Do not order flowers from this company. I ordered flowers for my sisters funeral and paid extra to have them delivered an hour before the service. I was told delivery was guaranteed. They called and left me a voice message 20 minutes before the funeral that they weren't going to be able to deliver the flowers. Even though I had given them an alternate cell phone number, no one tried to reach me at that number. I didn't get the voice message until well after the funeral. When I called to complain I was offered $10.00 and told that they would be glad to reroute the delivery to the family. This is completely unacceptable. The flowers should have been at the funeral, on time, or I should have been told early enough to make other arrangements. I will never do business with this company again!
