I have been a loyal customer of Bravo for a very long time. I consider you guys to be the "people store". Any one can store and feed a family no matter how much of a budget you are on. I totally loved your store, good fresh meat and produce and all the rest of goodies and a wonderfully reasonable price. I always felt like I got away with something when I left your store. Last saturday i went to your store to get some ground meat for a meatloaf. I waited at the meat dept. for my turn knowing it was well worth the wait. You guys had a buy one get one free deal which was fine. I needed 5 pounds do i asked if i could have the meat packed together. O my gosh you would have thought i asked for world peace overnight. The meat grinder guy got really really upset and said no he could not do that. I ask why and then he came toward me and said because he didn't want to it was packaged as is and that's it. Now i know at publix and sendanos they do that for you without a problem. Since he was being rude and loud and it was embrassing to to because there were other people waiting, they were all listening to his outburst toward me. I asked his name, he looked me in the face and said his name did'nt matter but the manager's name is Pedro go talke to him if I wanted. I did find Pedro and told him the situation and told me the meat grinder's name was Eddie who was standing where he could see us. I looked and Pedro and all I saw was fear. I don't know if they are related or if Eddie had intimadted him since Pedro was a man of small stature. I decided to let u guys know since my Publix is across the street i may just go there instead. I will miss you though because your store is the best but unfortunatley it also has bullies that make little ladies feel threatened. When you say something nothing is done about it Pedro listened and walked away got on the phone with a personal call.
