this is the worst, my son and wife have been trying to get home from Ashland, KY. every time the bus pulls in it's pack and can only take one or two more . how are they to get home. tell me please

The driver got lost while texting. By the time she got back on route we were 40 mins. behind schedule so our connection in KC was missed. So now we are stranded until the next morning in the bus station. This is got to be the worst business I have ever dealt with. I think it's time for some legal action.

WORST COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Greyhound use to be my go to emergency trip company but after this last experience I WILL NEVER ride with them again! Terrible customer service! You call customer service and they are rude to you! You call corp & they leave you on hold for hours! This is the worst company ever!! Better off walking to your designation then catch the greyhound!

What is your refund policy when a person has an emergency in their family?

A, Relative is incapacitated and you have to care for them B. You have a voucher and you use it to purchase an advance ticket C. Why you do not use the 1-year policy of the airlines? D. What percentage of tickets are refunded versus those purchased early on line or in person?

It took 27 hrs for a 6 hr drive!!!!!! Been waiting over a month for refund and that's jus a partial refund!! Keep putting it off on their refund department but that's who i called! I will ride a bicycle before i ride GREYHOUND EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad Business

I have been trying to contact someone in the corporate office to set up a corporate account and have been transfered 8 times in the course of 45 minutes. No one seems to know who I should communicate with or any of the departments I should be transfered to. I am calling from a gov business, trying to establish business with them.

Worst company ever

Tried to get a veteran home from Denver. Attempted to buy a ticket and was placed on hold, hung up on and then after the fourth attempt to contact The Denver ticket office was disconnected. Called Corporate customer Service and was read the riot act and admonished for my so called lack of respect and attitude by both the CS agent and her sarcastic supervisor, no help. Called Corporate Headquarters to complian to the CEO, was told he was in a meeting and that someone from the management team would call me. No phone call. I believe that greyhound actually is a government contractor that was to busy to assist me because they are busy fixing the Obamas healthcare websites for the nation. This company is a joke. One sick joke!

Vidor Location

To whom this may concern. I visited your Beaumont,Vidor location on 12/01/2013 at 5:15 pm I was traveling through I have never in my life seen a place of business so disgusting and dirty it had a foul oder that was so horrible I could barely stand it the fuel pumps all had bags on them ,the restrooms was so filthy how greyhound continues to opperate in these conditions I will never Know.

Absolutely awful

I have the unfortunate experience of taking the Greyhound Bus on 11/15/2013. I am a senior with a disability. NOT one person helped me to a seat, not one person helped me do anything. I will walk before taking a Greyhound Bus again. Their service sure has gone down hill in the last 15 years. It is awful.

Pittsburg greyhound SUCKS cowbells.

This greyhound is piss poor, there's NEVER BUS DRIVERS when you need theme, delayed 4 hours because they book the ticket and fail to get drivers. This is the FIRST AND LAST time I take greyhound ANYWHERE. You should be ashamed of your services but obviously you don't care. And I'll keep making notes until you do something.

I agree with all the above noted. I was heckled by security in a taunting fashion; making statements as I was boarding the bus asking if that was my boyfriend or lover and did I want to give him a long kiss, making sneering faces as they said it leaning towards me. I was one step away from boarding the steps of the bus and the security guard pulled my ticket. He changed his mind that I could board the bus. Escorted me into the terminal and stated I had to buy another bus ticket or he was going to have me arrested for trespassing. Craziness, Demonic behavior~they need counseling.

Worst Customer Service In The Business

Greyhound Customer Service is absolutely beyond poor. Save yourself your money, your time and effort.

the company plainly sucks employees steal your luggage and greyhound do nothing about it if they do it take them 6 months to a year to finally act on it. take 90 more days after that in hoping you give-up

I left El Paso, TX to Dallas they bus broke down in Midland, TX we were stranded for 8 hrs before another bus could come and pick us up to continue our route to Dallas, TX we had mother with little kids on the bus and no one could come to pick us up until 8 hrs later. This is ridiculously unacceptable. We were told we would get our money refunded that never happen.. TERRIBLE bus system I will NEVER take GREYHOUND bus lines ever again!!

The worst customer service ever! I will NEVER use Greyhound again. I called about a malfunction on their website, spoke to about 5 different people 3 of which hung up on me. I have called every number for greyhound and it seems they refuse to answer my calls. I have used greyhound for years and always preferred them to any other mode of transportation and being rudely spoken to before even getting a word in is not the best way to handle the situation at hand. I would have never believed it if it didnt happen to me.

terrible bus trip

I am diabetic.no breakfast. Stopped 30min. In Charleston WV. No toilet paper in bathroom.urine on floor. Smelled of urine before u got tobathroom.i told agent.she went into bathroom quickly but went back to ticket counter and didn't do anything.urine still in puddles on floor.she said its not her fault people were nasty.didn't even mop it up.stunk worse than a barnyard.no air on bus.no lights at night on bus.bathroom door on bus pinches your fingers when shutting it.no grab bars in bathroom to hang onto. This bus station consistently. In bad way.

very poor

My son was stuck in GA, I called in the morning to buy him a ticket. He said I could call up till 1030 as the bus left at 1055. I called back before 1030 and they said they could no longer sell me one. I called another number and they said all seats were gone. I called a little later to buy a ticket for the next day and the person then said they had one ticket left for today. Will never use this bus line again as it seems no one can do their job nor can speak english.

Bus FROM HELL

This is the worst mode of transpotation since the covered wagon. we can not continue to allow Greyhound to treat passengers like second class citizens. My neice with her two babies are on the bus to memphis. bus broke down someplace near Elmonte. replaced with another bus but not idenitified as greyhound, no AC this time of year. people are standing on the bus because there are no seats. Bus driver running red lights. GREYHOUND IS GOING TO HEAR from me

I bought a ticket for my son to travel from Newark to Baltimore. I paid for the ticket at the 7 Eleven as suggested by the Greyhound confirmation email. I paid for my ticket in cash and got a receipt from the 7 Eleven store with the approval number and paid confirmation. Receipt also has the STTN#, transaction number and other information on it.When we showed the receipt to the driver he refused to recognize the receipt and did not let my son board the bus. I went to the ticket counter and the woman there said that they will not accept the receipt I had even though that was the only receipt I was given when I paid for the ticket. I had to finally buy another ticket from New York Penn to Baltimore and had to drive my son all the way from NJ to NY for him to be able to take the bus same evening. Since then I have tried to talk to several Greyhound employees but they have all been unable to help me. Many of them also were not very polite. I went to the 7 Eleven store also and they said that I should have been able to board the bus with that receipt that they gave me. I am not sure why my son was not allowed to board but I still hold the receipt and the confirmation email and would like an answer from Greyhound as to why my son was denied to board. I need my ticket to be refunded as soon as possible. Please let me know what am I supposed to do to get this refund. Thanks a lot.
