I'm at Intown Suites Hendersonville,TN (North Nashville Region) I stayed here off and on for about 4 years. I've been in 5 different rooms in that time. As always every room had some kind of problem with it as I expected. This is not a up-scaled hotel by any means. Considering the kind of people they let in and out of here. My complaints are the same as everyone else's comments on here.I've never complained before until now. When I came here with my boyfriend we had little to no money. I was grateful to be able to have a place to stay long term with no lease. I've let things slide on occasion. Until, back on November 06, 2010 I had an accident on the property. I fell down a flight of stairs due to the lights being out on the property. There wasn't a power outage in the area because the lights inside the rooms were on. Outside was pitch dark I couldn't see anything it was 6:00am and I had to be at work. The only lights I could see were the lights from other business about half a mile down the road. When I fell down the stairs I screamed for help I couldn't stand I luckily had my cell phone and called my boyfriend. He almost fell down the stairs himself because he couldn't see me or the steps. I later went to the ER with excruciating pain my knee was very swollen. I got my x-rays done. They couldn't find the problem because I was retaining so much fluid it made it hard to see in the x-ray. They sent me to an orthopedist after some of the swelling subsided and had an MRI. This test showed that my knee cap had dislocated. I also lost some of the cartilage and bone in my knee which I'll never get back. It took me 3 1/2 months to heal. During all that time I had to miss out on work so I didn't have any money coming in. I had to pay for many hospital bills, pain medication, physical therapy, etc. This injury hurt me not just physically but financially and emotionally too. I felt helpless. I was physically disabled in the worst aspect. I figured out about a month later that they had a new guy reset the lights on the property for daylight savings time. So he just turned off the lights completely. Well guess what, This is the catch INTOWN DOES NOT HAVE LIABILITY. At least that is what they'll tell you. The manager of this property told me there is no liability that all that they can do is file an accident report which does nothing. I asked for the number for corporate. She said that she can't give out the number and that she would call for me. I told her to have them call me. Surprise, I never got a call and there's probably no accident report either. I payed hundreds of dollars for an injury that should have never happened. This is negligence to their customers. My knee will never fully heal. I will have pain for the rest of my life. Thank you Intown for caring so much about your good paying customers. For anyone thinking about coming here, don't. They will not pay for any of your injuries, or your guests injuries on the property.

The manager Steve is very rude and nasty. I had just payed for the week and asked for m y money back withing 45 mins. because he banged on the door very hard twice..scaring my baby awake...he asked me what am I smoking on in there (through the door) accusingly. comes in all of 30 seconds leaving me looking dumb? what was all that about. I quickly went to the front office and requested my money back. One of the workers here says that he is rude to most of the customers and the employees. I called corporate office and everything is automated...the rooms are pretty clean but I refuse to spend my money with a a-hole of this sort. garner nc hwy 70 East

I am currently staying at the INNtown suites in Dothan,Alabama. First the carpets look like they neeeded to be claned years ago, when I walked across the ten foot length my socks turned black from the filth. Than three weeks ago I was promissed a larger room which they told me they would hold for me. To this day I am still waiting on that room. Obviously their staff is nothing but liers. I will be telling my corporate office to no longer use INNTown Suites until they can figure out WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS which they appearently have no idea what that means.

I am staying at your Orlando location on Major Blvd. This place is poorly operated and the staff are rude, condescending and inept. My wife and I checked in on Fri. the 11th of March. For 2 days we had no hot water in the bathroom and no cold water in the kitchenette. We also asked for another room since checking in, but to no avail. The fridge stopped working and water was leaking and our food spoiled. In addition the cook-top had no power and we couldn't cook. Our toilet was dangerous and rocks when sat upon. I told the manager and she was very rude and said she could change our room. My money was good and as the editor for a very large travel and tourism magazine I will very soon write and post very distasteful articles about this location and how they run their business. I also have a health issue as I need open air and have been leaving my door open during the day. Just a few moments ago one of the male staff came and harassed me quite adamantly and told me very forcefully that I must close my door and window right now and I can never keep either open. This is a ridiculous rule and interferes and jeopardizes my health. I simply asked for a health exception to their rule of being able to keep my door and window open during the day many and they became belligerent. I asked for a full refund on the weeks rent and the staff axtually laughed and said 'good luck.' . Call me on cell ASAP. Mike Smith

