I would not recommend FTD to anyone, friend or foe. They never got the arrangement I ordered for my mother to her. I wanted to send something for her after her surgery since I couldn't be there and FTD dropped the ball. When I called to talk to a manager she sounded as if she was appeasing me and would do nothing about it once she got off the phone with me. I should have used Ava's flowers instead.
