I've had chevy trucks after chevy trucks and always been happy. Stupid of me, I decided to buy a Ford F150 since the design appealed to me. I bought a brand new 2010 Ford F150 Lariat and paid 50k for it!!! . I got 30k on it and my chrome side steps and 'ford' emblem is peeling badly. The dealer took pics and sent it to Ford and Ford declined my claim saying that it's poor maintenance or some BS like that. I have a season car wash card and wash my truck 5 times a week. It's the shiniest F150 around. They are so full of it. I've checked online on other sites as well as this one and its common for Ford to treat their customers like crap. This is what happens when a company does well for themselves, they get the FU attitude. Look at GM, they were on top than went to the toilet and practically started begging people to purchase their vehicles. Hope Ford gets there. I will never purchase a Ford ever again!

I have a 2009 ford f-250 its a diesel and has 90,000 miles onwhich for a diesel isnt very many miles. I bought it 8 months ago and ive had it in the shop 7 different times not only am i disappointed with the problems im having with my truck that is only 3 years old but im extremly disappointed with the service ive been recieving from thee dealerships. I do a lot of traveling for work so i cant take mine to just one dealership. I have had to come out of pocket with way to much money fixing this truck i bought 8 months ago. They once diagnosed the problem wrong at one dealership i had to pay the cost be because neither my manufacture or extended warranty would cover it that was 500.00. Then once it was diagnosed it wasnt done competly right at one dealership so i broke down again and had to have more work done on it. Because of these problems ive missed 2 deadlines for when i was supposed to be to work thats more money im losing out on. Then the second time i break down i find out that my glow plug module wasnt all the way plugged in from the last dealership so since it was someone elses fault warranty again wouldnt cover and another 500.00 out of my pocket. Now i find another problem that yet again isnt covered under warranty another 300.00 out of pocket. I am trading this piece of crap in and i will never own another ford!

If there is anyone out there that has a ford expedition and has problems with the coils blowing out it is a safty hazzard, ford refuses to replace mine because there has not been enough people to complain about it. If you have this problem contact ford @ 1-313-322-3000 ask to speak with the ceo or customer relations.they should have to replace these trucks, they knew they would not be able to fix th thats why they stop making heads for them. ford used to be a name you could trust and would jump in and fix things or take care of things. They knew about this problem and now refuse to fix it or help with it.

Hello I ordered a new 2013 Ford Escape in March , today is july 3rd and i still have not recieved it as of yet. It seems that Ford has lost it... I contacted Ford online, asking if it was true that Ford sold cars in other countries that get better gas mileage than cars sold in the USA. Instead of a yes or no, I received paragraphs about laboratory testing, EPA, engineering advances, and lots more, but no answer to my question. Twice, I attempted to explain my question a different way (there aren't too many ways to ask that simple question), and twice I received more babble, with references to the first response, and still no answer. The responses included spelling and grammatical errors, and, I thought, a note of sarcasm. I complained to the corporate office. They set up a case number, and asked me to call directly to discuss my issue. The representative was most polite and seemed to be trying to help. He referred me to fueleconomy.gov, which doesn't list cars sold out of this country. I asked who else I could contact at the Ford corporate office, and told me he did not know how to contact Ford's corporate office with the resources available to him. Uh, I thought he was at the corporate office. This is scaring me away from Ford for my next purchase. My question this time was purely informational. But what if I had a problem that needed attention.

I am vey disappointed with ford . I am disablid and feel like I was taking advantaged of . Check engine lite went on now nobody knows how to fix my ony means of transportaion . After I was forced to pay to fix the engine light codes that were on. I belive that the engine light system should be recalled How many others have had this problem, put money you saved by going without meds. food ect. I is not fair to mislead the public. I am one of the many who have purchased a 2012 Ford Escape to tow behind my RV. I found out ofter buying it taht it was manufactured after a cutoff date set by Ford that my car was not towable. The sales people told me it was. Thenhj I found out later that there was supposed to be a supplement in my paperwork stated that my vehicle was nort towable. I had to go to a website to see the supplement. I have this vehicle in my posession. Sales personnel were nice but car does not perform as I was told. What do I do? Thanks

I purchased a black ford focus hatchback with the 303 package mid march 2012 with a leather seating package a $ 450 add on and sync....Today is June 23,2012 and I still do not have it.the dealership is Plantation Fore in Fla.They never return phone calls! Now after almost 4 months they said the car was damaged in transit and "DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK" No I wanted the car...Now I have to start all over again and my trade in now has over 50K miles on it & now is worth less They cost me a lot more $$$ Ford you owe me!This "STINKS"

