I went into a GNC store today and I was looking around to find Met-rx....which that store doesn't and I was told they do. Well the sales men asked me what I was looking for I told him. He gave me a weird look and asked me what it does...I already told him once what it was and what it does. Well I told him "its ok...I'll look around." The whole time I was looking around the guy kept looking me up and down and holding his chin, saying "mmm." I told him to quit looking at me and he just kept doing it. I will not be returning to that store and I will be calling the store manager and corporate on him. I am very disappointed in GNC and I can defiantly find somewhere else to shop.

I really like the fish oil pills i am taking, so I went back to your gnc store in schamuburg , ill. I work two jobs and dont have a lot of time to spend shopping so i asked the sales clerk several questions regarding vitamins. He didnt know anything. Yes he was new, but not trained. i bought fish oil and also wanted to know the difference about the reserveratol chews and vitamin. He didnt know. i bought the chews and they tasted bad. I went back to exchange them, or return them and then i was going to buy a multi vitamin that i also had a question about. the guy could not do a return or exchange. He got john the manager on the phone and they told me to come back tomorrow. I never heard of such a thing. the manager was very rude. I dont have time to come back tomorrow. a sale lost in my book. the customer service was terrible. i work two retail jobs and i would not recommend your store to anyone.

Received e-mail for $9.99 sale. Online allowed me to put multiple items in my shopping cart for $9.99 each. I printed out the store coupon and went to the GNC downstairs from where I work - GNC #09933 in Dallas, Texas, One Main Place. Amanda advised she could only give me 1 item for $9.99, even though I clearly showed her the printout of my shopping cart which had given me 3 items for that price. She said she didn't know how to make the coupon work for more than 1 item, and was very uninterested in finding out. Ultimately I purchased only 1 item, though should not have purchased ANY!

I purchased a few items from the store on Lower Broadway in NYC. I was signed up for a Gold Card and without telling me, I was charged 9.99. I was not informed of this and did not receive any recourse from the store or corporate office. Check your receipts thoroughly and double check the figures before you sign for your purchase.

When I presented My gold card to purchase some items Kathy said card was expired, would not honor it said I could renew for 1.20 said ok. Discovered when I got home that they charged me 15.00. When I called Kathy said that I really paid 2.20 due to the saving of 12.60 on the items purchased and not payment of 15.00 for the card. She put a sticker of new expiration date of April 2012 on the card. Upon further inspection of the card after talking to Kathy on the phone removing part of the sticker can clearly see it expired April 2011. So the card was not even expired. This occured at the GNC Store 05966 at Centenial Mall 6592 North Decator Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89131 on April 4, 2011 I am returning my purchase for a full refund later today and hoping to get full refund even though gold cards not refundable.

i purshased $108 worth of suppliment at GNC 87 N. Nellis store and came accros with cunsultant Smash. He was unintersted and had no customers skills. Must be the steroids. But its okay one day when management see the video when hes just kissing up on his busted up face girl he may be calling unemployment.

I went to a GNC store in Silverdale Wa. The nearest to my house which is around 30 miles away...First I tried calling for 21/2 hours and the phone was busy..after arriving at the store at 12:30pm to return a $75.00 product purchased the day before (untouched and unopened), I got a lot of attitude about returning it. I told the lady (barely) just give my money back please. She took my receipt and started circling numbers then said " I can't do this". I don't have enough money to give you!!! Are you kidding? A national chain that doesn't have $75.00 cash in a register? I PAID $75.00 cash...I will NEVER shop there again. She was so rude and such a pitiful example of customer service. I went to the next nearest store in Port Orchard Wa. who gladly returned my cash and apologized for morons working at the Silverdale store....I know one thing...You get good service you keep it to yourself, you get bad service you tell everyone you meet.

I would like to say how dissapointed I was when i walked inti the GNC store in Cadillac mi and found that the best and informative manager was no longer working there.GNC needs more employess like him.

I purchased a 7.5 lb ctnr. of the Isopure today at the GNC store in Dunedin Fl for 129.00 is this a fair price ? after making the purchase i went online to discover multiple sites selling the same product for almost fifty dollars less.Can someone please explain why this may have happened ?

