Star rating is MINUS 75. I PLAN TO BUY EQUIFAX STOCK (only a few shares)IN ORDER TO GIVE EQUIFAX A BAD TIME. THAT IS ALL I GET FROM EQUIFAX - a bad time. Transunion and Experian, though not perfect, are much much superior to Equifax. Equifax does not follow regulations. I have already reported that to The Federal Trade Commission, to elected officials, etc. I can sue Equifax in small claims court (cost me $20) and Equifax will need respond with an attorney at each of the many court hearing I plan. Many ways to skin a cat.

I LEFT THE SALES OFFICE 20 MESSAGES OF THREE DAYS AND NO WILL EVER CALL YOU BACK. THAT IS SO WRONG

I can't rate your service because there are no Negative Stars. You have treated people very, very poorly for a very long time. Despite the fact that you do not own most of the information you report, you know a good 30% is wrong, yet, correcting it get's a big yawn from You and the FTC. It is time for you, Experian, TransUnion, and the FTC, to cease and desist. Were you able to read you would realize each, and all of you, have exceeded your level of incompetence as Dr. Peter's Described in his book "The Peter Principal". Their credit report for me is so flawed. The worst part is that I can't get them to correct it. They are always "looking into it". Nobody seems to care. They have cost me higher interest rates due to their stupidity and incompetence. Some companies are too big to fail. They are too stupid to stay in business.

I have filed multiplle disputes and the call center for equifax has provided incorrect information and refuse to provid a supervisor and make the accurate changes to my credit

I hope you know know that when you sign up for Equifax that they put an automatic fraud alert on your information. If you go and try to get any type of loan the lender cannot see your report and therefor guess what...no loan. I have been around and around with this company for the last three days to have this fraud alert lifted, which I did not request to have put on in the first place. I have had to talk to people in India which at first tried to give me phone numbers that were Fax numbers telling me to call this number and they could help remove the alert. I was on my cell phone so I called the number while still on the phone with the person that gave me the number and had them listen to the sound coming from the phone which is a faxing phone number. I was then given a different number and after being asked several questions was given a conformation number telling me the fraud alert would be listed in 2-24 hours. I then requested my loan today and guess what FRAUD ALERT still on so they can not get my file. I was so upset for being lied to that I called another number for Equifax and once again was handed a line of crap and given another conformation number... These people take your money and give you wrong information and a credit score that is no way near your actual score, Please think twice before you sign up with them , find out what you are getting into!

Equifax needs to get their call centers back to the US. However this law got into effect forcing us to have our credit reported to an outsourced company is beyond me. We need to stop this@!

i have fild reports to equifax on my ssn is incorect and they keep telling it is corect well you shud put afreez on those report so they cant send out reports on you then pepel can only get reports from transuion and experian thatwill keep ther hans tied on theer garbig ALLSO ask to have yourssn removed fromtthear files they have no leagel right to use it that is very privit info they have no rigt to use and it is agens the law

Equifax improperly listed the middle initial of wife's name. When I called the offshore call center they Suggested it was from a creditor or ... a typo corrected middle initial. The confirmation came with our last name mispelled and entered wrong email address. Upon calling to correct last name error, was told by on shore call center Medicare spelled it wrong but finally figured it all out and corrected. Asked to speak to supv and she would not come to phone. Also found out that they do not tie a person to a confirmation number so you cannot complain about a person. Raises question about there ability to hold people responsible...if they want to??? This is who is controlling my credit score!!! What a sad commentary.

Had to cancel this product. I made a routine call for something or the other and the agent talked us into combining our 2 stand alone products into a combined family plan. However, AFTER we agreed to the combination (on the line answering security questions each~not easy), the agent advised that now my husband has 2 accounts...his stand alone and the combined family plan. To merge the 2, he needs to copy his SS card and drivers license with a cover letter to merge the 2. Very inconvenient since the agent talked us into this new plan. Had he advised this up front, we would have declined and said keep the 2 separate plans. So for months, the husband's file was in a "Pending" mode. We did not want to copy the SS card and drivers license, write a cover letter and fax it to an 800 number. Just did not want to do that after we went through the confirmation on the phone line. So...try to cancel this product. It is worse than getting a divorce. We've made 3 phone calls. Three. The 1st 2 calls were to agents who became muddled, confused and English illiterate as soon as we said "Cancel this product". Sure enough, the products did not get cancelled. On the 3rd try, (angry) the agent did understand but needed my husband to come on the line to confirm his cancellation. My husband isn't here at this time and won't be happy about having to get back on the line to go through the cancellation process again after work. My first divorce was easier than this.

