The drivers delivering to the 76013 area are cowards and disrespectful.
I have always been happy with both UPS & Fed Ex their drivers work hard and they are very helpful and on time...
this company is the worst, this will be last time to use them will be filing a complaint with the BBB I don't know they are still in business will Boycott this company
Your delivery people are terrible, I sat home all day yesterday waiting for a package to be delivered and just happen o go out to check my mail and there was a door tag on my door. Driver didnt even ring the door bell. I have lived here for 5 years and this is an on going problem.
I work for a contractor with FedEx Ground and would NOT recommend using FedEx for your delivery needs. The individuals who 'oversee' facility operations do not have customers in mind when making decisions nor do they even have a clue as to what they are doing!! FedEx is the prime example for "Too many chiefs and not enough workers. Material handlers continuously throw boxes off the trucks/belts and are never redirected.
You get 0 stars. Customer service sucks!!! The stupid fedx driver, put no one home slip in apartment complex,with zero information.called customer service,they said that the drivers are not required to put apt.# on the slip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FedX sucks!!!!!!! from know on I will not order from retailers using fedX. I'am fed-up!!!!!!
I am waited for a package all day that was being sent express. The tracking said it would be here by 8pm. I waited until after that thinking they were running late. At 10pm I went on line to check the tracking. And it said "Delivery exception-customer not available. Absolutely not true. I phoned FedEx and the guy told me they ran out of time for delivery. And I wouldn't get it until Monday. (It is Friday). Absolute poor business practice to blame their customer on their code. What it should say is "we screwed up".
I would never ever again recommend FedEx for anything ever again and plan taking this matter to the BBB, the local AG's office any any other agency that will finally offer a apology for not having a overnight, priority package not to have been delivered until 5 days later and not one apology or explananation as to the delay. I have been on hold with the 1-800-FedEx for 1 hour and 20 minutes. You just lost my business forever.
Had a package sent - that never arrived - over $300.00 and their staff said it was delivered during a snow storm. Now awaiting their staff investigation. Best to go with UPS instead of FEDEX any day.
Rating is 000. I do not like FedEx anymore. On this day 10-20-2013 I called your 800 number twice and both times as I was explaining my problem with FedEx I was hung up on. I live in Memphis all my life until I moved to the Nashville area in 2008. Here they do not have the clothes or style that I like so I order my clothes from New York, and other places. FedEx have lose two gowns that I order and customer services suck.
On 7/8/2013 a package was send to me on 7/11/2013 the package was when i check in New Jersey on 7/12/2013 it was to a come to my home it never came i call 5times and they told me that they can found it it was a check to me for payment i call again on 7/19/2013 and the package still can be found they lost it now i have to 30 day to see if someone cash it that not fair tome this is no way of doing bussiness with people
I left the note to leave my pkge. The fedex driver never do it, Where is the service. Why I expect from Fedex
When I deal with companies I asked them who they use as their shipper because I've told them please do not use FedEx because if you do I will not do business with them at all because I've had so many problems with FedEx because they always say they cannot find my address but if I use UPS they can find me like a needle in a haystack I believe if FedEx keeps having this problem and do not address this problem with their businesses the majority of people will quit using FedEx they will definitely go out of business because this is an ongoing problem with FedEx I hope the CEO reads this because like I said any business I deal with a tell them I will not do business with them if they use FedEx as your shipper

I had a package shipped to my business 7-02-13 for delivery 7-05-13, yesterday I called at 3:30 when no package. It was lostt, They call me this morning ,They said it was scheduled for delivery 7-0908,WHAT, yesterday they told me it was lost in tulsa hub, now it is in Champagne IL. What a lousy company, The csr that I spoke to this morning was a walmart reject, DO NOT SHIP WITH FED EX IF YOU REALLY NEED IT.

My sister asked the Fed Ex office in Milledgeville, GA to bubble wrap 2 sets of our mother's wedding dishes (70 yr old) and then send them to me in Seattle. The idiot moron didn't wrap a single dish, no packing and sent them to me. They were broken, unreplaceable antiques. The employee should be FIRED. Stupid Stupid Stupid I am so mad I can barely type with without use nasty nasty nasty language. Rated minus 100 it is so bad
I have tried to call the FedEx Headquarters; no. listed on your web site. I do not have an ID number with you, so I cannot complete my call. Long story short - I'm not happy with the Atlanta's Norcross Station.
