I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND ROBBED BY CHASE WORSE THAN THE PERSON WHOM MADE UNAUTHORIZED FRAUDULANT ONLINE TRANSACTION PURCHASES WITH MY ACCOUNT # ORIGINALLY! THEY COMPLETELY MISLEAD, GAVE ME A 9 MONTH RUN AROUND OF FILING FRAUD REPORTS, OPENING CLAIMS (6 TOTAL!!) FAXING DOCUMENTS, SIGNING DOCUMENTS, EXTENSIVE RESEARCH AND FINDING INFORMATIONA AND ACCOUNT FRAUDLANT PURCHASES, AMOUNTS, DATES ETC, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS THE FRAUD DEPT AT CHASE BANK'S DUTIES AS THEIR POSITION IN THIS COMPANY, BUT WHATEVER....PROOF WAS THERE, MY INNOCENCE AND I EVEN MADE 3 POLICE REPORTS AS ADVISED BY CHASE, OVER AND OVER AGAIN, PROVIDED THE NAME, ADDRESS (MY NEIGHBOR WAS THE ONE MAKING THE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE) INFO, ADDRESS, PROFILE ETC, SHE WAS ALSO A HOOKER AND PAYING FOR HER ESCORT ADS ON BACKPAGE WITH MY ACCOUNT# (I HAVE NEVER EVEN USED OR HEARD OF "BACKPAGE") AND YET IN THE END OF THIS BULL LONG EXCRUTIATING PROCESS....THEY FOUND THAT I WAS LIABLE, THEY WERE NOT, NEITHER WAS THE CRIMINAL THAT COMMITED ALL OF THESE CRIMES AGAINST ME, AND ME THE VICTIM....WAS AT FAULT AND WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY, WHICH BY THE WAY TOTALED OVER $3,500 STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 2 WEEK PERIOD, THE BI--- EVEN SENT THE ONLINE ITEMS SHE PURCHASED TO HER OWN ADDRESS, BOUGHT PHONES TO HER ADDRESS AND PAID FOR HER OWN CAR INSURANCE AND UTILITY BILLS, AND OTHERS BILLS WITH MY ACCOUNT AND YET STILL CHASE TOLD ME AFTER THE ALMOST YEAR RUNAROUND FOR NO FREAKIN REASON OR MOTIVE, THAT THEY WERE NOT REINBURSING ME, LIED AND SAID I GAVE PERMISSION TO MY GIRLFRIEND TO USE MY CARD AT ONE TIME, WITH MY PIN, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED LET ALONE WAS EVER STATED, AND THEY ACTUALLY INCLUDED THAT ON A NOTARIZED DOCUMENT STATING I HAD PROVIDED THAT INFO TO THEM ON THE PHONE WHILE WITH THE CLAIM DEPT. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT MORE CRAP THAT WRONFULLY IS BEING PRACTICED AT THIS ABSOLUTELY FRAUDLANT BANK BUT LONG STORY SHORT, I WENT BACFK INTO THE POLICE DEPT YESTERDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT CHASE BANK IS THE ***ONLY SINGLE BANK*** THAT HAS NOT AND WILL NOT REGISTER WITH THE FDIC FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROGRAM THAT 100% FULLY COVERS UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ANOTHERS CREDIT OR ACCOUNT #'S, COVERING YOU THE CUSTOMER AND THEM THE BANK!! NOTHING BUT A SCAM, LIEING EMPLOYEES, BAD PRACTICE, THIEVES, BBB SHOULD LITERALLY SHUT THEM DOWN AND IF YOUR A CURRENT MEMBER OF ANY KIND, RUN WHILE YOU CAN, RUN FAST BECAUSE I GUARANTEE YOU ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, YOU WILL BE SCREWED TOO, ALONG WITH THE MILLIONS OTHERS CONTINUING TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF WITH NO OTHER HIGHER PROGRAM OR LEGISTLATURE SHUTTING THEIR FRAUDULANT ASSES DOWN! IM STILL IN DISBELIEF!

If you have an account with Chase Bank and are happy with their service, this tells me that you have never dealt with their claims department. Outsourcing has taken on a new demention when it comes to Chase claims department. Their English as a second language program needs revamping. It is not only unfair to their customers but also to the poor people they are exploiting. They should teach the ideal of "customer Service" instead of "The Manual". I am withdrawing all my personal and business accounts from Chase, they are a very good example of how not to run a business.

