My family & I have ordered regular from our local Hungry Howies in Merritt Island Florida & have had two major ordeals with them & after last nights I won't make the miostake to try them again or any other Hungry Howies! The first thing went to corporate because one of the workers/manager wasn't wearing any type of hair net or one for his very long & tacky beard! We ordered a spicy chicken salad & found hair in it & after going up there & showing them the unsanitary food & asking for our money back....they told us "we are not required to wear hair nets or proper grooming". I was very hesitant to try our local Hungry Howies again, but was told the problem was taken care of, so we tried eating there again. Just last night i placed an order for delivery & the girl who answered the phone sounded so drugged out & couldn't take the order properly! Slurring her words & talking slow. I had to repeat my order to her TWICE...then my card number TWICE! I ordered our usual. We got the $20 special. Two lg one topping pizzas, 2 litter of pepsi & cheeser bread. Ordered an extra topping on one pizza & paid for it. Pizza arrives 40-45 minutes later & the cheeser bread is missing & instead of being charged for one extra topping on a pizza...was charged for one on each pizza. When we called to have our bread sent out they told us they could send it out for $3.35, or something ridiculous, when it was the doped up chick's fault for screwing it up & not being able to perform her job right! They told my husband "He must be stoned if he thinks their going to just give us the bread"! They haven't heard the last of us & i've only just begun to tell people about how Hungry Howies treats their customers & they deffinetly need to be doing more drug-testing!! By the way...i hope corporate does read these & if not I hope everyone contacts corporate till their ready to do something, as it appears Hungry Howies employees, anywhere, have been hired off the streets!!

I ordered 2-pizzas from the Bushnell store in florida...Wow what a mistake! No sauce on either pizza, and no cheese on 1-of them.. I called hungry Howies back and the little loud mouth girl was as rude as a Truck Driver.....So I decided to do something about it!! It will be plastered all over Facebook, and Youtube with a short video of the sorry looking pizzas.....Video is called (Hungry Howies Screw Me) on youtube! Anyone needs any answers , my name is Jeff, my home number is 352-569-4392.. We will get our 22.00 worth!! Maybe send it to Domminos Pizza where they can make fun of it.........Howies you screw us over!!

Hungery Howie's at 1900 JOHN YOUNG PKWY KISSIMMEE, FL. I went to pick up my order after being told that it wasn't ready I waited in my car after 10 mins later I went back the guy asked me for my name I gave him my name and I told him that i've already paid for the order that he can ask the manager she's the one that told my money he said ok. but he never asked her, he was about to hand me my order. then he said hold on he decided to put my order back. I wonder to myslef maybe that wasn't my order 20 mins later I asked what's taking so long? he then asked his manager did Julia already pay. the lady told him yes. that same order that he was about to hand to me 20mins ago was my order. after explaing to the manager she said what are you complaing about? I asked her for coporate's number she told me that she did'nt have to give me the#and close the window on my face. I've already called 5 people to tell them about my experience I even told the cahier at Publix Good customer service is very important. the people in that Hungry Howie's have zero customer service skills.

What I would like to know is why everytime we order from your local pizza place your guys screw up the order. We spend about $35-$50 sometimes 2-4 times per month and it always gets screwed up, if it ain't the salad kits, it's the soda. We just recently order 2 large ham and cheese and 3 steak and cheese subs and a large cinnamon bread. They said we would get 16 pieces and 2 icing, we got 14 vNO ICING, NO SUB KIT, this is an ongoing problem all the time. I am taking this to our local Fox 35 News station for the NOT The DEal of the Day cause I can since I work there, I'm tired of your rund people that answer the phone then when you start to tell them the compllaint, she just slams the phone down and some othe rguy gets on the phone and always whats to give you credit when they make a mistake, If i whated credit I would just place the order and have you credit my account and call back another day for you to deliver it. If i dont' get some sort of a call back within the next 48 hours I will be calling the BBB and anybody else that will listen on how terrible the ordering process is and staffs insulting personality, I own a business and if my employees talked and treated my customers like yours do I would fire them all.