I was in teh GNC store in my area and was helped by teh GNC employee who driected me to a product called X12. Which is a fate burner/thermogenic/enegy pill or some sort. I was sold (2) bottles and ensure that they were the best thing on the market and they worked and everything under the sun. So i tokk teh pills the first day and noticed an ungodly stomach pain that lasted for an hour. along the worst skin fluching ( turning red and hot) which was very uncomfortable and made me a little worried. So I called th store and the guy said "No" that's great that it was working and I just had to adjust to the pills. But that meant that they were going to to "Get The Job Done". So like a moron I took more pills for 3 days and then fianlly said NO MORE! i tried to return the pills and he said only the (1) sealed box could be returned and he would have to give me the sale price! I wanted to PUNCH HIM IN HIS FACE! My opinion is GNC is horrible. I am switching to VITAMIN STORE

I want to express my graditute to a RSD out of Little Rock, AR. He has gone beyond any upper manager I have work for - in the past. Every time I have seen him. He is always positive, motivating, calm, patient, proffessional, strict, and knowledgeable about almost anything I ask him. One night I was stranded at my store in Little Rock, AR. I know he has a busy schedule every single day. He could of said it was my own problem and that I needed to find another way home. But he didn't. He drove me home! I have facebook my friends in California - about him and they are in disbelief of such an important person would do that for me? His name is: BRANDON! Please acknowledge his hard work, his strength, his motivation and energy for GNC and his employees!

I as well have a Complaint about the franchise G.N.C store in Overland Park cross streets of Antioch and 135 st. ON January 28 2011 3:00Pm I went to this store (I WAS a regular customer) to get my usual Lean shake. The person who rung me up had this sarcastic, sassy and rude attitude. I could not take his lip and I told him “There’s something wrong with you attitude man, I don’t like it”. He then said “Dude”, I told him to have a nice day and as I was walking out he said “Here in about 15min you can try and change my attitude if you want!” I told him he was not worth it. His remark was “That’s because you’re a PUNK ASS BITCH! I then turned around and asked him if I could speak to his manager. He said “Oh he should be back here in about 15min. So I waited just to find out that the person coming back was A manager but the General manager was the one who mouthed off to me. HE APPLOGIZED and said there is nothing he can do about it because he was his boss. I told him that they lost my business. Please tell me that SOMETHING will be done about this. This is HIGHLY DISSRESPECTFUL I am even a Gold member and paid in to your plan.

I was at a store location in Merritt Island Fl on several occassions and i have a complaint. An employee of yours named Anthony Cribben was very rude a disrespectful he was communicting with is friends rather then helping me find a product, also when i would walk past the store when the mall had closed he had several different females in there with him that i dont feel had the right to be. I had called the store to complain adn they said they would handle it and still have not. He has his friends sitting on the counter going into the backroom and doesnt even respond to the customers.

I'm writing because of the recent news about lead in reusable grocery bags made in China. I have a bag from GNC (it says Sac Fiberlink Bag on the inside label) and it is made in China - have you done any testing for lead on these bags? Can you let the public know?

For the past 4 months I have asked the GNC location on 1960/veterans memorial to stop calling my telephone with promotions. I spoke with Karen once and Cindy the once, both stated that they would remove me but each month I have recieved telephone calls and just last night 11/3/10 they decided to call me with a pre-recorded message promoting GNC products on my telephone. I called up to the store and was told that Cindy just walked out the door. I'm tired of the igorance from this company and hate that I ever signed up for a GNC gold because this calling my cell phone thing is very annoying and when you ask them to stop they do not comply. I have called the Corporate office and left a message. I want a returned call about this matter ASAP.

While shopping in your Mesa Az store on signal butte (AZ) we were treated very badly by your store clerk Mike. Store#09797 Superstition Gateway. He ignored us yet serviced the men in the store. Even during check out he ignored us and acted like we were a bother to him. Yet another man walked into the store and he assisted him with graciousness. Ignoring us again. Does this Mike person have a problem with women. We are not atheletic like the other people in the store; so maybe that was his problem. But either way and for whatever reason WE were treated as 2nd class and ignored. I returned an item. You must provide alot of information inorder to return. Then they bombard you with emails. I recieved 15 emails within one weeek. I opened my email and the entire page was GNC. Very annoying and unprofessional. I won't be shopping there anymore because of this.

I was in the clearfield office on tuesday night. There was a sale on the oxy elite pro buy one get one half off. The person that was working that night told me that since I was taking a perscription that it would be safe to consult with my doctor before taking this item. Did that and also tried to look up more information about this product on line and was also given the wrong email address it went to a pet med site. Had to call the dubois store to get the right information. The dubois store said that they never even had this sale and didn't know what I was talking about. So I drove clear back to the clearfield store to purchase this item and they told me that they are not having that sale also. Now I was just in there two days ago and the person that was working told me that I had all week to check with my doctor and that all gnc's would be having the same sale. Now I know that I was not dreaming this and I know that I was in the clearfield store on tuesday night then again on thursday to purchase the item that was supposed to be on sale all week. I would like to know why I am being told that I don't know what I am talking about that the person working thursday didn't even know that sale existed and that I was even given the wrong website to look this item up. I really don't enjoy getting the reach around and looking like a complete fool when I go to purchase the item that I had to drive two hours out of my way to even get in the first place.
