I AM FIRIOUS WITH FORD!!! My husband and I bought a Ford F250 almost two years ago. From the get go we had problems... the radio shut off for no reason, the transmission fluid leaked, dash board was falling apart, etc... So, we decided to trade the vehicle in for a Chevy. I contacted ford credit to inform them the truck was no longer in my possession and they should be getting a pay off. A few days later, I received phone calls from ford credit asking for payment. So, my husband called them to inform the vehicle was traded in... they told my husband that they would give us a 30 day late notice on my credit report due to the truck payment had not been received. My husband then spoke with a supervisor... HE ACTED WORST THAN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE! I WILL NEVER AGAIN DEAL WITH THIS THEIVING COMPANY! It's not right and I want the "30 days late" removed from my credit report!! They may not have taken money from the government, but from my point of view... they steal from their customers!

I am deeply distressed over the 2000 explorer !!!!! I had previously owned a 1994 explorer & LOVED IT !!!!!!!!!!! My distress is due to the fact Ford put a transmission in the large explorer that belongs in a 4 cylinder vehicle !!!!!!!!!!!! OMG !!!!!!!! I cannot begin to tell you how upset I have been and the GREAT expense this has been !!!!!!!! In short due to all the transmissions & transfer case that has been replaced multiple times just this year I have not had a car to drive since JULY !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so upset & disappointed in FORD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I truly had loved deeply my 1994 model !!!!!!!!! Now this !!!!!!!!!!!! I can't afford this & now have nothing to drive !!!!!!!!!! I'm at everyone else's kindnesses to give me a ride !!!!!!!!!! This is so unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello FORD, I just want to say how disappointed I am with trying to get my Daughter into a new lease or purchase of a new or used car at your dealership. My Friends, Father, Sisters, Aunts & Uncles have bought or leased a vehicle from Krug the last few years & some. My Daughter had leased a Mercury from Krug 3 years ago without missing a payment, As of today its time to turn it in, but she was denied a new lease with great a credit score. What's up with that? Does this mean you want to turn this Ford Family into a Toyota Family? Bye!

I have a 2001 ford supper cab F-150 and this truck is the biggest peace of shit I have ever had. its on its secent engin. The air bags when off driving thruogh the field at my house WTF how dose that happen. it only has 102,000 mile on it. now I'm having problem with my dore locking all on its own when I'm not in it. If any one asks me I would tell them to never bye a ford F-150

I have had my f150 since 1996 it has over 200,000 miles on it. So I figured its time I do an up grade. Well of course I head to my local Ford dealer and straight to the f150's. After finding one I like I set down with a sales man. The first thing out of his mouth is that I don't qualify for being a loyal Ford customer because I kept my Ford way to long. Now isn't that the stupidest thing u have ever heard. Ur only a loyal customer if u only keep ur Ford 5-6 years. That is just wrong in my eyes. Well after being penalized for having my truck for to long I decided to just keep it. I am starting to grow fond of the Dodge truck. So I more then likely will buy a Dodge. But I rather buy a Ford if I would just get the loyalty cash I truly deserve for having a Ford for so long. But I already know the answer and that's if ur going to buy a Ford ur not worth loyalty cash because u keep them to long. Gee thanks for showing me ur gratitude by telling me I'm not worth loyalty cash because I drove a Ford way to long.

I have a 2000 ford ranger. The engine was replaced but now the theft light keeps flashing and I can't get it to start, I've researched this a lot on line to no avail. I took it to a Ford Dealership to no avail. I have done all that I can do. Now I have a truck that sometimes works when it feels like it. Is there anyone out there who can find a way to repair this problem. I am still paying on this vehicle and seems odd that I have to have a truck that works only when it wants not when I want. I've had 4 ranger trucks in the past and have really liked them. But this problem is too much for me. I need help. Thomas Jackson

