I too had the most negative experience while trying to return items to Forever 21. Their no refund policy and no return on any jewelery policy is not clearly posted or verbalized by either signage or employees. Although I was completely shocked to come across a store that essentially forces customers to continue shopping at their store, I was thoroughly disgusted by the service provided by their customer service hotline. I was told that there was no way I could reach the manager for the store in question because he was a "temp" & then was hung up on when I further pressed for the number. The representative I spoke with basically told me she could do nothing for me; including providing a number for someone in a management position. After calling back, I was provided with a wrong number. Basically, AVOID FOREVER 21; they will take your money & provide no further service!

I was at the store in Mission Viejo, CA. While I am waiting in the dressing room, one of the employees got into a flight and insulted a customer, when the customer complained the woman employee raised her hand missing my face with the hanger she had in her hand by a very snall distance, she coul have taken my eye out. I compalined to the manager which looked lost and very unprepared to handle the issue. The mnagement and employees at this store are badly trained, the managers are buddy buddy with everyone not providing any quidance. A very badly run store.

Horrible experience with an online order!!!! I ordered a shirt about a month ago, i have been attempting to call the customer service number indicated on the website. The latter lead to a dead end every single time, they have repeatedly told me that it would be shipped out the following week via express mail however the company has failed to meet those stated standards. Other times that i have called,an automated message answered stating that the phone systems were down, however i attempted to call from my house phone in which i was on hold for an hour and a half then called from my cell phone while continuing to be on hold on the other phone, the message i received upon answer was that the systems were down. This is horrible and completely inconsiderate to the customer. I have also tried cancelling the order fron my account on the website but unfortunately there was no option for that. It finnally reached a point in which ive had to contact a store location so that the district manager may be able to give me some insight as to how i can get my money back or receive my order. At this point it has become a mager nucance in attempting to attain the product i have so dilligently followed up on once my money was spent " buying" it. Maybe a class action lawsuite maybe neccessary in order to be compensatated as well as to get the message accross to Forever21 online.

i am having the same problem with the shipping issue. they keep saying its a delay w/ the warehouse. my problem is why was i never notified about this problem? forever 21 should have contacted me as well as every other customer whose order would be delayed. its been almost 3 weeks since i ordered the jacket. i used to shop here a lot, now i will never shop here again. even the customer service inside the store is horrible the associates act like youre bothering them when you ask for help, and they are extremely un-knowledgable. i will never ever shop here again.

Bought ONE pair of shoes on their website. Order date: Sep 24, 2012 Today: Oct 8, 2012 Still has not shipped. Forever21 HQ blames warehouse, offers zero help. Gross.

I ordered clothes on September 16th and it is the 2nd of October and my status of my shipment says new!! This is ridiculous! And every time I call the phone number it is busy!!

I returned a couple items I ordered online because I wanted my full refund back I decided to just return it instead of getting store credit. I shipped my packet out 3 weeks ago now going on a month. I have not received my refund, nor have any of my emails been replied too. I have tried calling every number listed for this company and all I get is a busy tone. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and its made me not want to shop here any more since its not acting like a professional business.

I bought A whole bunch of accessories from forever a week ago.one of the rings I bought & started wearing made my finger swell up & turn green.My finger looks disgusting now& it looks deform.Now I have to go to the doctor.They should make their jewelry with better quality.Be careful for those who are willing to buy cheap ass jewelry at forever 21 beware.its bad quality.I want to sue this company.Smh

I ordered 7 things from their website on the 22nd. It is now the 28...AND THE ORDER STATUS STILL SAYS NEW. NEW. WHYY?!?!!! I am very dissapointed, these clothes I ordered are to keep me warm for my cancer treatments..and i expect my clotges to be shipped out this monday or else im canceling my order. We should all get a discount for this tyoe of behavior they inflict on us. We pay our money for this in return?! I called customer service and they are blaming this on the warehouse. Despicable.

I placed an order more than 10 days ago and just as others are encountering here, my order still says "NEW". The phone number provided on the website is not working (each time I call I receive a constant busy dial tone) and no one has returned my email inquiry I made through the site. I have never had a problem with Forever21 online before, but I am going to dispute the charges today and will never shop here again. This is just bad business.

i made my order on the 17th and my order still hasnt arived, im not quite sure why but as far as i have read there is no use in calling, and therefore i am not sure of what to do

I placed a order on september 16, and still the package has not left the warehouse. I called 3 times already and my answer was there is a shipping delay and they promise my shipment will be out this week for sure. I just check it again and the status still says new. Im going to wait till tomorrow and then call to cancel. This is rediculous how they treat their customers. I have been a valued customers and all they can say is shipping delay no apologies at all.