I'm from the Cincinnati area and staying at the "Intown Suites" in Chattanooga (on Gunbarrel Road)...I'm staying here until I find a comfortable place (an apartment) & know where to look for such. I cannot say things are that bad here, the room I have is clean & I have seen no bugs. The weekly "housekeeping" is the bed sheets changed, trash cans emptied & a vacuum ran across the floor...NOTHING more. No bath towels are replaced weekly--or for that matter, I guess the bed comforter stays for the duration too. Thus, plan on washing your own...you get one set, that's it. The "kitchen" is a fridge, a small microwave, a one-hole sink, and a couple overhead cabinets to match the two-plate, hot-plate type stove. You can fit a pair of plates onto the 30" square table...but nothing else. There's nothing else...no silver-ware (I'd buy my own if there was), but there is two ice trays. The billing is mucked up too. It's a "bill in advance" system. Don't be a day late or you're done. I've been here over five weeks, for the first time I wanted to be billed like a "normal hotel" & pay a weekly rate on Monday instead of Saturday. I was told that I'd be locked out of the room. I was told I could pay for that day (Saturday) and Sunday...and Steve was nice to include that payment would be by Noon on Monday....as he looked at me like he'd never seen me before & was somehow doing me a favor. I gave him the money, which seemed a lot at $45+ a night (a week is $200 total)...and I asked, he said that was the "stay over" rate. I said why couldn't I get the interpolated weekly rate for two days...since I'd been there for over five weeks, and we all knew I'd be there paying two weeks in advance on Monday (the day after tomorrow)...he said I get the weekly rate when I pay for a week. Nice Steve...thanks for the math. The Internet connection hasn't ever worked here. Each time I'm asked about it I'm given a stack of copies referred to as "instructions"...looking at this, none of the screen shots apply to my computer's operating system. Besides, I've never had to reconfigure my computer for a simple CAT-5 cabled Internet connection . Oh, bring your own cable...there's none in the room. So after weeks, I'm asking again today...the offer was to go to another room & try it all there. No offer was ever made to see what's going on in the room I'm in...or to try to diagnose that. So the story concerning the Internet still evolves... In a scale of 1 to 5 in customer service...this site gets a 2. The billing methods suck, whenever I've gotten a room...at check in they print my card, and bill me when I check out...it's the opposite here. Why? The pillows are some sort of "plastic" institutional-type strange things. Why they have pillow cases, I don't know...they slip out of them. I've bought my own pillows. The maid service isn't much...yet they have a higher level of personality than the manager does. The kitchen is tiny, the water flow in the shower is weak at best, and if they're going to have a coin operated laundry...get a bill to coin changer for gods sake! For a week's stay...I wouldn't waste my time here at all. For a night, definately not. For an extended stay...I'd look at other options & see what's available. I'm feeling like these guys are feeling like they're doing me and the rest of the community some sort of favor. I'm not really on board with that idea at all & once I get comfortable where I am here...I'm moving. I think businesses like this are poised to take advantage--just as it was today. I was basically ripped off for $30 bucks with being billed at a different rate for two days. Thanks Steve...winning hearts & minds.

intowne suites on major blvd in orlando is a ghetto !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inn Town Suites here in Louisville, Ky is NOT a company that you want to pay your hard earn money to stay. The general manager Robin Thornton is very rude and nasty. The rooms never get cleaned appropriately, roaches have been seen and customer service lacks! I complained to Alex the Marketing mgr of this area, in which he was very defensive and ended our conversation after stating that he was offended b/c I asked if we were bein treated this way b/c we are homosexual. If you can AVOID staying @ an inn town suite, do yourself a favor and DO NOT CHECK IN!

Do NOT stay at InTown Suites in San Antonio, Texas it has bugs! Very odd smell in the room also but the bug problem is horrible, the manager is very very rude and will do NOTHING to solve a dispute about the bug problem. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The inn town suites @ central florida pkwy stole all of my things and I went back and found the staff wearing my things...........THEIVES

If u want a hotel that provides good customer service dont stay at the Intown Suites @ 5035 north arco lane north charleston, SC 29418 they suck.

