| Jitterbug is a terrible company to deal with. I opened an account for my mother with Alzheimers. Once she was no longer able to use the phone or speak, I requested the account be cancelled. The Jitterbug respresentative told me I had a hundred free minutes left on the account and I could give the phone away if I wanted. I said I would think about it. An account service respresentative called me back on a Saturday in July and left a message about the phone. I didn't call back, assuming the account would be cancelle. However, they continued to bill me. Twice I have complained to customer service and they say that I needed to confirm -- twice that I wanted the service cancelled and continue to bill me. I do not recommend Jitterbug to anyone unless they want to sit on hold and argue with robotron customer service representatives. | |
