Just try to call the corp. offices, good luck getting through to anyone. Whats the point of having a phone number for the consumer to call? I gave a wrong date as my birthday to google and my account was disabled . I sent a scanned copy of my passport to google but the request was rejected for several time. Is there any suggestion how can I follow the procedure to activate my account or claim against google?!

I have repeatedly asked Google to stop calling my business number. I'm told their are 12 companies working for Google recruiting for advertising. Conrad's Plumbing, Chico Ca IS NOT INTERESTED. GET THE PICTURE!!! STOP CALLING MY NUMBER, I'M NOT INTERESTED!! I have put all of the numbers that Google has used into the DO NOT CALL LIST: I am considering this HARRASSEMENT!!! I have attempted every suggestion supplied on your site to unlink or remove a google account to no avail. There was a google groups account and later a translator account set up several years ago, but the usernames and/or passwords do NOT work. As a result I am unable to manage or remove either of these accounts, even though google gets either my correct email address or the correct user name when I try to log in. As a last resort, I tried to call corporate headquarters, but no such customer service exists. I don't want to purchase advertising space or web space, I just want to be able to link (1) one account to google (youtube) so I can upload content. It would be very helpful if you would add some legitimate support options in order to cover problems not found in your forums or solutions that don't work. Get THAT fixed and I'll give you a higher rating.

My cellular phone is paralized, I cannot add any new applications after google blocked my own signing in on it and its web help is no help for that. To make it work again I would have to erase all applications, after hours of downloading, just to create a new google account somehow and have to spend hours to downmload all applications again. My husband business website was hacked into and a slender statement now appears in the first page with google, even if GoDaddy the host site has fixed it, google is taking days to remove it, thus ruining our business. Google does not provide good customer service on the phone, it is one answering message after another. Too bad because I like google search.

I have just had the unhappy experience of dealing with Google Headquarters in California. After spending several hours on line looking for an answer to a problem I called Corporate Headquaters.The Agent who answered Agent 3391.answered like a robot and referred me back to google website, I requested a superior to talk to, that was denied. I explained my dilemma again only to be answered in the same monotone robot voice.It became apparent she could not think on her own. One can only pray and hope that Google will have some strong competition,and we the public will have greater options.

I have this phone.called virgin mobile android and for me to use my apps I had to sign a user names and password with google. My fone for some reason wont let me use my apps. Ita telling me to sign into my google.account. When I type in mt password it is saying my password is wrong or my account has changed and my password isnt wrong cuz I use the same passcode for evety thing. Virgin mobile told me to contact u guys to fix this problem. If this isnt the way to contact google for my problem them please contact me at 6232618064. Thx