To whom it may concern, I bought a ford expedition limited for my family's safety and comfort. And all my family and I get is discomfort and no car for the holidays and harrassing twenty calls aday over little money left owed. First the incompondent mechanic's they have my car has been waiting for a cattelitic converter for three going on four weeks and waiting. And as far as the rest of the money I ask to have my my loan reduce or some kind of help cause I was out of work hey one time my car was repo when I was out of what fun I and my family really are having terrible time dealing with ford we would like to thank you and we will never buy a ford again

To whom it may concren ,i brought a used ford focus in 2007 never really had a problem with it until now ,i just found out there was a recall on the 2002 focus on the fuel pump one of witch i have ,but what i don't understand is why it only covers some 2002 focuses and not all. Can someone please get back to me on this one .Thank you

I have a 2004 Expedition with the 5.4 ltr. engine. It's in the Eddie Baurer trim. For the most part it has been trouble free. It's just gotten to the 97,000 mile point and I began pricing around for the 100,000 mile dealer recomended tune up. It turns out that there arent many if any shops outside of Ford that will do this basic maintenance job. There's a flaw with this engine that when they attempt to remove the plugs they break off in the motor causing in most instances for the shop to have to remove the heads inorder to get them out. Per my local Ford dealer if that is necessary the bill could reach $2500.00 of which Ford picks up none. They built this motor and are aware of the flaw and have several TSBs on this issue but refuse to take responsibility for it. Anyone having this motor in either the Expedition or the F-150 pickup I would really recomend looking into this for yourselves. I think there's a good shot here for a class action suit. all of which could be avoided if Ford would only step up to the plate and do what's right. As for me and my family we will no long use Ford for our future needs. As im doing here I'm using my rights in trying to inform as may others with this product about this flaw and Fords way in handling it with those who have supported their company. Please dont take just my word on this and be proactive and get with your local shop and make inquiries. and then just as i am spread the word to as many as you can. Ford is a big company and dose as it likes. We can as well by making sure to pass this along so others wont get stuck as well or wont buy a "Bargin" used truck without knowing what they are getting themselves into.

hi my name is vickie, iam also a very unhappy customer at this time.i have a 1999 ford windstar,my axle broke in june my husband and his bestfriend fixed it my husband passed away august 19th 2010 right after he passed they had a recall on windstars from 1996 thru 2008 my promblem is in september i was on my way to my daughters alone no grandchildre thank god i pulled in her drive way look at my rear end the axle is cracked again.this is not the first recall on my van, there is also one for the cruise control could cause a fire, the brake light i was buying one at least once a week, they are willing to fix my problem or buy the van back from me but they want me to tow it to the dealership witch is only a mile and a half from where my van is now. Here is my problem it is fords defect not anything i did so why should i have to pay like i said my husband just passed away and iam taking care of our two minor sons i dont have a job or any extra money.oh yea and they will give us a rental but we have to pay 5 dollars a day for taxes,i wish my husband was here he would know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!! iam gonna try and call headquarters in mich and see what they can do for me but after reading most of these letters dont look good please wish me luck i need it nothing but bad lately

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer and my radiator had a leak and while my wife was driving home on the freeway it overheated and broke down. I had it towed to the dealer and they said that the radiator had a leak and it blew the engine. They are telling me it will cost me 7,500 to fix since i have 60k miles on it no warranty. I still owe 15k. I dont have any money to fix it or don't have money to get another car. The thing that upsets me is that the light never came on that it was overheating. And i went to Car complaints and 78 ppl have complained about having a radiator leak and 24 ppl have had radiator failures. Other sites have another complaints too. Ford does not have a recall on the radiator. If the car would have notified me that it was overheating or i was running low i would have fixed it. I want to sue FORD. I have be faithful to Ford. I have 2 66 Ford Mustangs a 06 Ford Fusion and a 06 Ford Explorer. If they dont help me out i will never by a Ford again. Fix Or Repair Daily!!!