This is the worst company. I had twelve different student loans that were consolidated into one loan in 2003. I disputed the other twelve this year, stating that they are old and need to come off. I did this to "clean up" my credit. But NO... they just "verified" they were mine and kept them there. I NEVER denied they were mine. Transunion and Experian removed them immediately. The people who work for this company can't even read a simple dispute form!!

I believe that I have enough information to statr, and likely certify a class action suit against equifax for violations of several of the new Dodd-Frank provisions. If you have requested, or in any way attempted to correct erroneous, or inaccurate information directly with Equifax, and they have denied, or prevented that reconciliation, you may be included in the class action. email me at zipspeedracer@gmail.com

I HATE THIS COMPANY, FREECREDITRPORT.COM COMES ON LINE. I HAD AN ALERT, THE PHONE NUMBERS THEY GAVE ARE BOGUS, THEY CLAIMED ON MANY OCCASIONS THAT THE VALIDATION COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING, I SPENT 5 DAYS WITH ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS, THOUGH I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY FILE NUMBER *THEY* SENT ME. I AM TRANSFERRED ALL OVER THE PLACE AND NO ONE HAS THE BRAINS TO HELP ME.

I am having the hardest time with Equifax removing fraudulent personal information and accounts as a result of identity theft. I have sent all the required information, certified and yet it all still remains on my credit report. All of the other bureaus removed it promptly, but Equifax are incompetent morons. I have called and spoken to a representative three times now demanding they remove the false address from my credit report and each time, they tell me they received my letters and will remove it. Then when I get an updated report, not only is it not removed, it is listed as my MAIN address, preventing the removal of all the fraudulent accounts the identity thief opened with this address. I am beyond frustrated and don't know where to go from here.

I really HATE this company. They stole my $7.95 that I paid to get my score. I tried to view it on line but could not I call them and they said they would send me a copy 1 1/2 months later nothing. I then call them again and no one would help me. They gave me the 800-685-1111 that was to the Headquarters and all you get is the run around and cannot talk to a live person. Every time I ask to about the company I was told due to security risk that information could not be given out BS!!! Thought this was AMERICA!!!!It truly sucks that a company like this is allowed to hold us hostage with our own credit and personal information. It is really to bad that they don't have minus stars for a rating....

I HATE THIS COMPANY. They will not remove false information. I give them proof of re-aged debt and they still will not remove it. They allow any company to "verify"....HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have no idea how the government allows this to go on.

I hate Equifax and hope all you pay for what you do to consumers to assure credit is denied, you are robbing customers; If you are watching your credit report & credit score to assure you get approved a loan with a good interest rate you better not update Equifax. I have called 1-877-784-2528 & 404-885-8000 to inquire, first you need to ask to speak to someone that’s a US citizen who can speak English or you’ll get transferred to someone in another country (how nice) there are no option to speak to a live person to go over your credit report unless you’re disputing the report. From March to April nothing changed on my credit report. Debt/ration is still under 35%, no inquires, no bad debt updates however, my score was reduced. When I contacted the Equifax representative, he couldn’t tell me why there was a decrease. I pay $16.95 each month to review my report, have done so for over 4 to five years now..This is close to $1000 that has been obligated to this company. The corp. office 404-885-8000 has a nasty receptionist or phone operator, nice!!..so now I’m waiting on Donna Watson to call me back…let’s see how long this takes. ....Equifax has a facebook and tweeter account post your problems there as well..let the world see what this company is doing to some and how they ignore consumers

Let me start by saying Experian and Transunion are a dream to work with, very professional and stuff gets done right the first time. Equifax - what a joke. First of all, Equifax has the EXACT SAME INFORMATION on me that Experian and Transunion do. Experian and Transunion rate me VERY GOOD. Equifax rates me FAIR. Fair? Seriously? What is Equifax reason for this horrible score? I don't use credit cards. Never have. They are bad. Have paid off homes and cars and have no debt but I don;t have credit carsd so they give me a HORRIBLE credit score. Just to improve my credit (with Equifax), I applied for a few credit cards the other day. Guess what, declined. Why? Because Equifax is punishing me for not having credit cards. So my score is bad with them for not having credit cards which is preventing me from getting credit cards - get it? Hopeless circle. I recently had 2 tax liens released on my credit report. One would think this would improve my score - no, on Equifax my score went DOWN 30 POINTS!. 2 tax liens paid off and released and my score goes down.

Well Equifax is the Devil, Richard Smith is the CEO his number is 404-885-8000. I orderd a report and everything on it is wrong, I call and who do i get a bunch of Arab monkeys who dont speak english, well he was no help, no supervisor so he said the report i recived was a bad report, well we need to get tothere and get a case against Equifax they a destroying a lot of people.
