I went into Forever 21 to purchase a pair of gloves and, as expected, ended up finding even more merchandise I liked. It all added up to be $66.40. While processing my debit card, their computer systems went down. The transaction was pending through the bank and I was told the charge would most likely drop off my account, because it wasn't showing in their sale log and to come back in if I was charged to pick up my merchandise. I did that. I was told to "wait until Monday" even though my bank statement clearly shows the charge as cleared. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt until Monday. If they do not keep their word, I will be disputing the original charge and they will have lost a customer. I work in customer service and I understand things being out of the managers' control, but you also have to ensure that your customers are not frustrated with services. This is not the case for Forever 21.

I placed an order online a week ago, and still haven't received a shipping confirmation email. I've tried calling customer service, and I cant get through, I'm always disconnected. I've sent multiple of emails also.

I found a small bag that was marked 80 cents. When I went to purchase the item the sales person nicely told me it was actually mismarked and that it should be $3.80. I asked if she could give it to me for the 80 cent since it had clearly not been tampered with and was just mismarked. She asked the mgr. and Kristy at Tuttle Mall in Columbus, OH rudely told me NO! She was very matter of fact and RUDE! The sales person was, on the other hand, very nice and apologetic. Next I tried calling customer service at 213-741-5100, got to the promts...hit 1, then 2 and it magically hung up on me three times. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I am DONE with this store!!!

Forever 21 Corporation needs to take time/money to properly train the employees who are supposed to be Managers. The 'Managers' of the store are there to 'MANAGE' the store and its employees, hence the name 'Manager'. They do not know how to manage, schedule or interract with their employees.

On December 2, 2010 I shopped at the Forever 21 located on Kingston Pike in Knoxville TN. They had several racks with sale prices listed at the top. One being a rack of scarves with the price of $5.99. I chose many scarves along with several other items. When I went up to pay, the clerk proceeded to me the company's return policy. I understood the policy and proceeded to check out. The first problem with the check out procedure is that you are unable to see the price that items are ringing up at. After I was given the total (which I knew was higher than it should have been) I asked the clerk if the scarves had rang up at the sales price. I had swiped my debit card at this time, but had not completed the transaction. The clerk stated to go ahead and hit the green button and she would be able to look at the receipt. Which I did. She then told me the scarves at rang up at $9.99. She then asked another clerk about the price....who then stated that the sign read $5.99 and up (in very fine print). I felt this type of pricing was sneaky and misleading. Told the clerk that I did not want the scarves at that price. Guess what?????? Since I had hit the green button (so that she could see the receipt) they COULD NOT give a refund, ONLY STORE CREDIT. My daughter shops quite often at this store location, as well as Forever21.com. This is poor business practice. I plan to report your business practices to the BBB, Consumer Fraud Agency and the Federal Trade Commission. Your customers should be able to see what price their items are ringing up at. As well as training your employees how no properly verify prices BEFORE the transaction is complete.

I do love your store and shop at the Burbank Media Center store for most of my wardrobe. However, I would like to make a suggestion. I am a legal transcriptionist working in downtown Los Angeles (8th and Figueroa) with my office next to 7th & Fig Mall. This mall has many vacancies (numerous high-end store closings in past year). I think it would be a great and lucrative location for a Forever 21 store. There is a huge young clerical workforce, a large amount of foot traffic, tourists, etc. It is a great location and easily accessible. It was recently confirmed that Target and Trader Joe's would soon be opening stores at this location. I can be reached by email at bunny.vitale@chartisinsurance.com, phone 213/689-3625. I hope to hear that Forever 21 will soon be opening a store at this location!!!