I opened an account with Chase at the Dr. Phillips Office in Orlando, Fl. I am currently unemployed so I was not able to open additional accounts. Angela Ward was and is outstanding. She stood up and provided me with a firm handshake. She established rapport. She prospected in a seamless fashion. At that moment, I could only open one account, but she made sure I knew that there was a business banker available and was willing to introduce me to the business banker. I declined. Angela continued to process my request. She was attentive and an active listener. I was abrupt as I was in a hurry. She went over the different relationship packages and their benefits. She provided me with her business card. She had a professional and confident image. She has followed up. I can tell that Angela has a bright future in banking and that Chase has provided her with excellent training. It was a pleasure to do business with Angela Ward and with Chase.

I don't hold a checking or savings account with them, but I do have a mortgage loan & credit card. It's been about 6 years & I have to say my experiences have been rather pleasant. In fact, today I activated a new card. I called the 800 number & got A REAL PERSON!!! The odds on that happening are slim to none! I was so stunned, I had trouble answering the questions she was asking! But not only did she activate the card, she allowed me to ask any questions about anything Chase related & she TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER EACH ONE! I was not accosted with any "pre-approved-to-receive" mumbo jumbo or anything of the sort. We simply had a very pleasant exchange. I don't even get that kind of service from my own bank! So as for me, i'm pretty pleased.

Hi I had the worst service ever from chase in person and over the phone... I found out 12/01/2011 that someone had stole my debit card, id, s.s.c, bank information, work information... The day before I had just did a cash deposit for $200, so I called my card to check my direct deposit to see if it had posted yet to find out my account was overdrawn by $2,700 some dollars... Am I pissed or what... So they tell me two fake checks were deposited in my account on 11/30/2011 at 8:39pm for $1398 a piece...they said it isn't nothing they can do cause someone used my pin to deposited it keep in mind the city on the fake check is spelled wrong, it was from Schaumburg il with a Chicago zip code on it even the street name was spelled wrong...smh...to make a long story short they put the claim in Saturday and denied it Saturday who the hell does that...the rep was sooooo rude he would not let me speak he over talked me and told me that he would disconnect the call... Then I asked to speak to a supervisor about 3 or 4 times before I spoke with her and when u told her what her rep was saying the b#### say only sorry... They stick up for their employers and say the hell with us... I am contacting the corporate, the state, the better business bureau, and my attorney tomorrow we are human just like the next regardless of age, sex, and etc... If they fixed my account and gave me free money I still will never bank with chase they are the worst bank in the world...

Chase has a terrible customer service department, and very few accounts. My account was compromised and I live off 834.00 monthly, and I have no time for the mistakes that are made on my account and the arrogance I received from those in the claims department. I was told by an employee that I am a threat to chase!!!! I am extremely angry after the President bailed this company out, and I can see why they needed a bail out. They can't keep track of my money, how can they take care of their own. They hire incompetant people and have outsourced American jobs... No conglomerate should have this type of power. The bible says" He will lay up the wealth of the wicked for the righteous" They better watch out!!!

Fraudulent on line charges have appeared on my Chase Visa from a Hotel Product Company, delivered to an address other than my own, and it took chase 3 months to investigate, these charges, without ever corresponding with me, and guess what their investigation yelded to the Suite Supply hotel company. they went into my account without any notification and witdreww the funds that they had replaced, and informed me that If I did not like their decision I could start the claim process all over again, which means waiting another 3 months while they allow the perpetrator to hold my money. I'm going to start a petition on Chase. chase is the prototype for the THIS IS PEGGY Commercials that are currently airing on television.

I am only 19 years old. I have had no problems with Chase banking per se, but after seeing ALL the comments are negatory, I do not believe I wish to stay much longer. I am moving into my own apartment with my sister and will start paying my own bills thru Chase. I hope I don't run into any problems, but what I've read I would be outraged. Every comment was an unsatisfied customer and I will be sure to move to another bank before I think of investing in a home of my own. You've got to do better Chase.

