The department of children and family services is SCREWED up !I applied and i was sent a letter dated june 17 2011 saying that i am eligible and i received the letter june 21 2011 but the appointment was scheduled for june 20 2011 i missed it it was not my fault now i have been denied for this reason what kind of reason is that i cant control when my mail comes I am so dissapointed im struggling now because i have been laid off i am a hard worker trying to make ends meet with no help from DCF im sure that this happens everyday i guess DCF gets away with this shit because they can I wonder who the BIG BOSS IS whoever it is if this meets with your eyes I hope you suffer like i am now because of your fucked up protocol the little people that dont matter to you suffer and starve I PRAY THAT YOU MEET UP WITH A GOOD DOSE OF BAD LUCK YOUR THE WORST.

my name is james munro 3680 second ave. malabar fl. 32950 .my ebt card was recently denied due to a informational call not being made however I completed my paperwork and have tried for weeks to call the 866 number that is available to no avail! It is busy all day every day . I realize the economy is low and I am glad to see a food program .If there are any other methods to contact by phone please acknowledge. thank you James Munro
