| I love Joe's Jeans and have been a huge customer. However, I give their customer service on their website a FAILING GRADE as I have tried over, over and over to e-mail and call, but have received absolutely NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER, by either phone or e-mail. I am at the point of complete frustration at the total lack of customer service. Unless I hear from them soon, I shall return my recent purchases and no longer purchase any of their products in Joe's Jeans online store. I will shop for them elsewhere and encourage all the other Joe's Jeans lovers I know to do the same. Customer Service is a MUST in conducting any business. I hope someone takes care of this problem and I immediately receive a response to my questions BY PHONE!!! | |
