For some reason their representatives in New York lead you on to believe you're going to be featured and even have you sign a contract but then never hear from them again. I've had this issue with 2 of their reps in as many months. Seems like they're not too professional when it comes to actually following through on their word (and even a contract). I would be weary of doing business with them.

I paid for three Groupons on August 10, 2010 using three different credit cards. However, I realized that I received only 2 coupons. I write to request that either I get a refund of $10 or the coupun for dry cleaning that I had initially purchased. Thank you.