Hey my name is Tim I'm from Florida I am buying a house an Chase is my mortgage holder, now I'm not on here to cry to anyone about my problems just things have been alittle ruff here lately an I have fallen behind on my payment's by a few months an I have applied for a home remodification loan an I was denied now mind you I've been getting the run around from chase reps for the last 3 months on my account now, an now when I call to ask them why I was denied all I've been getting from them is i'm not sure sir u will have to wait for the letter to come in the mail to get a exact answer so I wait. In the mean while me an my are calling chase reps an little by little we are finding out that chase has some how screwed up on all the information that we have sent them as far as bills an debt to income so we point this out to them, an we as of 10/5/11 still been told they still aren't sure as to why we have been denied, now we have talked to reps for chase all over the US about this an now that we have pointed out their mistakes they are looking my file over again. Now the best part of it all now you would thank getting the run around told wrong info over an over an haveing to fax in countless paper would be it no the best part is that I finally get my letter an it states that I was denied due to an I qoute "your account does not meet investor delinquency requirements at this time. If your loan becomes past due by 3 payments, youmy reapply for assistance." First i'm 6 months behind how do I not meet chase requirements by their own letter I am more the twice the required amount of time how does that work, an now that i've pointed out of these mistakes an called about this letter that I recieved no one knows what to say. To finish as chase custermer I am blown away by the hole idea that chase can srew up so bad on things like this an have to have a custermer point out their own mistakes an my causeme an my family to lose our home cause they screwed up.

I have just read the above posts and felt compelled to add mine as well. I have had both a mortage and a line of credit with Chase since 2007. I like many Americans have taken a huge hit on my income and tried to do a modification with Chase and it turned into a 2 year process, which to say the least has been a horrific. .Over the course of 2 years, all of my documentation was lost 2 times, none of the customer service agaents had a clue what was going on and I was lied to on many occasions. The modification was approved and it was a $50.00 differance in what I was paying. After many sleepless nights, I consulted with a Forensic Auditor and he discovered that my mortgage documents are full of fraud with crossed out dates that were hand written in, notery forgery showing I signed three months later in New Orleans. Mind you, I live in the Pacific Northwest. I am currently consulting with an attorney in regards to filing a case against Chase. They are crooks and need to be prosecuted.

I have been a customer of chase bank 21 years, I went in the gentily bank in new orleans i had a 1,300 check that I want to cash against my account which I know I had more than enough at the time to do so so on that note I want to only deposit 200 and take 1,100 with me so I field out a withdraw slip instead of a deposit slip didn't notice and was not corrected a the counter so a week later I have all types of over drafts from that week before. Reason why the bank teller withdrew 1,100 out my account and gave me the reciept for that and the money and I left the bank now mine u I gave him the 1,300 dollar check to cash against my account . He withdrew the 1,100 out my account and put the 1,300 dollar check through like i cash it because I realize now I didn't fill out a deposit slip! So he stole 1,300 dollars from me because the 200 he was suppose to deposit wasn't in my account not even the check it self. So with that being said Chase bank have thieves that work for the them. Yes they do! That teller put that threw and kept my 1,300 dollars. So beware and watch what you are doing with your transactions. Right now it's under investigation I really hope they find where my monies went. And that teller needs to go to jail for real. Your own bank is stealing from you! That's Bad

We began with Coast Federal...which went to Home Savings....which then became Washington Mutual....which has evolved to Chase (better known as We-don't-give-a-damn-about-our customers, Inc.). For the last two years, when we have actually walked into the bank to do a live transaction, we have been asked about our home loan and did we know our rate was too high? We said yes and the teller would say, "Let me get a Loan Officer for you!" Each time we have met with the loan officer, we would be told "Let me review the loan and I'll give you a call! I'm sure we can get this rate lowered!" And then, we are told our rate is not negotiable because it is a Jumbo, OR...we never get a call back...at all. Last month, I went in by myself and the same routine. I told the Home Lending Person that my husband was not with me. He gave me his card, said, "Have him call me." Which I did, and he called the loan guy 3 times...and never got a call back. Point of reference....our credit rating is excellent, we are both employed full time....we are always on time with our obligations. If Chase were the last bank on earth, I'd be looking for the Baily Building and Loan. I can not wait to get out of Chase! President Obama? Are you listening?