I used to work there, so I know about the short cuts they took to get a room ready for guests. Most managers really don't know what they're getting themselves into working at these places. This corporation is one of the worst when it comes to taking care of it's guests. They just don't understand the term, "It takes money to make money." They pinch every dollar, even if it means poor conditions for the guests. Dirty and broken mattresses and box spring sets is just one example. I personally wouldn't ever stay at one of these hotels, not because there's bad blood, but because (1) they are always having issues with bedbugs and that's not something I would risk bringing back to my own home and (2) these types of hotels let some really shady characters stay and most of them are in bad parts of town. I recommend spending a little extra money and staying somewhere comfortable and safe.

This place is a dump.(Orlando, Florida @ Central Florida Parkway) Supposedly there was a "flood" in my room which i find hard to believe since its on the second floor. There is a horrible smell in my room and the guy in the office said it was the chemicals to clean the carpet. But after 1 hour of walking around the bottom of my socks turned black. It took me and my husband $50 in cleaning supplies and half a days work scrubbing just to get the smell in the room tolerable. I wiped everything down with disinfection wipes just to be able to sit on the furniture without having to be freaked out. I also had to put one of our sheets over the couch just so i can sit on it. I also bought a febreeze candle and had it lit all day everyday, I also bought those renuzit odor eater gels, febrezze carpet spray, disinfecting spray and bleach cleaner. And the smell is still in the air. The bottom of the cabniet in the bathroom is falling apart and leaving pieces of wood chips on the floor. The sheets and pillow cases and towels were wash upon my arrival. They just felt icky and hard. I have gotten the room where it is tolerable and semi livable. All i want to do is get a carpet cleaner to get the gross out of the carpet. But my husband says at this point we should be fully refunded. The one and only perk is the free WIFI to write this. And even that sucks. Its slow and doesn't work all the time. InTowne Suites should be ashamed of themselves to allow people and humans to live in these conditions. Doesn't the corporate have any morals. I am disgusted. They are taking full advantage of the economy and the situations of people out there especially the families. I will fully advise anyone who is considering coming to an InTowne Suites to reconsider and if you have the means consider going somewhere else. Spend the extra few dollars and be comfortable. Besides you will spend the extra money you have on cleaning supplies and candles.

The manager was rude at the Newport News 11931 Jefferson ave intown suite. We were not welcome there so we went elsewhere.

The Intown Suites Buford Hwy(6067 Buford Hwy, Norcross, Ga 30071 770-840-7778), has been the worst place I've ever stayed. We reserved a stay for a week until our apartment was ready. First I can't believe that they don't provide, basic pot and pan, untensils, hangers, trash bags, soap, tissue, replacement towels(not to mention you have to wash your the hotel towels). The first night the bed kept falling ver and over, then we picked the mattress up to reveal that the rails were held together by zip ties! There were roaches in the bathroom, the room was dirty, and it had a weird smell! WE TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! WE TOOK VEDIO OF THE BED RAILS AND HOW WE HAD TO USE OUR SHOE STRINGS TO KEEP THE RAILS TOGETHER AND COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE DID NOTHING! I AM GOING TO POST THEM ON MY FACEBOOK, MYSPACE, AND BUSINESS WEBSITE! i CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WE WASTED OUR $219.49 ON THIS DUMP! Once the management found out about this we should've been offered some compensation, LIKE OUR MONEY BACK! We'll since these issues are not a concern, I will make them one for the people of Atlanta and global, of not to stay at the Intown Suites! Asking for the corporate number and being told they can't find it, yeah right. I showed the photos and vedio to my business attorney and he suggest that I file a civil suit. I work hard for my money and I am not letting this pass. I am very upset and disgusted with this stay. Lanitra Campbell

The facility was horrible and had roaches. Very uncomfortable and pillows were horrible. The room smelled bad and mgmt was not very helpful in my problems. They basically could care less about customer satisfaction. I would never advise anyone to stay. Good luck with any discrepency you have with your charges.