I'm writing to express my concerns about your sanford, FL. store located on French ave. (highway 17-92). My wife ordered Pizzas as we often do from this store and was told they were swamped so we should expect an hour wait, no problem. The driver called us and had been given the wrong address. He told me he was 1/2 an hour away and that he was just in our area. I told him I would not want the pizza after that amount of time in the delivery bag and he understood and apologized. He told me that he would call the store and let them know that I would be coming for fresh pizzas myself, still no problem. My wife decided she wanted to go and when she arrived someone tried to give her the old pizzas and new ones had not been made. She refused them and waited while new pies were cooked. They still charged her full price, big problem! That's not the customer service I would expect from any company nor would I treat my own customers that way (self-employed). They should have offered a discount at the very least!

I only gave 3 stars because I talked to Tom Capasari on Aug 9th and gave him my email address which is kabate@advnet.net and told him about our experience at the hungry howies in Bay City #69 and the problem we had, he told me he would take care of it and would get back to me in a few days, I haven't heard and if I have to will take legal action which I don't want to because I think Hungry Howies has great food, and what I complained about is an easy fix. I really like the pizza and the bread, one of the best places I have eaten. I wrote over a week ago about the handicap bathroom and it was said someone would get back to me in 5 days but haven't heard anything. on Wednesday 7/27/2011 I call store in Altamonte Springs,FL. 491 SR-434. Phone number 407 682 5858 Empl. Mike T. I put in my order when I arrived to pick up my order. Mike T. said I call the wrong Store. So I pull out my cell phone and the number on the phone was 407-682-5858 same. I WAS AT THE RIGHT STORE. He had a no care attitude. So I put in my order a second time and was in the Store waiting on my order they made the pizza and put them on top of the oven. while I was waiting. If you fell this is good service you have a long ways to go.

on friday 4-15-20011 at 12;36pm several other people and i were at hungry howies #265 in port st joe fla.when i gave my debit card to pay for my order i was told the amount was 49.07 when i checked my bank account on line it showed a pending amount of 58.88.when i contacted the manager he told that a gratuity was added to my card.i didnot authorize any gratuity.the manager was rude and told me there was nothing he could do .for me to callback and talk to his supervisor on sunday.if this is the way they do business you will not see me back at any hungry howies.

Your website is a joke, I went to browse your menu it kept telling me to put my zip code in. After that was done it just repeated it self over and over. So I called the location and complained about it. I ended up calling back and ordering something for myself needless to say they knew who I was and were not very nice about it. I work in the food industy and the customer shouldn't be treated like shit when he asks to see a menu online, and then treated like more shit when he orders food from your establishment, I'm giving you money! Shelby MI. Is the worst one ever they are so so RUDE!

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service from the Hungry Howies on W. Pensacola St. in Tallahassee (850-574-2200). The manager has hanged the phone up on me several times. No matter the complication and no matter how busy the business is, the customer should always be right. It took the company a whole hour before they called me and said that they would not be delivering my pizza. I am so upset because I have been a customer of this location for almost two years and I expect to be treated like a desent human being.

My family and I order from Hungry Howie's often. There are twelve of us living here. Most of the time we order together, but other times, separately. This time, like others, we spent almost $50 on our order. We ordered two extra large pizzas and three large clubs. He told us we would have to pay a dollar extra for him to put chicken on our subs, so I agreed. When he was out of turkey, he said he would make sure to put extra chicken and bacon on our subs. We wanted chicken, bacon and ranch, but he said he didn't make that, so we would have to put our own ranch on them. I said okay. When our order arrived, after an hour waiting, it was cold and there wasn't any visible cheese on the pizzas. It was all sauce. The clubs had no bacon and spicy chicken of which I cannot eat. He never mentioned spicy chicken. It was breaded chicken and it was nasty. The whole order was nasty tasting and cold. When we called, he was rude and would not replace the food. He finally offered a 20% discount. That's some offer for bad food and service. This Hungry Howie's was store #221, 4162 Hershel Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210. Because of this, we will now order our pizza from Pizza Hut. This is bad business! This manager shouldn't be there.