Chase home loan, not line of credit is serviced like a mortgage. I had 5 payment extensions in the past 7 years with interest deferred to the end of the loan. I paid a fee each time for the extensions. FYI the skip pay way to go, does not charge a fee and will make you pay the interest and payment the next month along with the next payment as well, but no fee. My loan agreement was changed to add 7 years on to the end of the loan as a result of the 7 extensions, which is fair. NOW THE HELL....I was watching my account history and statements about 2 years into the loan, which was 5 years ago and noticed that when I paid a little more then due....it went to pay on fees that chase said was my deferred interest that was moved to the end of the loan. My payments went to intrest (all reg total due each month) any extra all went to fees. My added years to pay off the loan went from 7 extra to 19 extra. How in the Hell does that happen? I have no escrow account with them or totals in escrow. My Home loan statements under activity show $69,000 sum due still, yet at the top of the same statement it shows 80,000 sum thousand still due..... The Chase computer site shows that my transaction history is much different to make my total the 80,000 higher total correct. I have ordered transaction histories about 5 times and each was mailed to me from chase. I have printed the transaction history many times over the years.....and GUESS WHAT!!!!!!! CHASE HAS BEEN CHANGING THE HISTORY ON MY ACCOUNT MANY TIMES.....A PAYMENT HISTORY AS TO HOW PAYMENTS WERE ALLOCATED (BROKEN UP AS TO WHERE TO PAYMENTS GO) HAVE BEEN CHANGED. THE WORDING THAT ONE MANAGER SENT ME IN THE PAYMENT HISTORY I ORDERED FROM HIM, SENT IN THE MAIL TO ME, WAS EVEN CHANGED FROM EXTENSION TO SKIP PAY......I NEVER HAD A SKIP PAY EVER IN MY HOME LOAN HISTORY EVER!!!! EVERY TIME I TRY TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE UNIT, I GET SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT TALK ENGLISH......THIS IS AMERICA AND I GUESS I'M THE ONE TALKING (ENGLISH) A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE FOR AMERICA ANYMORE.... I know I have them legally with all the back paperwork copies I have....but they still will not fix their payment allocations....or what I have proved to be CREATIVE ACCOUNTING WITH MY LOAN. I NEED A GOOD LAWYER. I've even had (rare, smart customer service reps, from customer care and a couple chase branches) that know what their doing, not know what in the hell is going on with my Home Equity Loan Account. I had even one rep that had the wrong idea to open her mouth and stupid fall out by telling me that my Home Equity Loan was correct and is serviced like a Home Equity Line..... Which it's not by Chase's paperwork signed at in the beginning.....I have papers from Chase stating that it is a note in which they printed on the loan documents it was a mortgage..... I have a gold mine here for some lawyer.....but need to find one that will go against chase, 3 lawyers turned me down just by myself giving a brief idea of who I was suing. I need a big time, big shot lawyer willing to go against Chase. This is a fact Chase is wrong and they know it.... 5 years negligence, female native american (toss in prejudiced) I have all the hard copy proof!! Chase is scamming people and getting away with it. Chase Mortgage employees are getting sent to jail left and right, while Chase is still not correcting accounts. I use to work at Bank One and Chase and first hand I know not all things are right with them. I did my accounts the right way, but many people did not. I left there because I could not go on seeing the most of the time legal stick it to you way to get your money. Too late my mortgage was already with them............no way out, unless they fix their incorrect payment allocations I've been faxing, mailing, calling them about for over 5 years now...... If you have a choice, DON'T get a LOAN with Chase, my checking account with Chase has never had a problem, but don't get a loan with Chase.

This bank sucks and you'd be wise to shop elsewhere for a mortgage. If you ever have an issue you will never ever get it resolved. Your passed around to customer service agents who don't want to give you any answers and tell you different things each time you call. I was told this evening that there was no supervisor to speak with and that I was wrong about 10 times - even though a previous Chase rep admitted that Chase made the mistake! The president of this company was in front of Congress a few weeks ago telling people to call him...well the number listed on their website is a non-working number.

