patron's need choices other than carbs. Workers need to be trained in polite, audible tones, and should count back change rather than dumping coins on top of bills and receipt. No one told us about specials nor did they seem happy to be there. We were the only patrons in the place ...I wonder why?? Kirksville , Mo look ashamed. The Colonel would be very sad indeed!!!