I'm a driver for Hungry Howies for many years. I believe that you do not care one damn bit about the safety of your drivers. I believe that if a customer is too stupid to put a light on so that a driver can safely deliver to that house without falling, becoming disabled and ending up in a law suit, that the driver should be permitted to call the customer, if they have a cell phone, and request that they put a light on so they can see without being accused of being rude. I believe that your headquarters should put a memo out to all stores to request delivery customers to "please put a light on for the drivers safety" when there order is complete. It should be MANDITORY! It's bad enough that a driver in Mobile was shot in the face even after he gave the 2 murders his money! Luckily that are in jail for life now. It's bad enough the I know of 3 other drivers that have had robberies because of lighting! If they can afford a pizza they can afford a light bulb. A driver can't carry pizzas, sodas, money and a frigging flashlight in their mouth! If a neighbor saw someone in the dark with a flashlight around their neighbors house they would probably get Shot too! I am requesting this Simple request from the headquarters. I will be waiting. I expect it this week before someone else gets hurt and you and a customer have a giant law suit for neglect! It's bad enough that the owners of Howies have reduced the delivery charge by $.25. I'm not even sure that's legal! It's bad enough that the gas is going crazy again! I expect that memo to be faxed or sent to Every Store! Tell the delivery customers, "Please put a light on for the drivers safety" when their order is complete. Print it on the boxes, flyers even. I use to have a Boss there that cared and told us that we didn't have to approach a dark house! He isn't there any more and we do not get stuck up for now. We get criticized! Show us that you care! I am waiting to see!!!!! I'd give you NO STARS for safety if I could.

to corporate: you have got to be kidding me with your stupid comercials with the two idiots. these comercials would not make want to buy your pizza, is this the mentality you have you have, really?

I just wanted to let you all know, i been living in pensacola cola quite some time, i have been eating at hungry howies for many years as well. I have had a number of bad visits where i have called a pre order and management have told me they gave my order to someone else because they told them the where me..NOT GOOD BUSINESS.. well on tonight Jan 17th, 2011 i goes to your locations at 3230 W Michican Ave. Pensacola Fl.32526 to place a order in advance...Whiceh mean i called at 6:53pm, was in formed by Empl: Blacke C. it will be ready in 15 to 20min, got there about 7:18pm paid the money...The guy at the drive threw never cam back to tell me they never made the piza or they just put it in..So not only did i have to wai a additional 15min in the drive threw but the manager who didnt offer we a coupon etc. for the inco. I just think this was my last visit at a copertaion business like this if this is houw HUNGRY HOWIES treat people that comes on a reg bases...Not onay have this happen once but its the 3rd time...Not good business!!!!!!!!!

Been a customer for about 6 years at the 2109 Main Street Store in Dunedin, Florida. I have had numerous orders messed up. I finally called back this last time on 11/12/10. Upon returning the pizza they messed up , I asked for a coupon or a discount on a future order. They refused to make up for there mistake, or compensate me in any way after there mistake. I had just spent $50.00 on pizza for a party at our house, but instead of eating with everyone else I am waiting on there mistake to be fixed. I let them know I will no longer be ordering from them. There responce was oh well! what are we going to do now! in a sarcastic tone. Thats fine every place I can give them a review. I will ! A bad one ! Thanks for nothing !

I called your fourth street St. Petersburg, Florida store and asked to speak to the Manager. Romaine picked up the phone and was very rude and abrupt. I had called to inform him there was a hair baked into my steak sub. It was extremely gross. He never even found out why I was calling...he was so rude I had to hang up. Hungry Howie's Corporate...I spend over one hundred a month on your product and was extremely pleased with the level of customer service I have received. Hair in food...manager who could care less...one step forward and two steps back. Please reply