We where at the atm making a deposit the other night, a large one ( i know it was not our best move, we did not want to carry the cash with us or keep it in our house) well the atm machine shuts down and no receipt , did not move from the atm while talking to customer service, they are absolutely the worst, they asked us how we got that money and they wanted proof, they also asked if we had EACH Serial number for each bill deposited!!!!(who does that?) also when requested to speak to a supervisor the customer service agent kept asking why and would not transfer. Finally we got to a SO-called supervisor, he said that it would take an investigation and like two months to get our money!! really? so i got nasty with him and he kept speaking over me when i was talking. They made us feel like if we where lying are trying to pull a scam.So rude and unprofessional, we went to the branch and luckily the branch manager was able to help us, but my husband and I are closing the account and never banking with chase again!

I have a question: To make a long story short, I went into my branch and cancelled my chase visa debt card on my account on or about July 18/25 2011. On August 18, 2011 Chase received a debt amount from the chase visa debt card that was cancelled, which caused and overdraft of 34.00 dollars and they paid the debit. On calling them the next day to complain, I was told that I had to put in a claim, to investigate. So the claim went thru, I went to the branch on several occasion to ask how did this happen, no goof ans, they really didn't no, I had to wait for the claim to go thru. Meanwhile I had to deposit more money to cover the negative and the overdraft fee. It wasn't until august 26 that I went back to the branch to let them no I was going to write a letter to the corporate office, within 10 miniutes at least my overdraft fee was put back into my account. Is this possible that a bank can let companies or people debt money out of your account when you have cancelled th debit card, I'm not one of your great customers who has plenty of money but I do direct deposit payroll checks (three times a month) into my checking accounts, know I'm leary of the banking system. I quess I will get an answer when my letter reaches the corporate office, or it might sit on some one desk. Just asking a question!!!!!!!!!

I have kept my money in a chase bank for more than ten years, no bounced checks, no late payments, etc. I am glad that the company is doing well and did not declare bankruptcy like many others in the last few years. However the company is developing one minor problem worth bring attention to. That is the lack of value in customer loyalty and a slow decline in customer service. Just the other day, I was lied to by a soft voiced, polite and well dressed branch manager in Dublin, OH. He kept feeding me misinformation and half truths during the conversation hoping that I did not read the fine print and am not aware of current chase policies. Three time I corrected him by pointing to the fine print on the chase website, and each time he did not apologize, smile, or in anyway acknowledge his mistake and simply tried to press on to another issue, his lack of change in attitude was rather disappointing. I felt he did not care about the customer(me) and was trying his best to trick me in order to get my money(a very small amount, much less than the amount I would have been paid working at my current job for the amount of time he wasted). If he sincerely was not aware of the policies of the company that he works for then he is incompetent and unqualified to be a branch manager in my own opinion. But that might provide a line of reasoning to something that has perplexed me in the last decade or so. I have noticed that there is a rather large discrepancy in customer service from chase branch to chase branch despite that they are all part of the same company and presumably received the same training. The chase employees working at the Westerville OH branch is friendly and their customer service more often than not, would surpass my expectations to my own delight. However whenever I happened to be in Dublin and tried to do banking there, my time was always wasted by persistent bankers that insisted I needed to open another account that I do not need or apply for another card that I do not need when all I wanted was to deposit or withdraw from an existing account. On many occasions the employees at the Dublin branches has displayed incompetence at navigating the chase website, doing math accurately in their head, or realizing and overcoming inconsistencies between what was reality and the error message on their screen. There are always one or two incompetent employees at every company(usually more) but the incompetent managers usually don’t last very long despite company politics because in the end, results are all that matters. I for one do not care how the people that serve me are dressed, how nice their voice is, or how polite they are, I care a lot more about if they can assist me in performing the task I am there to do and if they can, then I appreciate a nice attitude or politeness, etc. Bottom line, I sincerely hope the company will reassess the value of customer service and not toss it to one side simply because they are currently doing better than the local competition fiscally.

Our experience with chase is that we were in a dispute with a tv company about them charging us double the bill the payments were set up as directly going to the tv company. I had our cards shut down to avoid them double charging me until the investigation was over. Chase claims department went ahead and gave the tv company my account number and card number {invasion of my privacy} and without notifying me took money out of my account and it bounced. I called they say they have the right to do what they want...wow i got a contract that proves i was overcharged when did i have a chance to send them my side of the dispute? Why was my new account and card number given to them without my permission?