I took my 2005 Ford Escape in for a/c leak repair, they said there was small leak in the low and high preasure hose header.both lines were replaced,work was started at 8 am,work to be completed in one day.After THREE days and dealership never called at any time to report on progress.I was told another leak had now shown up, but could not be located.I took my car out of shop.after paying a total of $684.33 a/c will still not cool.Work done at Stanley Ford Brownfield,Tx

I Have purchased 2 customized ford mustang GT s both were customized buy the dealership before I saw them , I spent in excess of $90,000.00 on these two cars ! Within a year the paint on both hood lips started to bubble .being that the cars have a 36 month warranty , ford repainted the hoods for me gave me a loaner car and all was well . 12 months later I noticed the corrosion is back on both cars , so back to the dealer , and they are both repainted ! 18 months later back to the dealership for the third repaint on the hoods ! Now out of warranty and at my expense ! Then I am informed that the hoods will never permanently hold paint due to a manufacturer defect in bonding the aluminum hood with the reinforcement alloy they use to strengthen the hood lip! So now the dealership admits the defect on the hoods and and says that the hoods should have been replaced the first time this happened under the original warranty ! So now it's an $1800.00 per car repair And they can't even guarantee me that the new hoods are not defective! So now is that what America's oldest car manufacturer has resorted to? Hiding the truth about a defect , til the warranty is over, then expecting the consumer to pay for their mistake ! What happened to customer service ? Due they expect us to be loyal to American car makers ? Even worse how due Americans consumers allow them to get away with this type of business practice ! As a car collector these cars are kept in a climate controlled garage and they are they are driven less then 800 miles per year !! If you own a mustang from 05 to 12 check the underside of the hood and pay close attention too the front inside lip if you notice any bubble DDEMAND a new hood ! There are a reported 5.1 million cases of this issue in the USA & CANDA alone

I got a Ford Explorer for my son to use. Yes, It was used, but I thought it is a Ford. A 2004 with 70k. It seemed like a good average mileage for it to be a 2004. I pull the carfax report. No whistle and bells went off. I thought wrong. The first month at the gate it started linking anti-freeze. That was changed at the dealership to to tune of $783.00. I started feeling something else. I had a diagnostic done for $250. I had to have both control arms replaced and the rear differenital again done at the dealership. That visit cost over 3k. The noise that took me in last time, the differential, is back and the car is in the shop now. The mechanic told me son that he he would try to diagnose it again (more money), however he may not be able to find out what is wrong,but as he continued "Honestly it is used and you will always have problems out of a used Ford." I have used cars before, a Jetta, a Town & Country, and a Caravan and never have I had a brand mechanic basically say our product is crap. WOW! I was blown. If a Ford mechanic can't tell you what is wrong with a Ford who can? It really makes me think buying a Ford was the wrong move

Team Ford in Marietta GA stay away. Purchased a 2012 Ford Mustang GT, love the car had a minor few scratches in paint job when purchased. The detail shop ruined the paint job, you could see exactly where buffer ran up and down across car in an attempt to fix they re buffed and wet sanded the car,made matters worse, they tried to repaint the front fender and left a fly in it, they had so much compound in belt moulding from first attempt that on second attempt burnt the belt moulding, cowling under wipers and lower rear valance,had overspray on windshield,their was so much compound on motor and engine bay looked like someone threw a gallon of paint on it. Left empty energy drink bottles in car. Had parts falling from under dash they tried to tell me was not part of the car, they were going to toss them but I brought them home to hubby , they did fix that on second attempt. Told them they were not getting another try to fix as they were making it worse,was referd to HOT WHEELS take car there get fixed to satisfaction and send them the bill. Hot Wheels suggested their detail shop first to see if they could fix it,could not it has been a week and we are waiting on approval from Team Foird so Hot Wheels can fix the car. If you must buy a Ford DO NOT BUY FROM TEAM FORD OF MARIETTA. We will prob have to get attorney to get issue resolved.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A LINCOLN BUY A LEXUS BECAUSE LINCOLN IS NOT GOING TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE UNDER WARRANTY ONCE YOU PAY FOR IT. I bought a new 2012 Lincoln MKX (I also own a Towncar). First I had to accept their "Sync System" which was a piece of JUNK, it would work only when it wanted to and a number of system resets had to be performed to get it to operate until the next failure. They eventually sent out a software upgrade that corrected the problems. My second problem is the "HomeLink" system. The Homelink system will not open the gate to my community. It has been programmed numerous times CORRECTLY, using 3 different transmitters (2 new transmitters), gate frequency "295" confirmed to be within HomeLink specs, hand held transmitter works every time, HomeLink light indicates button programmed. I have been to 2 dealers, they push the HomeLink button in the vehicle and say nothing is wrong "BOY ARE THEY GOOD". I contacted Lincoln customer care and they say their Engineers say nothing is wrong "THEY ARE EVEN BETTER THAN THE DEALERS THEY CAN TELL THE SYSTEM IS TRANSMITTING AND THE CORRECT FREQUENCY JUST BY THE RED LIGHT ILLUMINATING". Lincoln WILL NOT REPLACE THE VISOR "HomeLink system contained in visor". So here I have a $47,420 vehicle which has a problem and Lincoln/Ford REFUSES TO REPAIR. Alan Mulally CEO/Pres has the right idea BUY a Lexus because it is the best vehicle made.