EARLIER TODAY I WAS AT THE FOREVER 21 AT HANES MALL IN WINTSON SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA. not even a week ago, i purchased a pair of black dress pants. After the second time wearing the pants, i realized there was a huge hole in the crotch of the pants. So before work today, i went into the store to see if i could possibly just exchange the pants with the hole for the SAME exact pair of pants i had purchased. As SOON as i talked to her, she told me there was 'nothing' she could do for me and recommended me to go get my pants sewn up and the tailor. After waiting about 5 more minutes, i went up to the girl who i remember rang me up when i bought the pants. she told me she remembered throwing away my receipt. being that she had TOLD THEM SHE RANG ME OUT FOR THE PANTS NOT EVEN A WEEK AGO, they told her to notify me they could not do anything for me still. After asking 2 different associates if i could speak to a manager, they sent me to a visual manager who was talking and standing next to the woman who insisted to tell me that nothing could be done. After trying to explain the scenario to manager they directed me to, the woman TIFFANY who I had problems with interrupted me talking to the other woman and INSISTED TO LET ME KNOW I COULD NOT EXCHANGE NOR GET MY MONEY BACK and to leave the store. The woman explains she doesn't want to "deal with it". SO i got pushed to the side ONCE AGAIN. After all the frustration, I asked if I could speak to the store manger. The woman then has the AUDACITY to tell me that she was who i needed to talk to. ( turns out, she was only the visual manger). I asked her when the store manager was possibly available so i could speak to her. She replied that she was " not able to give out her managers schedule." At this point i was fed up with the woman that I asked her name so i could take her disrespect up with her boss. She told me she was not able to give out her name and that it was " not my buisness". i THEN ASK FOR CUSTOMER SERIVCES NUMBER. SHE TELLS ME THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. ( ALL 4 YEARS AND 5 RETAIL STORES I HAVE WORKED AT, HAVE ALWAYS HAD A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. So she lies to my face once again and

A beautiful new Forever 21 store opened one week ago in the Freehold, NJ mall. I went with the intention of purchasing Christmas gifts for my granddaughter (she had provided me with a comprehensive list). The store manager, Linda, was rude, not at all helpful, and had an attitude typical of a teenager. This was my first and last shopping experience with Forever 21. GAP here I come!

I WAS SHOPPING TODAY FOR OUR CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S EVE CRUISE AT WEST COUNTY MALL IN ST LOUIS MO. AS I WAS WALKING BY FOREVER 21 I NOTICED A PAIR OF BLACK WEDGE SHOES ON THE MANNEQUIN IN THE WINDOW. I SEARCHED FOR 20 MINUTES FOR THE SHOES, NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND A STORE EMPLOYEE BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL INVOLVED IN PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS AND NOT ASSISTING THE HOLIDAY SHOPPERS, I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE STORE MANAGER (WHO WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN A PERSONAL CONVERSATION. SHE TOLD ME " I COULD NOT HAVE THOSE SHOES", SHE SAID IT'S CORPORATES DECISION WHAT CLOTHES/SHOES ARE ON THE MANNEQUIN. .......WHAT TYPE OF OPERATION HIRES SUCH UN-EDUCATED IDIOT TO MANAGE A STORE AND YET THEY ARE NOT EVEN ABLE TO MAKE A DECISION TO SELL -----A CUSTOMER-----THE PAIR OF SHOES WHICH THEY ARE WANTING?????? PLEASE TELL ME-------BUT THAT'S THE REASON I DON'T SHOP AT FOREVER 21........THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE....THEY SEEL CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAP CLOTHES TO PEOPLE THAT CAN NOT AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE........SO SAD.

I placed an order with forever 21 online and had never had a problem with it before this instance. My dress never arrived and I was never compensated for it nor did I ever get the dress. I was and still am deeply disappointed. I have yet to be adressed with the issue and it has been since july.

I was on vacation in Orlando Florida in June 2010, when I purchase some things at forever 21. The machines were having trouble and the cashier swiped my card and said that the transaction didn't go through so she swiped it again. When I returned from vacation and checked my statement I was charged twice. I spoke to several store managers and sent the receipt along with transaction # and my bank statement I was told they would return my call, I am still waiting this is the end of November. I will call now to the corporate office, if I do not get results I will be writing BBB.

I also have been double charged and we are now into the fourth day and I cannot get any help. I spent quite a lot of money and was advised "oops" and that I have to come in and fill out paperwork. I could not believe this because I have a credit machine in the medical office I manage and as a manager,I can credit what is necessary. After reading all the above comments I am really nervous as no one seems to care. It seems the Forever 21 staff have not been trained in any sort of capacity, and are not stupid, just know nothing about good customer service. Okay, some are stupid, but my mother always told me never to call someone stupid. Oh, well! Managers seem to be just as ill informed or non informed and it is always fine when you are shopping or spending a lot of money, but if you truly need any help, no one steps up to the plate to accept responsibility. This is very unfortunate because their clothes are very cute, but heck, we can easily just not go. Good Customer Service does not reside at any Forever 21 store!