I intend to file charges against Ford Motor Company. My husband and I have gotten behind on payments. I have never talked to such rude people in my life. I can't believe they way they talk. I am going to contact the FTC and report the cursing. Ford is a horrible company and I will never again buy another Ford product. My husband has bought nothing but fords for the last 20 years but this is our last one. If any of you have been cursed, threatened, or treated in any manner but professional, please let me know. My email address is lishacain@yahoo.com. I intend to file but would love to file a class action suit against ford. If they can't deal with their collectors, maybe when they have to dip in their pocketbook they will think twice next time.

I own a 2003 Navigator "Top of the Line" when I purchased it new. I am a third generation loyal ford customer but that is now changing. I have had many problems with my SUV since I purchased it but luckily for me this time around I purchased the "top of the Line" extended warranty when I purchased my 2003 Navigator. Long story short the extended warranty took care of all the problems I had in the past. Let's just say I probably had $15,000.00 worth of repairs done when under warranty - this does not include what I have spent out of pocket since the warranty has expired. The latest issue was the power steering and dash board going out while the Navigator was being driven. We took our SUV directly to the dealership On Saturday October 23rd, 2010, limped in more like it, and as of today November 8th 2010 the Navigator is still sitting dead in the water at the dealership because "FORD MOTOR COMPANY" does not have the part available that my car needs to fix it and that "FORD" is having a dispute with the parts vendor. This is what I have been told by the dealership trying to fix my car and that is what they were told by "FORD" when they tried to order the part my SUV needed. "FORD" recommended the dealership look for the part in a junk yard, which they did locate one, and then We had to pay to ship It back to "FORD" for this part to be Inspected/Certified/and Re-Programmed by "FORD" with my information to then be shipped back to the dealership to fix my SUV. Well today November 8th, 2010 I and the dealership are still waiting for the "junkyard part" to be sent back from "FORD". I asked my dealership for a phone # for FORD'S Customer Satisfaction Department to file a complaint and ask for assistance with the issues we all are having with corporates "Dearborn Michigan" headquarters (800)392-FORD. When I called customer care I even gave them the name of the person and the department of where my "junkyard part" is. Well don't be looking to get any service out of "FORD" once you buy your car from them. If you have a warranty issue, then by law they have to respond to you but if you have a problem with them and there is no valid warranty in place then good luck sucker! I was told they will send an inquiry to the dealership (my problem is not with the dealership they have no control on fixing my SUV until "FORD" sends the part back) and that the dealership will get back to me in 4 business days ( my car has been sitting @ the dealership 17 days & counting)I wanted to talk to someone from corporate because that is where the problem is with them and not the dealership. Two hours later on the phone I finally get a "Team Leader" that was completely worthless... the customer service rep I had was better than "Nancy- Team Leader" completely frustrated with her... I asked to speak to her boss and she refused to put me through. So here you have it folks...WE AS CONSUMERS SPEND THOUSANDS OF ARE HARD EARNED DOLLARS BUYING THESE FORD PRODUCTS AND WE HAVE NO AVENUE TO TALK TO ANYONE FROM CORPORATE OFFICE WHEN SOMETHING GOES VERY WRONG WITH OUR VEHICLES. THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO CARE OR HELP EVEN WHEN THE PROBLEM IS THEM! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT WHO PROBABLY HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE TO TALK TO YOU INTELLIGENTLY AND OFFER HELP AND SUPPORT NOT TO MENTION REIMBURSEMENT FOR ALL THE ADDITIONAL COSTS YOU INCURE FROM A SITUATION THAT IS NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN ... NO YOU GET A "TEAM LEADER LIKE NANCY" WHO BASICALLY TELLS YOU "WE OWE YOU NOTHING" HER WORDS! GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU FORD OWNERS OUT THERE LIKE ME I HOPE NOTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLES LIKE ME BECAUSE "NANCY" AT THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER WONT LIFT A FINGER TO HELP YOU OR LET CORPORATE KNOW THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. BY THE WAY THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IS IN FLORIDA NOT MICHIGAN SO YOU THINK YOU ARE CALLING CORPORATE BUT YOU ARE NOT!