Heard about rebates , was shopping for a ford truck. Met several people that bought from Florence s.c. They had no credit. They got NEW trucks paying 21&22k. I have perfect credit!!!! I was white these customers were black (no reflection on them, for customers can't help what the company did). I was truly discriminated against.. These were SCC f150. Some even got them with the ecoboost. HAPPY for the customers, hope to close down busineses with these type of practiceses. because of my race I did not qualify..

I am the owner of a 2006 Ford Explorer with 93,117 miles that I am still making payments on, purchased at Ford of Englewood, New Jersey. This is my first and last Explorer. I would give you a 0 rating if I could. About three weeks ago I brought my car in because I could not back up. A major transmission issue that was covered under the warranty which is 100,000 miles or October 2013. I also was told six months prior by AAMCO transmissions that I would need a NEW transmission. it took the Englewood dealer almost a week to get approval to get NOT a new factory manufactured transmission, but a transmission OVERHAUL which is riduculous. Ford, Stand behind your warranty and your product! My transmission was done! It should have been REPLACED, not repaired. But you won't even listen to a customer especially a female. If i was not covered by your worthless warranty you would have gladly informed me that I needed a new transmission and it would cost me $3,000.00

Continued from last comment 2006 Ford Explorer. Your warrant also covered the rear differential, an anti freeze leak in the engine, and the actuators(door lock sensors). I also paid for maintenance which included rear brakes, a belt, and an oil change. After nearly 2 weeks, my vehicle was finally completed and ready for pick up. On the day I picked it up, I heard a rubbing/scrubbing noise which seemed to be coming from the breaks or something. I thought maybe the brakes are new etc. After a few days I continued to hear the sound especially backing up but even going forward. This sound was never present before you performed all of those repairs. Now you are saying a pipe is rusted near the exhaust and it will cost me over $500.00. I am not a fool.You damn near took the car apart, repaired major items from front to back and never indicated there was a rusted anything. YOU, FORD OF Englewood caused this problem and again refuse to stand behind your service or your vehicle. FORD HEADQUARTERS, What is your purpose? If we can't contact you for resolution, then who? This is absurd! I was informed the dealerships are independently owned, so that means any dealer could say anything and thats it! YOU OFFER NO SOLUTION! How are you existing as a major enterprise in this country? Your sales teams are all smiles and glitter when it's time to sign a contract. But your customer service teams do everything in their power NOT to honor their warranties, NOT to provide the best customer service, and NOT to stand behind the product. Your TRANSMISSIONS die in under 100,00 miles!! I know several. Your Cars are GARBAGE!! My car was basically declared dead!! and I still owe payments. The car is 6 years old and i now will have to buy a new car. FORD HEADQUARTERS!!! Start reading your comments!! because 90% of them have the same negative complaints and horror stories but you're so busy laughing all the way to the bank to notice. One day the customer will be laughing at YOU! when you have no bank to go to!!

If you have a problem with your vehicle dont look for help from Ford!! The highest you can go is to Ford Headquarters and they have no power to do anything! The dealers can say and do whatever they want. I learned that today. They wonder why people buy foreign cars! I had a problem with Nissan years ago and the Nissan Headquarters listened and acted on my behalf. They shipped a BRAND NEW transmission from California no questions asked! Not FORD!! that would be too much like doing whats right! Again, FORD I agree with listener from 4/24/2012. STAND behind your vehicles!! Stop ignoring customers!!!