I made a purchase on SEPTEMBER 15 as of today SEPTEMBER 27 my order still says new. its almost two weeks and no good news yet so disappointed with this company

I placed an order on Forever 21.com on the 13th of september. My order status as of today still says "new" not processing. Standard shipping is 5-10 business days and it has already been 10. So I called customer service and got a very complacent guy on the the phone who seemed to sound sleepy and indifferent that it is taking my order "FOREVER" to get shipped out. He gave me some generic response basically passing the blame to the warehouse. No apology, no effort to make me feel better about any future purchases i might want to do with the company.

I had 5 orders pending that I just cancelled with the manager at your Customer Service Dept. I have called 3 times since I placed the orders and still have no answer why a valued customer with an excellent credit rating had not received an email explaining why my orders had not been shipped. I told the manager to cancel all 5 of my orders and that I will find a new place to shop. This is how you treat a VALUED customer then I am spending lots of money at the wrong store.

I order my stuff on the 11th of Sept and here it is the 24th of sept and my stuff still has not been shipped out!!!!!!!!! i had ordered in enough times so my thing would be here or my dinner party on the 26th. But yet they have not even been shipped out i called everyday for the last 5 days and no one can help me not even the managers. All everyone keeps saying is your order is completed ok well why is it taking 9 days for my stuff to ship. Better yet why dont you all put somthing on the site saying that you all are having delays in you shipping wearhouse!!!!!!!!!!! no i have been to three forever 21 in my area and none have my size or what i am looking for and the customer care hotline such can anyone help me get my damn order pleas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 3 sweaters and a few accessories from forever 21 on the 13th of Sept. online. On the 18th the merchandise finally shipped. Sept 19th i received the UPS tracking and on the 20th evening i contacted UPS for an update on the package as i notice there is no progress on UPS site. UPS advised me that there is no progress, which means that a lost and that i should contact the shipping to file the claim. I contacted Forever 21 on the 21st after being on hold for more then 25 min and a rep that got on the phone simply said i am sorry that i am unable to help as forever 21 has a 10 day policy prior to filing a claim with UPS. I went ahead and mentioned to her that i am supervisor at my company and I deal with customers all the time. When a customer calls for such a issue you take care of it immediately especially when it took a week ship and UPS advised me that the package seems lost. The longer you wait to file these cases with UPS longer it can take to find it. It is alot easier to find a package that is claimed lost within 24 hours rather that 10 days. Although this is a UPS issue, I am really disappointed at the response and unhelpful solution. I am leaving town now for the next 3 1/2 weeks and planned on the items purchased. :( by the time i get back i might need to return :(

My college daughter purchased clothing at Forever 21 today. Within 25 minutes she had decided she did not care for 2 of the items and had found something else at another store. She returned to the same cashier she had made the initial purchase from, receipt and clothing in hand. She was told she could only receive store credit. The receipt stated "sale items and jewelry" will receive store credit only. Nothing was stated on the receipt regarding regularly priced items, nor did the sales associate tell her at the time of purchase. Upon speaking with a very rude store manager, she stated it was their "corporate policy", sales associates were told "not to tell purchasers", there were "signs at the register stating our policy" and that they offer much "lower prices due to this policy". First of all, NO retail store does this! This is basically stealing from the consumer. We do not read small print signs as it is assumed that unless it is bathing suits, underwear, make up, or electronics, with a receipt, you can get your money back. The fact that you are forced, once the purchase is made, to shop at the store is basically illegal. You do not receive the receipt until the end of the purchase, so basically, one would have NO IDEA regarding this policy, unless taking the time to read the small print sign at some of the registers. Then to be treated rudely, by a store manager, was insulting. Not all young adults have money to throw away towards clothes. My daughter works very hard (in retail!) for her money, and is horrified at how her money was taken and trust in this store broken. I can assure you this policy will be passed along to many. Remember, the golden rule Forever 21, poor service is mentioned 100% more than good service. Perhaps my daughters $60 is not important to you, and her future purchases do not matter, as the store manager was quick to let us know that, but I can promise you that this will turn into a much bigger publicity problem.

I purchased a dress, shoes, and necklace for my daughter for my husband's ceremony. A few stores down she found something else she liked better. When i tried to take it back to forever21 they would only give me store credit, not a cash refund... they said their policy is posted all around the store and "the cashier that run me up should of told me" BULLSHIT... no one told me because I would NEVER purchase anything i couldn't return. I have three daughters and know that they change their minds all the time. Why would I do that. SEcondly there are NO signs posted and the policy is not on the receipt. I will never shop at this store again. EVER.