I think i would give forever 21 a ---0 that would be a more appropriate rating for the poorest customer service skills. To all Calgarians DO NOT SHOP THERE that is all I can warn the public about. Regards

This store has the worst customer service I've ever come across. I've visited this store in four different states and even another country. Is it in their employee handbook to be as rude and helpless as possible? I love the prices of the store, but sometimes it is not worth the stress. I'd rather pay a little more, and have a unlimited return policy and amazing customer service (nordstroms)

I hate forever 21. i loved their clothes for the most part, but the people are always terrible! i was shopping at their store and found a dress, and i went up to the counter to put it on hold because i wasnt sure if i should get it or not and if had enough money for it..since there was a line the cashier convinced me not to wait and to just buy it right then, so i stopped thinking about it and gave in, EVEN though i told her i wasnt sure if i should because i didnt have a reason to wear it. Well i walked out of line and went to check my account balance on my phone and saw that i didnt have enough so i didnt even leave the store yet and it was withing minutes i got back into line and asked if i could have my transaction voided or anything, i started to cry because i felt sick about it, i just made an honest mistake on impulse and immediately tried to fix it and they were so mean. they told me absolutely there was nothing they could do, they could only give me an email, not even a number to call..and told me that if i knew i had other things to pay for then i shouldnt even have been in their store.

My experiene with Forever 21 is not good. I take my teen daughters to the Cumberland Mall store in Atlanta, GA and I am sick of going in there and seeing the manager's underwear. I have complained about this before and the DM either doesn't care or is afraid of him. It is unprofessional for anyone to show there underwear in the workplace, especially the manager. STOp it!!!!

i WISH THERE WILL BE AN ALSO "VERY BAD" RATE ON YOUR QUESTIONAIRES ........ OR hOW ABT THIEFS !!!!!???....... UNBELIEVABLE!! IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BEAUTIFUL DIGNIFIED HORTON PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER , I LEFT MY WALLET ON THE COUNTER , AN EMPLOEE TOOK IT AND .........."TRY TO FIND ME ( ? ) IN A 5 FLOOR PARKING LOT ( ?).EVEN LOOK INTO MY WALET FOUND MY BUSSINESS CARD , CALLED MY NR ,RETURNED THE WALLET TO HIS SUPERVISDOR , BUT BY THAT TIME ( THE WALLET NEVER LEAVING THEIR HANDS, 3 OF THEM !! ) ALL MY CASH ($ 140 SOMETHING ) WAS "REMOVED " BY "IMMAGINARY " HANDS . THE EMPLOEE DECIDED TO GO HOME AFTER THAT.

My daughter got offered the postion over the phone on a Thursday night after going for an interview that day and was very excited as I stood there listening to her talk to the manager over the phone. They told her to call over the weeked and they would give her the scheduled and when new employee orientation would be next week. She called Saturday and the manager told her sorry but we decided not to hire you. We need someone who can work closing hours. I am a HR Specialist and out of repsect for my daughter who did not want to me to call the store I was very upset that they could get away with this. Forever 21 is just waiting for someone to start a lawsuite. They have managers who have no experience in the Employment Law makeing offers and interviewing. I have nothing good to say about the store.

I have a Family Member who work at Foever 21 located in Washington State. I was told the employee's schedule is never out on a timely manner. Therefore, the employees are not always sure when they are scheduled to work. If, a phone call is made to ask when are they scheduled to work, due to the store manager not putting the schedule out on time for the week. It is told they have to come in and find out if they are scheduled that day. I have been in the Corporate world 40 years and never heard or experienced that type of Management. Management and Employee Training is very important for a Company to have. Therefore, each individual is following the policy in which is required from a Corporate Office.

I accidently put the wrong shipping adress on my online order at forever21, and they cant even do anything about it? I cant cancel an order, I cant change my order in any way, and to top it off their phone number is disconnected? This is not right at all.