My 2005 f150 was recently reposesed.I sent n the $3000 to pay the truck off. when I called in to ford credit to have the truck released back to me. I was informed they couldn't release to me because the payment i made before the truck was taken had not cleared the bank.1/2 hr later the bank is telling me the money was cleared and paid 5 days earlier in the week.So could someone at Ford tell me why I pay a $7 fee when a stamp and envelope would have easier to find my money. Because of this i have to pay for 2 exta days of storage whereever the truck is and the use of a rental car. Hopefully someone at ford can give me staight answers. I will be writing and calling till then.

Thanks Ford for closing down our local dealer. Swore years ago never to buy another Ford but changed my mind after moving to the midwest. North Country Ford had a great staff and worked for their customers. Purchased an oil change plan from them so am out money for something I'll never get. They also offered a tires for life program which was a major deal clencher and is also now useless. How many other customers did Ford Motor Company screw when they closed this dealership?

Why not build ford station wagons like: Focus station wagon, Ford Taurus station wagon. SUV just does not do it for me. I will be force to buy from another company to get a station wagon.

Chris Lowery, Please dump your huked on fonix tapes, go attend 1st through 6th grades, then if you "gradgeiate", plesae come back and repost your gripe in proper spelling and grammer.

I purchased a 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel pickup from Stanley Ford in Pilot Point. It is a beautiful truck and looked brand new. I was told it had passed a 120 point inspection and anything found in need of repair was already repaired. Well this was a BIG FAT LIE and I'll tell you why. Three days afterward, the A/C stopped working and started blowing hot air. Upon further inspection, I found the oil was black and gritty and hadn't been changed in who knows how long. I checked the air filter and actually poured dirt out of it. I called and complained and they admitted the 120 point inspection must have been overlooked on that particular truck. The Manager agreed to fix it and told me "Thats how we stay in business." So I drove back to Pilot Point from Fort Worth. I left the pickup for 3 days and they did repair the A/C, change the oil and put in a new air filter. Then a few days later, I discovered the tread seperating on one of my tires. Now I know they had no control over this but when I attempted to put my spare tire on, I discovered there was no crank handle for the jack so I couldn't use the jack or lower my spare tire. There was also no lug wrench. I called and spoke with my salesman who promissed me 2 weeks ago he would get me one but I still haven't seen it. Then I discovered the radiator had a coolant leak. Now I only had the pickup for 3 weeks at this point. I again contacted Stanley Ford because even though I purchased the pickup "As is no warranty" I felt they should help me out because my pickup still hadn't received that 120 point inspection it was suppose to have. I'm sure if they had done the inspection as promissed, they would have repaired the radiator before selling it. Well this time all I received was "No" they couldn't help me with the radiator. I'm sure I was becoming a pain calling and compalining all the time but I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right but apparently they didn't want to. I decided to forget them and take it a local Ford dealership, Bankston Ford in Ft. Worth. Let me tell you they treated me like a king. When I took it in, they told me the radiator may be covered under Fords 100k mile powertrain warranty and they would check for me. The next morning the service advisor called me and told me it was covered and they would put in a new radiator free of charge. They also did a multipoint inspection which included my tires, brakes, fluids, hoses and lines, and belts. They pointed out to me the 2 serpentine belts had worn and needed replacing soon. The truck was repaired the same day and when I picked it up, they had washed it, put dressing on the tires and it looked great. They did all this and didn't charge me a cent. Now thats the way I like to be treated. Stanley Ford kept my pickup for 3 days and didn't inspect a thing. They didn't tell me my belts needed replacing, they didn't check my tires of which one of them was bad, or the brakes or even wash it for me. They treated me like I was a pain in their rear for complaining because they never performed the inspection I was promissed. Well let me tell you, Bankston Ford in Fort Worth will get all my business from now on. I thought a dealership out in the middle of no where would be better to work with than a dealership in the metroplex, but I was wrong.
